973 The way the boutique owners treated us (my fiancée and me) was incredible. They were flexible with check-in, provided secure private parking (parking in the city can be tricky), and treated us with great courtesy and excellence from the moment we arrived until we left. The boutique is perfect—simply perfect. The location is excellent; I didn't use my car at all and did everything on foot. It was quiet and comfortable. It was the best breakfast I had during my entire trip (to Chile)! Since we had an early flight, we had to leave early (7:00 AM)—about an hour and a half before breakfast service officially began. I was amazed by the owners' thoughtfulness in preparing a tray of coffee and snacks for us so we could have something to eat before and during our journey. It is this kind of personal service that wins over a customer; I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude for the service we received during our stay.

Proprietari gentilissimi, posizione (molti ristoranti nei dintorni), giardino, design della struttura, colazione, bagno spazioso, pulizia, parcheggio davanti alla struttura. I proprietari hanno anche un ristorante dove si mangia benissimo.

Le camere sono un po' piccole per un soggiorno molto lungo, avevamo due valigie grandi e due trolley ma comunque ci si adatta. Letti alla francese, ma credo che date le dimensioni della stanza letti più grandi non ci sarebbero stati.

The Esencia is a beautiful, quaint boutique hotel with lovely architecture and landscaping. When you enter, you feel like you are in a retreat. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to get an extra room for our son on the day of our check in. The breakfast included a variety of options - granola, fresh fruit, yogurt, and charcuterie. Each guest could choose the style of eggs to accompany the meal - poached, fried, scrambled. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will be back.

El estacionamiento es en un pasaje cerrado. Si bien es seguro, no siempre hay lugar aunque el dueño nos aseguró que se buscaría una solución de ser así.

The hotel is in a very central location; all the main attractions of Viña del Mar are within walking distance, yet the place is quiet and cozy. Special mention for the excellent breakfast and the super friendliness of the staff.

The breakfast is delicious, and the personalized service is outstanding. They always help us whenever unexpected situations come up during our visits. They are incredibly kind and very attentive. Thank you so much. My husband and I sincerely appreciate all the help you gave us during our recent trip.

A super boutique hotel, quiet but in a great area full of little cafes and restaurants. The staff were wonderful - very helpful in organising restaurants, guides and taxis and were helpful organising parking and directions to the hotel. Delicious breakfast!

Our host Connie was wonderful. Was enthusiastic about her job, provided us very good restaurants with 5-6 blocks, as well as places to visit on our daily walks. Breakfast was provided and included wonderful continental options as well as eggs and coffee made to order. Overall, a great stay and would stay again if in the area. A nice boutique hotel offered character that lacks in the big hotels.

Alles! Schöner kann man in Viña del Mar nicht wohnen. Das Personal ist das professionellste, charmanteste und beste in ganz Viña! Ausserdem liegt das Hotel im "Gourmet District" Restaurants, Bars und Bistros rings herum sind outstandig. Perfekt für Foodies.

Great location, walkable to the beach, main restaurants and public transportation. Everything was really clean and the customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. Great breakfast made to order. Such a lovely spot in the middle of Viña.

Loved our time at Esencia and want to return! Just right for a relaxed end of a month in Chile. Beach is handy, tons of food options, breakfast is very nice, super quiet, garden and patio are immaculate, staff is exceptional. (Don Emilio restaurant was fantastic, too!)

The place was a feast for the senses. Food, flowers, the view, the gardens.

I would suggest a small container for disposal of napkins, etc. In the courtyard. We had carryout, and had no place for our containers except the trash container in our bathroom.

Charming property with delightful staff who were so very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The area felt safe and not touristy.

A very quiet location, but only 5 minutes walk from the beach..Numerous restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. The hotel has a shaded patio garden, perfect for quiet relaxation.

The property was beautiful, comfortable, charming and very well taken care of.

The hotel is located in a quiet courtyard with greenery, while still being very close to many restaurants and walking distance to the beach. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the breakfast which included eggs, yogurt, bread, tea coffee with more.

Very nice boutique hotel in a very quiet area but still very close to the beach and restaurants and bars. We stayed for 5 nights and unfortunately were given a rather small room. The staff is lovely and speaks very good English. Breakfast was good. We had a small misunderstanding with the reception lady who helped us book a trip to Casablanca valley for wine tasting and we would have preferred a bit more transparency on the price. It was still really nice and we had a great time though we had to pay more than told in the end. The restaurant affiliated with the hotel was recommended by the staff and did not disappoint. It was delicious!

Excelente ubicación, toallas, colchón, ropa de cama y almohadas impecables, amabilidad,gentileza y simpatía de anfitriona.

Sugerencias a considerar. No había aire acondicionado en la habitación y tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas...en días calurosos se hace necesario. La tina filtraba agua al piso. El café de grano para el desayuno debería mejorar.

Increible alojamiento con excelente ubicacion e instalaciones, con una vibra muy agradable y un desayuno exquisito. Sin duda lo mas destacable es la gran atencion de los dueños, quienes desde el primer momento nos han hecho sentirnos en casa, logrando que sea una experiencia inolvidable y que tengamos ganas de volver.

Todo es muy bueno, mencionaría que en algunos momentos del dia hacia mucho calor en la pieza y quiza podria mejorar. Aun asi, se dispone de espacios comunes al aire libre muy agradables y frescos.

Quiet locationwith great hosts, Nieves, Marcello and Constanza on the front desk. Constanza was very helpful for tips on getting around. We like family run stays and you could feel the difference on arrival when Nieves gave us a big hug as a greeting. They were as sad to see us go as we were to leave.

Lovely hosts and staff. The breakfast was a real buffet, with lots of options, fresh and delicious. Eggs are made to your taste at the moment. The property is charming and away from the noise even in a great location close to restaurants.

Truly marvelous experience, the hosts were amazing and the place was very unique, we loved the building and the design. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and calm location but very central at the same time, we will coma again!

We had a great 2 night stay. The location in Vina Del Mar is perfect - great neighborhood that is close to the beach. Constanza was amazing and the owners are lovely. We would definitely recommend.

The room was quite small but sufficient for us. The blinds / shutters are not black out dark. The light can shine through.

The location, in a walled charming garden, is excellent. A quiet oasis of peace in the midst of a bustling restaurant district. Breakfast was wonderful with personally prepared eggs and coffee, complemented with a wide choice of fresh fruits, yogurts and cereals. The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful. Communication with the hosts was smooth and efficient. The sea was within a short walk. The hotel is at the end of a cul de sac and can be missed when viewed from the main road.

A small, friendly hotel with comfortable rooms and tucked away down a secure side street. It has lovely gardens wrapped around the buildings which felt like a tranquil oasis in the middle of the city. The hotel is surrounded by a good selection of restaurants and some small shops and is a five minute walk from the beach. Constanza on reception was brilliant- she can fix or find out whatever you want or need and speaks excellent English. She is a great asset to the hotel.

Lots of keys!! We appreciated the security but kept mixing up which key was for which door or gate!

This hotel is perfectly situated, closed to the beach and all the facilities to go to different places in Vina Del Mar. The room was very large, the bathroom at the top of the level and everything has been perfectly clean. People are kindle and very happy to facilitate your sejour. Last, the breafast is excellent.

La habitación. Me pareció chica y sobre oscura. Esperaba una mejor habitación.

Fijn hotel, goed (stevig) bed. Geen airco in de kamer, dat was een beetje jammer. Uitermate vriendelijk personeel. We kregen allerlei tips voor restaurants en hoe verder te reizen met de bus. Genoeg te eten en drinken in de buurt. Leuke tuin met fijne zitjes.

De kamer was niet groot en had geen airco. Het was een beetje te warm 's nachts.

Everyone at Esencia from the moment of arrival everyone was very friendly and welcoming, Making you feel at home immediately. It is obvious everyone takes pride in the service they provide. Also great prearrival communications. The breakfast is the best we have had since being in Chile, fresh and varied, and so much of it too. Other hotels could learn so much from Escenia on how to treat people and provide top class accommodation and service. Great location just a short walk from Vina del Mar beach plenty of local cafes and restaurants too. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Un véritable coup de cœur ! Esencia est une petite pépite, idéalement située à Viña del Mar, proche de la mer, des restaurants, et pourtant au calme dans une petite rue agréable. L’accueil de Nueves et Marcello, le couple qui dirige l’hôtel, a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Leur gentillesse, leur attention et leur disponibilité font vraiment la différence. Petite anecdote : nous sommes arrivés avec un pneu crevé, et Marcello n’a pas hésité une seconde à nous aider. Il nous a accompagnés chez un réparateur de confiance qui a pu changer le pneu rapidement, ce qui nous a permis de poursuivre notre séjour sereinement. L’hôtel est charmant, très propre, décoré avec goût, et on s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter — un vrai bonheur dans une station balnéaire très prisée.

Un joli havre de paix, pourtant situé au milieu de cette ville. Personnel accueillant et excessivement serviable. Merci à Constanza et Andres pour toutes les attentions nous concernant. On se reverra.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is awesome. Comfy beds and the breakfast is made with soooo much love. We loved our stay so much we extended for a few more nights. But by far the best thing is the staff. Connie always greets you with a big smile and is super willing to help and give tips for the area. And Nieve is just the sweetest person, she has sooooo much passion for her hotel and her guest and really makes you feel like home.
