It was clean and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped.

The number and steepness of the stairs was not clear at the time of booking and whilst we managed, it could have been a problem.

This is a superb spot in Ypres. It was finished to a high standard, located in a perfect location and really made our stay. There is ample parking (August 2026) and the host had excellent communications

Although we didn't meet the host their communication by email with check in instructions were clear. The property was clean,tidy with all the facilities needed. Most locations within Ypres were on average a 10 minutes walk, including free car parking near the Lidl store near the lille gate. Overall a great place to stay which suited our group brilliantly.

Beautiful home in old Ypres, easily walkable to everywhere. Great for 2 families, with all the things you need for a stay. Also easy to walk to supermarkets.

Excellent location close to the centre of Ypres. The house is spotless and very nicely decorated with all of the amenities you would need. There is some free parking a short walk away. Would definitely stay again. The host was communicative and friendly.

Ruime, centraal gelegen appartement. Zeer schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken zoals vaatwasser, wasmachine, droger, Senseo koffie apparaat etc. In de kleine binnenplaats was ruimte om 4 fietsen veilig te stallen.

Voor ons was het geen probleem, maar parkeren moet buiten het centrum. Was slechts 509 meter lopen. En de slaapvertrekken en een kleine woonkamer bevinden zich op respectievelijk eerste en tweede verdieping. Mocht je slecht te been zijn dan is dat wel belangrijk.

Many visits and 3 have been at little gate. Really enjoy the whole place very comfortable and ideally situated.

Prima huis met voldoende ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien. Handdoeken en beddengoed aanwezig. Ook thee en koffie beschikbaar. Centrum van Ieper op loopafstand, parkeergelegenheid op korte afstand. We hebben 2 dagen van de plek genoten en konden heerlijk op het kleine terrasje buiten zitten (het was warm).

Prachtig ingericht huis. Heel comfortabel. Alles is aanwezig. Het ligt midden in het centrum. Bakker is op 1 min lopen.

Het ligt aan een drukke straat. Er is geluidsoverlast van het verkeer.

The property was perfect for two couples as we each had our own floor of the house as well as own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, and the courtyard in back was a perfect place for pre-dinner drinks as well as coffee in the morning.

Clearly nothing can be done about this, but the cobbled street was a little noisy in the evening with traffic noise.

Excellent location with a short walk into the main square/town. As the property was near the Lille Gate, there was easy parking close by. Small bakery/patisserie 100 mtrs away towards the city gate and a Spar supermarket about 0.5Klm along the same road but opposite direction.

Only one stand alone shower across the 4 bedrooms but good bath and hand shower in main bathroom.

It was easy to find and parking was easy. The location was ideal. Just afew mins walk into town or to the Menin Gate. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. We went with family to visit our Great Uncles WW1 grave so it was the perfect location to visit all the places we needed to go to.

Distance from centre (15 min walk) but close to walls which made a nice walk. No freezer but not a big deal.

Great location, 15 mins walk from centre. Spotlessly clean and great decor. Lovely courtyard area outdoors. Host very responsive when we had queries about parking at first and came to our aid.

Nothing I did not like about this property. Just note- Stairs might be a little steep for elderly or less able guests. My older parents struggled a little, so I let them have the bedroom on 1st floor which made it manageable.

Clean, very well equipped, spacious and very close to the centre of Ieper. Host answers questions quickly and is polite and friendly. Very nice welcome gift, nicely turned out rooms and very handy for road exit to battlefields. Free parking close to location at rear of property, with parking disc provided. Thank you!

The only thing I could possibly pick up was instructions on how to use heating could be printed on the inside of the grey thermostat box in the bathroom. Other than that I would recommend this property to anyone that would an like excellent, well priced and well located property.

Beautiful three story house on quiet street in historic city.

The parking was further than expected. We found quite a few businesses closed in late June.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful city and ideally located for all aspects of our visit.

lovely spacious property, good facilities and nice decorations, nice small private patio area, few minutes walk to town and menin gate. Communication with Liesbeth was great, she recommended restaurants for us and even posted our left luggage back.

This was the perfect location for Ypres. Walking distance to everywhere. We had no car but easy to get to buses, shop etc. Bakery literally a few doors away. Quiet location, bit of traffic noise which you'd expect with its position but quiet at night. Great kitchen facilities.
