The location is good being right by the main square, however you do have to go down a small alley to reach the entrance. The check in was quite long, and we had a small problem with the aircon but they fixed it right away.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Its location is ideal; it's close to the bazaar. The building is very beautiful, and the rooftop terrace is especially charming.
Compared to our previous accommodations in Morocco, the staff was a huge disappointment. They showed no kindness whatsoever. The room was more or less okay, though the air conditioner probably hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. Also, our hair kept sticking to the headboard—maybe it had recently been painted or something, I don’t know—but in any case, it was unpleasant.

It was very noisy, and I couldn’t sleep all night. I heard people talking very loudly at around 3:00 a.m., and in the morning, I heard the doors being slammed really hard. It was a very bad experience, honestly.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Tuvimos un problema con nuestro vuelo y fueron flexibles al cambiar las fechas. Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza Jma el Fna y, además, no se oían ruidos a la noche. El alojamiento es agradable, con patio interior muy bonito, y cuenta con una terraza rooftop muy tranquila. La habitación es pequeña, pero tiene todo lo necesario: un lugar donde dejar el equipaje y un lavabo que es de utilidad, además de un ventilador. En la planta baja, cerca de nuestra habitación, había un baño pequeño, pero que contaba con ducha. Subiendo unas escaleras había otro baños y ducha más espaciosos. Estaba todo muy limpio. Probamos el desayuno (4€/persona), era abundante y rico.
El baño de la planta baja era pequeño, no nos duchamos en este porque parecía algo agobiante y no tenía para dejar la ropa sin mojarse.

Reservo con el desayuno incluido y me dicen que no que hay que pagar unos 4€ y aparte en la reserva pone que hay aire acondicionado y me encuentro con un ventilador y el tema de los baños compartidos es muy incómodo.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Gute Lage direkt am Djemaa el-Fna (Hauptplatz). Die Terrasse war abends auch schön, wenn die Sonne weg war (sonst zu heiß). Die Zimmer sind sehr kompakt, aber es reicht aus, wenn man sparsam gepackt hat.
Einmal hat Klopapier gefehlt, die Dusche konnte man nicht gut abschließen (zumindest bei einer Dusche), sonst hat aber alles gepasst.

La chambre est très petite et ne disposait que d’un petit ventilateur, ce qui rend le confort compliqué en plein été... Les douches et sanitaires sont partagés et ne sont pas toujours très propres. Ils sont nettoyés, mais à certains horaires, ce n'est vraiment pas top ! Les douches ne sont pas très pratiques : toutes petites, il y fait extrêmement chaud, aucune ventilation (l'horreur en plein été, on étouffait).

Reservamos habitación con AC y otra con ventilador en verano sin duda mejor con AC por más de que exista ventilador se siente la calor dentro, los baños en nuestro caso al escoger compartidos siempre estuvieron limpios.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral, direkt beim Djemm El Fna. Auch das Personal ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist für diesen Preis wirklich top. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit bequemen Betten und Kissen, genügend sauberen Tüchern und Klopapier (was in Marokko oft nicht der Fall ist), einem sauberen Badezimmer und sogar einem Fernseher mit internationalen Kanälen.

La habitación (que apenas caben dos personas) tiene como aire acondicionado un ventilador que remueve el aire caliente, pero tenía un pequeño lavabo como compensación de que no haya armario.

Camera troppo piccola per tre persone. Bagno troppo piccolo e scomodo. Durante il soggiorno c'erano lavori (rumore di trapano e altro, non potevavo riposarci). Lenzuola vecchie con buchi. Formiche in camera, cuscini scomodi e l'aria condizionata gocciola sopra al mio letto.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The location is absolutely fantastic and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and came equipped with a fan and a private sink. The shared showers and toilets are regularly cleaned, and my room was located right next to them, which was super convenient. If you are traveling on a budget, this is a solid place to stay and I would definitely return.
My room was located right next to the reception desk. If you are a light sleeper, it can get a bit noisy at times, so I highly recommend bringing a pair of earplugs. Overall, a great value for the money!

Personalen i receptionen var väldigt nonchalant. Tittade på fotbollsmatch medan vi försökte prata med honom. Rummen ca hemska. Då såg vi två olika. Luftkonditioneringen funkade inte bra. Frukosten var sådär.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Lo staff è veramente molto gentile, mi è stato permesso di fare il check-in in tarda serata e sono stata accolta con il sorriso. Sono rimasta solo una notte, la stanza anche se piccolina molto pulita.
Al posto di avere una finestra c'era una piccola grata che ridava all' interno della struttura. Era uno spazio aperto da cui arrivavano voci dei diversi ospiti. Non proprio un posto tranquillo per dormire.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The location was definitely the best bit, barely a minute walk away from the markets and so many restaurants and juice bars and such a lively, friendly, amazing atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and the terrace was absolutely gorgeous and just tucked away enough that it was pleasantly calm despite the busy city being so close. The hotel was super helpful and proactive too, cooking breakfast, printing our boarding passes and sorting our taxis - efficient and friendly :)
The only thing was that sometimes the toilet paper was run out or there wasn't soap in some of the bathrooms, so just more keen updates on the bathrooms would have been appreciated!
