Le logement est très grand et très propre. La vue est magnifique. Les repas sont top.

Arrangement and hospitality

Le cadre et la vue, le personnel était gentil. Les lits étaient confortables.

La personne qui s'occupait de nous accueillir parlait assez mal anglais, pas facile de communiquer. Aucune information sur le lieu, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d'être réveillés à 5h du matin par l'appel à la prière qui dure 1h tous les jours! L'accès est quand même difficile en voiture.

Loved the peaceful nature views from the bungalow, absolutely stunning! The staff were warm, welcoming, and made the stay extra comfortable. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

This place is truly magical. We couldn't believe our eyes with the scenery from our balcony. Peaceful environment and can spend your day with lots of natural sounds. The manager and staff was really helpful. Highly recommend for everyone.

The location is placed in a very quiet neighborhood and the road to the property is very scenic. As for the amenities, its worth for the price tag and the staff is very helpful as well. Also you can order meals from the alacarte menu which is pretty reasonably priced.

I got sick during the stay and the staff gave me medicine and everything but i didnt get better. Next day morning they arranged me a tuktuk and that person went to few places with me to get medicine from a doctor.

It is a wondaful place with nice mountain view, birds and animals green environment. Well calm and quait place and well recommended for vacation. Staff is very friendly, helpfull and giving good assistance. Cleanliness is very good and well tast foods. Value for money for tatal package is more than expected.

Our online cost was $ 31... we paid our amount from sri lankan rupees. They calculated exchange rate higher than market value of that day. . so we paid more money than we expected. That's the only thing we dissapointed about the hotel. 😔

It was well prepared. The manager Mr Dhammika was very trustworthy, personable, accommodating and clearly took pride in what he did. Meals were ready on time and met our expectations in taste and sufficient quantity.

A few more options for meals and perhaps the option of getting choices of meals cooked by the staff if items and ingredients were provided by guests would have compensated for this. The property advertised a Microwave, Kitchenware, and Kitchenette that gave the impression of self-cooking being available. This was not the case If the property had multiple parties resident eating space, timings and lay out would be a challenge. The access to sitting area is only via a staircase and so inaccessible to elderly persons....

The property advertised a private kitchen Microwave, Kitchenware, and Kitchenette that gave the impression of self-cooking being available. This was not the case A few matters of detail to be considered. The upper floor bedroom with an outside access had no access to the inside of the property, sitting/ dining area once those doors were closed. Access to the room was through French windows and the door had no handle from outside to open it.

Location, staff, facilities

Overall, I had a great experience with Hotel Grace. the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was a wonderful, clean, and perfect view of surrounded by the facility.
