It’s good value for money.

The property manager sent a private SMS to my mobile phone, over 14 days after my stay claiming that I cracked one of the window in the bedroom. This to me sounds like a scam. Property manager suppose to lodge a claim, or complaint through booking.com, not messaging customer directly from a private number demand payment. Sending a photo of a cracked window after 2 weeks is not an evident that I caused that crack. That photo can be used to send to customers after customers. Who knows!!!??!

The house is so clean and suitable for the big group.

The room was quite noisy; even in the last room, the sounds could still be heard.

Every room has a toilet, and the living area is spacious.

Only one room at the back has no wardrobe to hang the clothes which is less convenient for guests.

We booked the entire property through Booking.com while travelling as a couple and paid the full advertised rate for the whole home. However, upon arrival, we discovered that two of the bedrooms were locked. When we contacted the property manager, we were told, “Why do you need all the rooms unlocked when it’s just the two of you?” This was extremely disappointing because the listing clearly advertised the entire property, not partial access based on the number of guests. Guests should be aware that, despite paying for the full home, the host may decide how many rooms you are allowed to use without consulting you beforehand. We were also told this is considered “normal practice,” but in our view it is misleading and unfair, as it does not match what was advertised or paid for. I would strongly recommend book elsewhere.

Quiet, warm, spacious, comfortable, good layout and well equipped.

The kitchen and equipment was not as clean as it could have been. We had to clean the fridge, oven and some of the pans before using. A dustpan and brush /mop would have been be handy. We were unable to check in at the scheduled time as the cleaners had another hour to finish, resulting in a change of our plans.

Plenty of space for our group. Each room had its own shower and toilet which was great. Kitchen well appointed.

Property photos need updating, the photos show space all around the property with no other houses close, where as in real life all around the property has been built up with houses. The photos mention houses under construction nearby, where as in real life they are directly next door and the view from the dining room doors looks directly at them. This wasnt an issue for us, but worth mentioning

Apartment was huge. I booked this place because it was difficult to secure accommodations within Lake Tekapo in the Summer. Apartment was well furnished with en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom. Huge kitchen and living room was a plus.

The sliding doors within the living room were locked by a key(?) I supposed to prevent tampering. This was not made known to us. No impact to overall comfort, but I thought it was important to let the users know of this incase we might think that they were faulty.

Many rooms and toilet, good for big group. Location is convenient enough to lake tekapo main area and restaurant with car.

Houses were very close to each other. There is no view at all. Price is too expensive for such house.

I am not sure where the noise came from. During the night it was sometimes difficult to sleep because of an outside noise. Sounded like a bin lid or something loose on the side of the house. The wind was blowing quite hard when happened.

Our stay was fantastic! The home was clean, comfortable, and very well looked after. The addition of ensuites to every room was fabulous as everyone had their own space! The location was wonderful and although quite a few new homes were in the process of being built around the house, we feel that it didn't affect our stay at all. It was a lovely home and we’d definitely stay again and recommend it to others!

Great location. Good for families with each bedroom having an ensuite. Good heating. Large living area and dining table.

The house could do with a decent clean. Kitchen cupboards, skirting boards, floors in bathrooms. Property advertised having a clothes dryer, but does not have one. This property would be a 5star with attention to detail.

Lovely house, nicely furnished, comfy beds. We rent appreciated that every room has its own ensuite.

Once a few more houses are built I think it might feel a little crowded there, the houses almost feel on top of each other.

A lot of the houses are close together and there was construction next door during our stay, some creaky floors so you can hear when people are weakling around

This is my favourite place amongst all the places we stayed in New Zealand. It was a breathtaking place. We came in August, and there was snow surrounding the place. Sooo beautiful. Would love to come back and stay longer here next time.

Absolutely fabulous. Felt luxurious when we opened the door. Had all the bells and whistles to make this a really great stay. It was only a short stroll to main shopping area and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was much bigger than I expected, there was lots of natural light and it was very clean. The large kitchen would be great for a group of travellers and it was really great having an ensuite on each room, perfect for multiple couples.

There's no fences which means no privacy from nearby houses but it wasn't a big deal for us.

There's still a few building work around the site. The work starts early in the morning.

The two queen beds are very, very hard - not comfortable at all. In comparison the Master bed and two singles were Dream beds very comfortable. Loved that every bedroom had an ensuite

The beds in two of the bedrooms we used were rock hard and three of us couldn't sleep because of this. I got pins and needles in both arms from lying on such a hard surface. The mattresses should be replaced. It was a long way up the hill from the township so had to drive to get food etc.

Lovely brand new warm, clean and spacious house with all the facilities you'd need, ensuites in every room, heat pumps in shared areas, heaters in rooms. Lovely big windows.

Close to its neighbours, and not particularly private, but the rest of it makes up for this.

The beds were very hard. A number og things need repairs or finishing off despite being a fairly new building.

There is no salt in the kitchen, which believes it is very basic. The house is too new that there are not many appliances in the kitchen.

Loved that every room had an ensuite. Loved the kitchen. When it snowed outside, we were extremely warm inside. Lots of Tvs kept our family happy as did a big table to play games!
