Light appartement

Excellent séjour ! L’appartement est très propre, lumineux, confortable et très bien équipé. Mes parents ont beaucoup apprécié leur séjour et se sont sentis comme chez eux. L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Si mes parents reviennent à Agadir, ils choisiront sans hésiter cet appartement à nouveau. Je recommande vivement !

La propriétaire elle est très agressive et ne sait pas vivre grossière ! Je suis arriver en retard paracerque le taxi c est perdus et elle était pas bonne humeur et elle est partis sans me donner d explication comme le mot passe de l internet et ma jamais expliquer pour l ascenseur que je je devais utiliser une clé magnétiser pour pouvoir mettre l ascenseur en marche ! Pour le départ elle n est pas venu me voir pour récupérer ces clés et il ma demander de le laisser a la sortie ! C est un appartement situer dans dans une Résidence ou les enfants cour et crie jusqu a environ 11pm le soir ce n est pas l endroit pour se reposer et vous devez avoir une auto c est un quartier sans Restaurant a part de une Pizzeria proche les autres a pied c est environ 1 heure de marche j ai essayer de prendre un taxi mais il s arrête pas quand il voit que tu es un touriste parceque il parle juste Arabe et ceux qui arrête ne comprenne pas le Français l Anglais ou l Espagnol !

Appartement très propre, bien équipé .

The apartment is fully renovated, seems new, new modern furniture, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen with all the neccessery equipment and more, small but clean and new bathroom. Washing machine is a plus. Very responsive and quick on WA for whatever you might need. Gave us a lot if good recommendations for restaurants and what to visit.

The neighborhood is a bit dodgy and dirty, but you have every kind of small shops for veggies, bread, water, fish,.. Just needs a litlle bit getting used to. :) it is a bit far from beach and city center, so having a car is a plus. Buses are available near by, but we had a car, so did not use them.

Appartamento molto bello, moderno, pulito e ben attrezzato. La zona è tranquilla e residenziale, ideale per chi desidera stare lontano dalle aree troppo turistiche. Abbiamo apprezzato la cucina, il comfort dell'alloggio e la vicinanza ai servizi. L'unica difficoltà è stata trovare l'indirizzo all'arrivo, perché Google Maps non ci ha portato esattamente nel punto corretto. Tuttavia la proprietaria è stata disponibile e ci ha aiutato a raggiungere l'appartamento. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole. Lo consigliamo.

L'indirizzo non era molto facile

Tout était parfait, je suis entièrement satisfait de mon séjour. L’hôte était très accueillant, disponible et professionnel. Le logement est très bien situé, avec toutes les commodités à proximité, ce qui rend le séjour très pratique. Le Wi-Fi était impeccable, la télévision de très bonne qualité, et la résidence était calme et agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir. Merci beaucoup pour votre excellent service.

Super apart

Logement incroyablement propre, bien situé, spacieux et la literie super confortable,conforme aux photos, avec un excellent niveau d’équipement. Atika nous avait envoyé toutes les informations sur ce que l’on pouvait faire à proximité, ce qui était très appréciable. Je voyage régulièrement et réserve souvent des logements sur Booking, et celui-ci fait clairement partie des meilleures expériences. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Dobry kontakt z personelem. Apartament przestronny. Dobry internet. Dwa TV z internetem. Dobrze wyposażony. Wszystko ok. Nie było problemu z parkingiem. Dobre ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem. Obok lokalny sklepik że wszystkim. centrum i plaża, 7km autem.

The lady, who let us into the apartment, was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and quiet. Both bedrooms have a separate small balcony where one can very comfortably relax with a book. We enjoyed hanging out like that both in the mornings and warm evenings. The apartment is quiet. We slept well. A fully equipped kitchen is also at your service. The apartment in not in the very center, but for us it was a plus since we are not very keen on touristic areas. A few steps down the street from the apartment building there are two local food shops for first necessities and a stand where fresh bread is sold (and some is made on the spot). To get to city center, one needs to take a taxi, but it is easily accessible and not expensive. Also, there are some good places to eat in the area. We tried restaurant Tam Tam and the food was excellent for a very reasonable price. Finally, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Atika for all her helpful tips for exploring Agadir. She is a truly remarkable person, who changed her plans to help me find my reading glasses that I had accidentally forgot in a taxi on our way from the airport. I would love to come back to Agadir and to stay in this lovely apartment.

Nous avons tout aimé lors de ce sejour au light malgré qu il soit un peu excentré : propre bien equipé, literie confortable et couettes chaudes. Seul bemol nous sommes tombees sur une periode ou nous aurions supporté un peu plus de chaleur dans l appartement car petit rendement de la clim reversible. Une note AA+++++ à Atika pour sa disponibilité 24h/24h ( ou presque) ses precieux renseignements en tous genres , sa bonne humeur en un mot un petit❤️

Franchement j'ai passé 15 jours au Maroc et j'étais dégouté de mes différentes locations mais l'appartement de Atika m'a réconcilié avec le pays, La description de la location sur le site est en accord avec ce dont vous aurez sur place. De plus on y trouve quelques commerces, la résidence est surveillée, pas de souci pour se garer et on est a 10-15mn du centre en voiture. Mais le top du top s'est l'accueil et la bienveillance de notre hôte Atika, disponible et si vous avez besoin d'informations pour des activités ou autres, elle te les fournis sans soucis. Pour finir j'ai remarqué à l'entrée de l'appartement une petite affiche qui indiquait une note 9/10 décerné par Booking, et bien je peux vous dire que c'est méritée. Car certains vous font payer une 2 fois plus chère et n'ont que la moitié de ce sue propose cet appartement Pour finir j'insiterai sur la gentillesse de cette dame vraiment au top.

The host is incredibly friendly, and she helped us a lot with the suggestions of what to do in Agadir. Communication is very easy and she is very helpful. The apartment was squeaky clean, and everything was fresh. The parking is right in front of the apartment and there is a place where you can have coffee and tea, and there are small shops less than 5 min walk.

We were told that the area was safe to leave the car outside on the street and there was a parking space directly opposite the building. The entrance to the building was gated. The host lives in the same building so it was very easy to communicate and get help if needed (f.ex. when we accidently locked the doors). We got lots of advises regarding the local area - where to eat and what to see and these were very useful during our trip. The kitchen was well equipped with all needed items for our short stay. There was enough bed linen and duvets for colder nights.

Location was ok, although the view from the windows was rather unappealing (some abandoned construction site). The shower area was not very well thought and needs some adjustement as the water was all around the floor after a shower (though the mop was provided).

It was an nice experience we enjoyed our stay and everything was to our liking. The apartment is in an excellent condition, with nice traditional sitting room. Not to mention the owner’s warm welcome..highly recommend.

Started with the welcoming smile of Atika and her professionalism in managing her unit. Every detail exceeded my expectation to an extent that she deserves 20/10 rating. Cleanness, availability of all appliences, free parking etc..... Beside that she gave us full touristic information about Essaouira. Thanks Atika for your kindness and hospitality

Firstly Atika is a warm and caring host. She is quick to respond to questions, very helpful in every way. A really comfortable and cozy apartment. Love the small balcony for a cup of tea 😊. Apartment is very clean!

Liked everything!

I can definitely say amazing apartment to stay, with everything that you need, extremely clean and bright, there are restaurants close by, we travelled by car so everything was very easy and the host was so extremely helpful and accommodating. I have been going back and forth and will continue to do so and have been using other accomodations, but now that I found this gem am looking forward to go back there next time !
