تجربة سيئة جدًا ومؤسفة، ولا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق إطلاقًا. أثناء إقامتنا، اختفت من الغرفة مجوهرات ثمينة جدًا تخص زوجتي، من بينها خواتم ذهب وألماس. الموضوع بالنسبة لنا كان صادمًا، والأكثر إزعاجًا هو التعامل مع الواقعة وعدم شعورنا بأن ممتلكاتنا كانت آمنة داخل الغرفة. والأسوأ من واقعة اختفاء المجوهرات نفسها كان أسلوب التعامل معنا بعد إبلاغ إدارة الفندق. تم التعامل معنا بكل وقاحة ولا مبالاة، وكأن الأمر لا يعنيهم، ولم نشعر بأي احترام أو اهتمام بمشكلة خطيرة بهذا الحجم. كنا نتوقع على الأقل تعاملًا مسؤولًا ومحترمًا، لكن للأسف ما حدث كان العكس تمامًا

على البحر مباشره ومنظر طبيعى جميل جدا

النظافه و عدم الاهتمام و التاخير فى تنفيذ اعمال النظافه بعد التواصل اكثر من 4 مرات وعدم وضع الاكواب و الشاى و النسكافيه اليومى الا بعد طلبهم اكثر من مره و اضطررت الى الغاء اخر ايامى لعدم النظام او للاستهتار ولكن اشهد الله ان الاشخاص بيردوا بزوق جدا و اى حد تقابله بيحاول يحسسك انه مهتم و بشوش و مبسوط للقائك ولكن لو كان طلب عن طريق التليفون الموضوع بيقلب بهدله

الكيدز اريا بفلوس كتيره اوي مش عارف ليه مع انها فقيره جدا والمفروض تكون للنزلاء ببلاش لكن هما عملنها بفلوس النص ساعه ب200 ج مع ان بره الفندق وجنبه مباشره لاقيت الساعه ب150 ج . ثانيا مفيش شمس بتدخل حمام السباحه وديه حاجه وحشه جدا مفيش سخانات فى المياه والمياه برده طبعا ولا شمس ولا سخانات . ثالثا الشاطئ اللي تبع الفندق مش نضيف ومش مجهز بكراسي كويسه وطبعا مفيش شزلونج ده الكراسي اقل من كراسي القهاوي .

اعجبني أطلاله و مكان الفندق وقربه من جميع الأنشطه والأماكن المهمه داخل الأسكندرية. تعاون وذوق فريق الأستقبال . و أهتمام أفراد ال Room service ''مريم رمضان وحسام حسن'' و سؤالهم بشكل مستمر عن أحتياجاتنا.

عدم التنويه عن وجود رسوم منفصلة لمواقف السيارات عن فتره الأقامة و عدم توضيح ذلك عند الحجز و علمت فقط عند وقت المغادرة

The valet parking guys were efficient & very helpful. The housekeeping staff were hardworking, devoted & creative, especially Mr Saad and Mr Sherif. They took the time to ask us about any extra needs & how they may make our stay more comfortable. I totally recommend this place with its exceptional view of the Corniche

The breakfast open buffet was a disappointment. The bakery wasn’t fresh, the food that was supposed to be served hot wasn’t & the choices were quite limited. We didn’t like it at all

I liked the staff, very friendly and helpful.

The pool is very small, water not clean, and the sun doesn't reach it covered by the giant building. Also the breakfast buffet is very poor in content and quality.

للاسف الزحام الشديد كنا بنستني الباص للبحر بالنص ساعه ولما يجي الناس تجري عليه وتقف ف الطريق كأنها مواصلات عامه ! أطالب الفندق بتزويد عدد الباصات ف فترات الزحام دي اقل حاجه تتعمل الناس ف مستوي فندق زي توليب التلاجات كلها تبريد سئ كل الاكل معانا باظ ف التلاجه

While lobby looks impressive, The rooms need significant upgrade and maintenance. Old furniture, old bedding. Had to ask to change bedding sets. Room and bathroom very old and need deep clean. Like bed head rest, telephone, light switches are all stained.

ارجو تزويد عدد الباصات بحيث يبقي باص كل عشر دقايق تفاديا الزحام البشع الي كان موجود اداره فندق كبير زي توليب اتمني انها تلتفت لكده عشان عيب نقف سااعه عايزين نروح البحر وكل العاملين يبذلون أقصي طاقتهم ولكن عدد باص قليل جدا

The music was very loud from 2000 to 2359 and some times later ... and the event could feel boring if you weren’t a local. Not recomended for businees trip.

The location is amazing, close to anything you might need and with a great view of the corniche.

There was no "do not disturb" sign in my room. As a result I was woken up early by housekeeping because there was no way of indicating that I didnt need the room cleaned. The bathtub/sink were leaking, there was water on the bathroom floor whenever either was used.

Great experience overall! Special thanks to Ahmed and the reception team for the warm welcome and for surprising my wife with a beautiful room and birthday cake. It was a lovely touch and made her birthday special

الموقع ممتاز فيو رائع بوفيه الافطار جيد

الغرفة مقبولة بشكل عام، ولكنها لا تتناسب مع مستوى فندق مصنف خمس نجوم، وكان من المفترض أن تكون أفضل بكثير. أما دورة المياه فهي سيئة للغاية، ومستواها أقل من مستوى بنسيون، والنظافة بها سيئة جدًا، وكأن هناك تراكمًا لسنوات من عدم التنظيف بالشكل الذي يليق بفندق خمس نجوم. كان بإمكاني الإقامة في شقة مفروشة بنحو عُشر المبلغ، وبعدد أشخاص ضعف العدد، ولكنني اخترت الفندق تحديدًا من أجل النظافة وجودة الخدمة، وخاصة نظافة دورة المياه. والأكثر استياءً أن مشرف الدور اعتذر، لكنه ذكر أنه أشرف بنفسه على تنظيف الغرفة وأعطى موافقته على تسكين النزلاء بها. وهذا في الحقيقة عذر أقبح من الخطأ نفسه، لأن وجود هذه الحالة من النظافة بعد إشراف المشرف عليها يؤكد أن مستوى النظافة المتبع لا يرقى إطلاقًا إلى مستوى فندق خمس نجوم. كذلك كانت خدمة الاستقبال غير مرضية، حيث تحدث الموظف بأسلوب غير لائق، ولم يكن يستمع إلى الشكوى أو يحاول فهمها أو تقديم حل مناسب. والأمر زاد سوءًا أننا استلمنا الغرفة في الساعة السادسة والنصف مساءً، واضطررنا إلى الانتظار حتى الساعة السابعة والنصف تقريبًا لاستكمال التنظيف، ومع ذلك بقيت دورة المياه، بسبب تراكم الأوساخ، لا تبدو نظيفة على الإطلاق. أطالب إدارة الفندق بالتعامل مع هذه الشكوى بجدية، لأن ما حدث لا يتناسب مع السعر المدفوع ولا مع تصنيف الفندق كفندق خمس نجوم

من اجمل فنادق الاسكندريه من حيث المعاملة والاستقبال تحياتي لإدارة الفندق..والبحر اكتر من رائع.. بعدما أصبح كجزيره فى قلب البحر الأبيض المتوسط.. شكرا لاداره الفندق على حسن الاستقبال..

The room itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is convenient for nearby events (such as squash tournaments).

Ignored Booking Specifications: Despite booking a King Bed through Booking.com, reception tried to force us into a twin room, only "finding" a King Bed after aggressive insistence. Child Bed Extortion Attempt: Our booking clearly included our 8-year-old daughter with a "stay free of charge" policy, yet reception tried to demand an extra 300 EGP per night for her bed. They only waived it as a "free exception" after we challenged their listing rules. Restricted Outdoor Access: Both the beach and pool areas are completely shut down after 6:00 PM, and guests are strictly forbidden from even sitting near the water to enjoy the calm evening sea view. Unusable Indoor Outlets: When directed to the upstairs cafe for a sea view, it was closed for a private event. The upstairs bar was completely unmanned with no bartender, and the ground-floor cafe was low-standard, chaotic, and overly noisy. Filthy Garage Access: Elevators are disabled from going down to the B1 basement parking (under the weak excuse of "child safety"), forcing guests to use a filthy, foul-smelling, and unmaintained stairwell to reach their cars. Ignored Member Discounts: The promised 10% Booking.com discount on food and beverages was omitted from the final bill and only applied after we caught the mistake and presented our reservation proof.

كل شيء كان رأئع في الاوتيل وكان مريح جداً وكل العاملين كانوا في منتهى الذوق والروقى وتم التسكين في خمس دقايق مع انى كنت متواجد بدرى جدا وشكرا للجميله شروق فى الهاوس كيبنج على ذوقها وقيامها بعملها على اكمل وجة

فقط فى صعوبة فى الباركينج وتحصيل رسوم امر غير مقبول

خدمة تنظيف الغرف ممتازة والموظفون متعاونون جدا وبشوشون خدمة صف السيارات

نقص الادوات في الغرفة كفرشاة الاسنان وجود عيوب كثيرة في الاضاءة وأسلاك الكهرباء وعدم القدرة على اصلاحها حتى انتهاء الاقامة قدم الاثاث وعبوب في استخدام الخزنة المرفقة بالغرفة وصوت التكييف عالي جدا في الغرفة مستوى الافطار متواضع جدا عدم اهتمام موظفة الرسيبشن عند مغادرة الفندق وانشغالها بهاتفها الشخصي حتى انها لم تهتم بسؤالنا عند كيفية اقامتنا

The location of the property is amazing. You are pretty much in the middle spot of the city where you can easily access everything in Alexandria. We also liked the view of our suite and how well maintained the property and the room were. Access to beach was really good as well so a good experience overall.

The parking is not the best in terms of its structural convenience and I would say a bit risky to drive through or park peacefully. We also expected the breakfast to include options for healthy food such as slimmed milk, etc.

It is a great memorable experience, I and my family really enjoyed the hotel pool and beach starting from building design cleaness and comfiness. Actually that is nothing besides the great service starting from front disk personal kindness helpfulness availability through room service staff cleaness and readiness to the restaurant staff, cheerfulness . the perfect breakfast variability and freshness, and lastly the beach shuttle staff awakeneIss and hostility. Thanks tolip keep ccp up up and and I I wish to meet again soon,

Excellent location, close to some of Alexandria’s best restaurants and landmarks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mustafa Sadeq from Housekeeping for his professionalism, kindness, and great service. Also, thanks to the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, for being very helpful and choosing a great room for me. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely come back!

المكان مريح والنظافة ممتازة . الغرفة جيدة جدا اطلالة جانبية على البحر ممتازة الصراحة الطاقم كله خدمتهم ممتازة ومبادرين بالتحية والمساعدة.

-الكراسي والمنضده في البلكونات مهترئه ! -المطعم هناك بعض التفرقه في رفض اصطحاب الطعام للغرفه لمن كان نائما ولم يستطع حضور الإفطار ...وفي نفس الوقت بعض النزلاء الذين انهوا إفطارهم تجدهم وابنائهم يحملون طعاما في أطباق فويل من الواضح جدا انها من داخل المطعم...يقوم أحد مديرين صالة الإفطار بإعدادها مخصوص لهم🤔

The location is very central

The hotel is not clean at all , this is not a 5 stars hotel by any means , rating it as a 2 stars hotel would be fine . Rooms are not clean and even after calling the room service and cleaning it again it was full of stains, hair , unclean towels and bed sheets , even the restaurant was not clean enough .

أنا جيت الفندق من حوالي تلات سنين كان مستوى النضافه أعلى من كده بكتير حمام اللوبي غير نضيف بالمره لايرقى لمستوى الفندق حمام السباحة الميه واضح أنها ماتغيرتش من مده. أما مستوى الفطار أقل من المتوسط مفيش تنوع مفيش جوده عاليه اللحوم المصنعه زي اللانشون والسلامي والسوسيس جوده رديئة جدا الاصطاف في صالة الطعام ضعيف حتى السوبر فايزر بتاعهم لم يهتم لمشكلتي بصراحه مستوى الفندق أقل من كذا سنه فاتت

Simply everything ( especially breakfast, in room dining service, swimming pool and the hotel's private beach ). Special thanks go to Mr.Awad and Mr.Shazly in the 5 th .floor .

Some restaurants were overpriced : very small portions with very high prices ( eg :Al Iskandarani restaurant , and staff there didn't bother to ask us if the meal was satisfying despite the very limited number of guests .That's why we preferred in room dining ( good portions with reasonable prices )
