Mubarak fue un gran anfitrión, está pendiente de las huéspedes en todo momento. El riad es muy acogedor.

El sitio está limpio, pero no cuenta con limpieza de habitación diaria.

Es muy tranquilo, no es muy grande es mas bien acogedor, el personal es muy amable, tiene un bonito patio, las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero no están mal, el baño está bien y todo muy limpio. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Tiene aire acondicionado

Lo mejor de la estancia en Riad Laichi ha sido la atención, el cuidado y la dedicación de Mubarak. Shukran! El alojamiento es muy auténtico y está muy bien decorado. Han sido unos días estupendos en Marrakech y en el Riad. El desayuno muy rico. Fátima hace un gran trabajo con la limpieza. La terraza es un lugar fantástico para disfrutar a partir del atardecer.

Everything was wonderful

Hemos permanecido 6 noches haciendo base en Marrakech para de allí hacer paseos de un día a diferentes lugares. Lo he pasado muy bien. La ubicación es muy buena a cerca a sitios de interés. Las personas que nos atendieron especialmente Moboarack son muy atentos y serviciales. El desayuno que nos sirvieron diariamente fue muy bueno y siempre atendieron algún detalle adicional que solicitamos. Muchas gracias Mobarqck!! Volveremos! Incjgalla!! 😊

Riad jest świetnie zlokalizowany, w zacisznej uliczce, blisko centrum. To stylowy marokański budynek, z drewnianymi schodami, charakterystycznymi kratkami w oknach. W pokoju było w zasadzie wszystko, co potrzeba, wygodne łóżko, wieszaki, gniazdka, a także działająca bez zarzutu klimatyzacja oraz świetne WiFi. Poza pokojem piękny taras, z którego roztaczał się śliczny widok. Rano budziły nas ćwierkające ptaszki. Właściciel był bardzo kontaktowy, miły, zorganizował nam transfer z lotniska po północy i starał się uatrakcyjnić nasz pobyt. Bardzo polecamy.

Mogło być więcej kosmetyków, bardziej elastyczne godziny śniadania i dodatkowe ręczniki

The riad is a very pleasant and well located close to the city center within the Medina. Since it is situated on a side street, it is nice and quiet, which makes it perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Also the transfer between the airport and the riad was well organized and smooth.

One thing that surprised me was that, contrary to the information provided, there is no laundry service available in the riad. Instead, I was only told where I might be able to find one nearby (if I managed to locate it at all), which made things quite inconvenient.

This place was nice but was definitely expensive. Our first night we slept in the bottom bedroom which was super small and dark but the second night we got the room we originally booked on the top floor with a great bathtub and a lot more light. It’s in a pretty quiet area but far away from the main crazy square. Overall it was a good choice.

Tento riad se nachází na dobrém místě, 10 minut pěšky do centra Džama el-Fná. Majitel byl velmi přátelský a se vším mi pomohl, poradil. K ubytování zde mě nalákaly recenze od lidí, ve kterých se právě psalo o přátelském majiteli a byla to pravda. Velmi doporučuju

The Riad was beautiful, I felt immediately that I had stepped back in time to old Marrakech. The shower was perfect and the beds very comfortable.

Nothing it was memorable.

We hadden geboekt van 2 tot 5 april. Ik had op voorhand de riad gecontacteerd aangezien we na middernacht aankwamen met de vraag of dit oke was en of ze ons ook konden ophalen bij het vliegveld. Dit was allemaal in orde. Op de dag van aankomst zeiden ze dat we pas voor de volgende dag hadden geboekt. Op de vraag of ze een ander hotel konden aanbevelen kregen we een droge "Nee" daar zaten we dan op het vliegveld zonder vervoer en zonder hotel om 1u snachts.

Muy acogedor y tranquilo, bien ubicado

Riad bien situado. A 10-12 min caminando de la plaza. Desayuno bueno, personal encantador, te da buenos consejos para comer o ver por la zona. Habitaciones pequeñas, con lo básico para dormir, baño pequeño pero bien. Tiene una terraza muy acogedora arriba. Repetiría sin duda

Mobark looked after me very well, was polite and very helpful.

La posizione nella Medina è molto comoda in quanto vicinissima ad una porta di accesso alla cinta muraria, dove è possibile arrivare e prendere un taxi. I materassi sono comodi e rigidi il giusto, c'è il piumino per l'inverno, aria condizionata e riscaldamento Molto gentile e accogliente il custode berbero tuttofare che è sempre a disposizione dei clienti. Semplice, ma buona la colazione dolce alla mattina. Su richiesta cucinano anche l'uovo

Purtroppo i bagni di tutte le camere sono davvero piccolissimi. Però sono tutti rivestiti nel tipico tadelakt marocchino e piastrelle, che lo rendono molto gradevole. Le camere sono piccole, ma ben arredate. C'è poco spazio nel caso aveste bagagli grandi

La disponibilità e la gentillezza del gestore Moubarak .Siamo stati accolti con un tè alla menta delizioso.. Il Riad è semplice ,pulitissimo. È stato molto piacevole bere il tè nel patio e fare la colazione nel salotto tipico il mattino( il tempo fresco e piovoso ci impediva di farla fuori ) Moubarak ci ha consigliato un ristorante vicino dove abbiamo apprezzato diverse sere una cena marocchina buonissima.

Niente!

Nuestro anfitrión fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar o aconsejar en cualquier cuestión que surgiera. El Riad era pequeño y familiar, muy agradable y limpio. Las camas grandes y muy cómodas y la ducha funcionaba genial. El desayuno rico y variado y procurando atender a todas nuestras peticiones. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

La única pega que se me ocurre es el tamaño del baño, que resultaba pequeño e incómodo por falta de sitio. Lo demás todo muy bien

La hospitalidad de los anfitriones inmejorable, se preocupaba que todo estuviera bien, y lo mas importante que hablaba un poco de español, se lo recomiendo a todo quien quiera estar en un Riad típico. Desayuno muy bueno típico marroquí.

Riad Laichi is located in a quite alley of Marrakech and still close to city center! Mobarak was great in trying to keep us content all the time :) thank you for everything!

Lovely stay. The location was handy on the edge of the medina. Just remember it’s number 42 so you can find it down the alleyway. Mubarak & his father spoke very good English from years being in the hospitality industry. Very caring, often checking you’re ok / slept well, etc. The House Buntings were cute and very cheeky, even trying to eat my breakfast.. Their call sounded like they were saying “hello” !

The breakfast became a little monotonous for me with different types of bread, as per people’s photos, some fruit would have helped but I bought some during the day. Unfortunately the room I was in (1st floor, corner) had a chemical type smell, which seemed to come from the woodstain on the door. Despite lots of fresh air, after 2 nights I asked to move. As other guests had left I could choose any room.. so the top one, near the terrace, with a bath, became my new home! Much better room for me as it was much brighter and I could easily see the sky and hear the birds 😁

From the moment we arrived on the first day we felt very well taken care of in a warm, family-like atmosphere. It felt like home and the very friendly host also gave us tips on excursions and restaurants. We highly recommend staying here and would gladly return!

Personalmente il gusto e stile della nostra stanza mi è piaciuto, cosi come la disponibilità del gestore e la posizione comoda in una zona tranquilla della Medina.

Le stanze non sono molto isolate, per cui due notti su tre ci siamo svegliate per via della rumorosità degli altri clienti. Inoltre attenzione perché nella stanza non c’è un vero e proprio bagno separato ma solo una zona divisa da una parete che non arriva fino al soffitto. È bene saperlo prima di prenotare. Aggiungo che la colazione non è stata particolarmente gradita dalla mia compagna di viaggio poiché proponeva solo carboidrati e sempre gli stessi alimenti ogni giorno.

Beautiful interior, nice location pretty close to the fast Medina life but still in calm area, i did enjoy my time there! Mubarak helped me with everything i asked about! I have had very warm big bed, hot water in bath, that was really inportant at the coldest time in Marocco. So, i am happy! The breakfast was great with even birds who came like from Heaven! I am smiling thinking of the time i spent there!

The weather was very cold so it was nice to have warm water and heating in the accommodation. The location is very comfortable, close to city center and on the other side there’s a lively neighbourhood with restaurants and shops. The owner of the riad takes care of the guests very well and is also flexible if needed.

Mubarak made this one of the best stays I have had in Morocco. He was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and giving us great local tips on what to do, where to eat, and how to get around. The breakfast was outstanding, generous, and clearly made with care. The location is excellent – central, easy to access, and felt very safe. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a properly working AC and reliable hot water, which is not always a given. Everything worked as expected and we felt genuinely welcome the entire time. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Nice breakfast with all types of local breads

The Riad is beautiful, the team is welcoming and room was nice. The roof top terrace for New Year Eve was excellent and it's right in the heart of the Medina which is great for markets. Accommodation itself was very quiet.

The room while nice was very basic, the bathroom fine but no soap provided nor facilities for tea making or anything. The bed was extremely hard so we didn't sleep great. The Medina was busy during the day and very quiet at night. Worth visiting to experience it.

Buena ubicación, muy limpio, aire acondicionado de calor funcionaba muy bien y personal muy amable y atento.

Se podría mejorar la insonorización ya que se oían mucho las habitaciones cercanas.

The facilities were not up to the mark. There was no kettle to boil water. Bathroom was a bit small and room didn't have any natural light

L'accueil était impeccable, nous avons même eu un très bons contact avant même d'arriver par whatsapp. Notre hôte était très sympathique, disponible à la conversation, aux petits soins. Le Riad est très bien situé, bourré de charme, impeccablement propre, avec de jolies salles de bains en tadelakt privatives, les chambres chauffées à l'arrivée ce qui était très appréciable en ce mois de décembre pluvieux. Le petit déjeuner était servi à 8h et copieux, avec du café en abondance.

La visibilité du Riad dans la rue pourrait être améliorée : une plaque avec le nom serait fort appréciable, car nous sommes passés 2x devant sans le voir.

Der Riad liegt zentral, in einer ruhigen Gasse in Medina. Das gemütliche Zimmer ist sauber mit bequemen Betten, der Innenhof und die Dachterrasse (mit gutem Ausblick) sind schön eingerichtet. Es gibt leckeren Frühstück; das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, er hat immer einen guten Tipp zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und zu Einkäufen mit guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - ein gutes Beispiel für die sehr freundlichen Marokkaner :-)

We really enjoyed our first visit to Marrakech. The accommodation was great, perfectly clean, in a strategic location in the city center, we definitely recommend it. The host was very attentive and caring. The breakfasts were hearty and tasty, fresh mint tea was always available. A bonus is sitting on the roof terrace. During three days we visited most of the most famous sights of Marrakech and took a full-day organized trip to the Atlas Mountains.

Joli petit Riad soigné avec une bonne literie Excellent petit déjeuner préparé par Moubarak trop gentil, un accueil vraiment exceptionnel,il est toujours à notre écoute et nous procure de très bons conseils pour les visites .Nous reviendrons au printemps et nous choisirons ce Riad ,qui a aussi une très jolie terrasse,mais nous reviendrons aussi pour Mobarak tellement serviable et souriant .super séjour ,nous recommandons vraiment ce Riad très bien situé en plus .Merci beaucoup !

Just be aware that when you arrive to check for property number - 42 above door as no sign for Riad - not a negative - just need to bear in mind

Spędziliśmy w tym pensjonacie wspaniały czas – od pierwszej chwili czuliśmy się tutaj jak w domu. Muburak z ogromnym zaangażowaniem dba o swoich gości, zawsze służy pomocą i czuwa nad bezpieczeństwem, co daje duże poczucie komfortu. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy! Polecamy z całego serca.

Il est extrêmement dommage que la terrasse soit aussi bruyante (par le bruit des chaises sur le carrelage). Les chambres sont mal insonorisées . Mais le reste compense cet inconvénient.

Walking distance from everything

Das Bett war sehr groß und sehr rückenfreundlich. Sehr ästhetische Einrichtung, der Manager bemühte sich freundlich und hilfsbereit zu sein, das Frühstück war ok.

Mehr Schein als Sein. Im Zimmer war wenig Raum wg des Riesenbettes, z.B. für Gepäckstücke,es fehlten Haken für Handtücher u.ä. Unangenehm war auch der Geruch aus dem offenen Bad,, der mehr schlecht als recht mit Räucherstäbchen überdeckt wurde.

C’est l’un des rares riads dont le propriétaire est marocain, donc rien que pour ça il faut y aller. Le Riad est situé à 15min du centre de la médina, ce qui lui permet d’être au calme tout en restant proche des lieux d’intérêts. Les chambres sont jolies, propres bien équipées. Le personnel est super, merci encore à Moubarak pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Plein de belles choses pour la suite inshallah

Le riad Laichi est très bien situé, au calme et à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la Place Jamaa el Fna. Les chambres sont très propres, le petit déjeuner copieux, et Moubarak est vraiment très gentil et attentionné ! Ne pas hésiter à faire appel à lui pour des excursions dans le désert (le vrai!), d'où il est originaire. Le toit terrasse pourrait être plus agréable avec des bains de soleil, des plantes, de la décoration, pour des moments relax ou à l'heure du coucher du soleil.

Great Location and easy to orientated yourself to explore the medina. Riad Laichi provides a good level.of comfort and manager Mubarak and his team were at hand to ensure I had a good stay in Marrakech. I appreciated the furm bed and being at the top of the riad next to the roof terrace and snug. Overall a great stay.

No rail or hook to hang up a towel. Some simple signage outside on the alleyway would help locate the riad.

Gastheer Mubarak was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gaf pratktische tips en regelde taxis/etc. TOP!

Amabilidad del anfitrión

Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz. Chciał, żebyśmy się czuli na miejscu dobrze, a dodatkowo zaprowadził nas do poleconej restauracji, z której byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Wifi działało bez problemu. Śniadanie jedliśmy tylko jedno, ale bez zastrzeżeń - typowo Marokańskie.

Dostaliśmy pokój przy recepcji, koło miejsca, gdzie podawano śniadanie - przez co nad ranem nie było idealnie cicho. Pokój był dość mały i ciemny.
