Reviewed Aug 21, 2026L’offre de restauration est intéressante et de qualité. Le personnel du restaurant est extrêmement aimable. La chapelle sur place est mignonne.
Logement très spartiate, les chambres sont petites, sombres et la literie peu confortable, la douche fonctionne moyennement bien. Nous nous attendions à une hacienda pleine de charme et ce n’était pas vraiment cela…

Plus d’une heure pour faire le check in, ils soutenaient que nous n’avions pas payé alors que nous avions la preuve de virement et leur mail de confirmation sous les yeux. Ensuite pas d’eau chaude , nous avons dû changer de chambre ils nous ont rétrogradé avec une chambre moins chère et moins bien sans proposer de remboursement de la différence. Problèmes de fuites ensuite dans la salle de bain … pas de petit dej , photos trompeuses de la piscine en réalité elle est très sale et plus petite que sur le photo. Hôtel très vieux pas très bien entretenu

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Es un lugar muy tranquilo. Se conserva muy bien lo antiguo de la hacienda. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y tiene muchas áreas verdes. La piscina es muy grande y limpia. El desayuno en el restaurante está muy bien servido y la atención de la señora del restaurante muy buena. La capilla te ayuda a tener momentos de reflexión. Está alado de una plaza con Chedraui Super Mercado. Tiene buen estacionamiento.
Todo me gustó. Me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026La struttura e bella, tipica hacienda colorata e ristrutturata con parcheggio,peccato per tutto il resto... arrivati dopo 2 ore di macchina per fare check in alle 14h45, al posto delle 15. nessuno parla inglese, poco simpatici, capisco tra una frase e l altra che la receptionist parla di farmi pagare un early check in. le dico che possiamo tornare dopo le 15. torniamo alle 16.30, mi danno le chiavi, entro e l appartemento non era mai stato pulito; torno alla reception, nessun si scusa nessuno dice niente, prendono e vanno di corsa a pulire. nessuno propone nulla, ne di andare alla pisina, ne di offrirci un drink al bar per l attesa; assurdo!! non solo volevano farmi pagare 15 minuti di anticipo al check in ma in piu la camera non era mai stata fatta e nessuno si scusa!la sera abbiamo bevuto una birra al ristorante, la ragazzina non parlava una parola di inglese ma era gentile e sorridente, e stata l unica persona un po carina! classificato 4 stelle, ne vale 2 e soprattutto va bene per una notte di passaggio se no sicuramente in centro si trova di meglio penso

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Het is een heel mooi en authentiek terrein, op een voormalige hacienda. Het appartement is wat gedateerd, maar in orde. Het personeel is vriendelijk en het restaurant is redelijk. Het zwembad was prima. De locatie is erg handig om vanuit hier Valladolid (met de auto) in te gaan of Chichen Itza te bezoeken.

De badkamer was zeer gedateerd en het zwembad leek al lang niet onderhouden. Maar wel fijn om even af te koelen. Met een opknapbeurt zou er veel meer uit de locatie te halen zijn.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026It is a very nice accommodation close to the highway, making it a convenient stop during a road trip. We stayed during the low season and were almost the only guests, so we were able to fully enjoy the hotel and its peaceful atmosphere. The food was excellent, and we would definitely recommend staying here. Our children enjoyed it very much as well, especially the lovely pool and the small park area. Overall, a great place to stay and relax😊

The highlight for me is the Hacienda itself and the beautiful gardens surrounding the property. Located 1km out of the main central area, its quieter and very peaceful here. The rooms are lovely, cared for and clean, spacious. Aircon and wifi work well. Bathroom is good - hygienic, hot water available. The staff are sweethearts, attentive and friendly. On-site restaurant is great, tasty meal options, good portions for an affordable price. Pool is great for cooling down. Love Hacienda Sanchez - would definitely stay again ✨️

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hacienda Sanchez. The hotel has a beautiful ground full of nature. Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, A/C functioned well, and it was quiet overall. I didn´t get to use the swimming pool but it looked very clean. The hotel is situated at the entrance of Valladolid, at about 1.2 km from the town center, but if you don´t like to walk, a taxi takes you for about 50 pesos. After arriving and feeling totally immersed in nature, I found out that there is a Chedraui supermarket at a very short distance, which was really convenient.
Everything was perfect.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Hotel Hacienda Sanchez is a lovely stay. The Hacienda itself is a beautiful building, planted firmly within lush gardens, full of history. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet and interesting stay, this alone makes it worthwhile. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom is very hygienic. Air con and wifi are both reliable and strong. Pool is refreshing and well- maintained, sunlounges & seats provided. The staff are friendly and professional, very helpful and sweet. The location, while slightly out of centro area, is ideal for a relaxing stay. Restaurants, cafes, groceries available within a 10min walk. Liked our stay so much, we've booked again when returning from Holbox. Recommend 👌

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026De rust, het koelkastje op de schone maar eenvoudige kamers. Wij hadden een villa en dit was heerlijk met airco en ventilator. Het heerlijke en knusse restaurantje met hele lieve mensen. Je hebt wel een auto nodig als je de stad wil verkennen maar er zijn goede en betaalbare parkeergelegenheden.
Best veel ongedierte bij het zwembad en dit leek niet heel actief te worden onderhouden. Pompen stonden ook uit bijvoorbeeld.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026A beautiful setting, on the outskirts of Valladolid. Ease of parking which would be much harder in the centre of town. really great food onsite at the hotel. We had a much better breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was more reasonably priced and better tasting than at some of the other restaurants in town. Pool was great to have for kids and the grounds are really beautiful. The Hacienda setting was stunning. Staff were lovely overall.
We had asked for a quiet room preferably on a corner of the block, which we got, but it was the end nearest to the main road rather than more internal to the hotel grounds, so it did feel noisy at times, especially in the mornings with trucks etc rattling past from quite early on. Shower had some issues with providing hot water.

La alberca estaba un poco turbia el agua, y el piso estaba descarapelado y los pies de mis hijos quedaron lastimados a nivel cutaneo, nada grave pero.fue incómodo.

J ai réservé une villa avec deux chambres mais il n y en avait qu une. Ils ont créé une chambre dans la pièce de passage d entrée et sortie de la villa et d entrée et sortie de la vraie chambre et salles de bain. De plus le ménage n est pas fait tout est sale et non entretenu. Je l ai signalé à booking que c était non conforme à la description du logement et que je souhaitais être relogé mais je n ai pas eu de réponse !

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026No está en el centro pero todo está cerca en Valladolid. Muy silencioso y cómodo estar en las instalaciones. El servicio al cliente es increíble por parte de todos los trabajadores. Disfrutamos mucha nuestra estancia ahí. Baño amplio con agua fría y caliente, camas amplias y cómodas al igual que las almohadas. Por las noches es posible ver la constelación de la Osa Mayor. La comida del restaurante es bastante rica. Los jugos son deliciosos!
Solo una cosa: la reserva siempre fue para 3 personas y siempre que nos cambiaban las toallas dejaban 2 en lugar de 3 y eran muy pequeñas.

Le réseau WiFi est trop faible, le lit grince énormément a chaque mouvement, les serviettes de bains déchirées et jaunies. Le pommeau de douche plein de calcaire qui envoie des jets de tous les côtés, les toilettes avec de grosses traces. Mais le pire était le restaurant de l'hôtel, où on a très très mal mangé

Pas de serviettes de toilette,il faut aller les réclamer a la réception La poubelle des toilettes non vidée à notre arrivée. Nous sommes allez le dire à la réception ils sont venus...et reparti sans vider la poubelle Lors du départ inspection minutieuse de la chambre au cas où nous aurions dégradé taché draps...lits et autre La personne qui est venue était une dame nonchalente qui a pris tout son temps voyant que nous étions pressés. Personne à l accueil le soir très sympa mais le matin très désagréable.

La habitación desde que llegamos el baño estaba lleno de pelos como de barba a lo cual lo reportamos y subieron a limpiarlo mientras salimos y sorpresa al llegar los pelos seguían ahi pero a un a si regresaría para rentar en esta ocasión las cabañas que estaban abajo si mejorarán la limpieza el hotel seria perfecto pero el personal se ve que no esta comprometido los pasillos todos están sucios

Solicitamos habitaciones juntas (llevábamos a mis padres) nunca se hizo el mínimo esfuerzo por cumplir ese requerimiento, el cuarto estaba con un bicho muerto y aunque lleve foto a recepción tuve que esperar a que mandaran a "verificar" si yo decía la verdad, la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, muchos jovencitos reunidos en recepción, todos con celular en mano sin hacer nada, da mala impresión. Si solo quieres dormir barato y tener un cuarto para ello, este es el lugar, sin contar lo incomodo de las camas y almohadas, en la publicidad solo se ven las habitaciones tipo cabañas, eso es lo mas alejado a la realidad, pues solo son como 5 y el resto es un edificio de 3 pisos sin elevador, descuidado y con un buen de habitaciones. Si no traes coche, solo puedes salir en taxi pues caminando hacia el centro no es tan cercano. No lo recomiendo.

Muy mal estado los baños todo el tiempo tapados y vas al de la recepción y rotó. Muy bonito lugar pero las instalaciones horrible. 3 veces fui a que me arreglaran ese problema y me fui siguió igual. Horrible sus instaciones de baño y las del restaurante asquerosas baños mega sucios. Muy mala experiencia
