Ohana Haven

The place was very tranquil and I liked that the room was nice and spacious, also catered well for our little one and it was safe for my family.

Nothing much I was expecting to see a sign that indicates that is the place, it was a bit confusing when we got there. But overall all was good.

Clean and modern space.

The Host is exceptionally Amazing I highly recommend this venue.

Nice host, fully equipped apartment, quiet and safe.

Amazing, absolutely stunning

This was great value for money. Friendly check in staff who helped us unpack and show us around. Quite area and there was no noice desturbance from the aircrafts. Will recommend this stay!!

The place is peaceful, spotless, and very comfortable it truly felt like home. Shaun was incredibly kind and went out of his way to take me to the clinic when my son wasn’t feeling well, which I really appreciated. The cleaning team also did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay. Communication with Shanika was excellent she was always pleasant, responsive, and helpful. The hospitality, care, and attention to detail made my experience exceptional. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming stay! 🌸

Nothing; everything was exceptional

Acomodação impecável! Tudo muito novo, limpo e muito bem equipado.

The cleanliness and the comfort room aroma and security tops. The place is just walking distance to the mall . The quietness gives peace of mind

Nothing at all

The pictures of this place do not do justice to the real view of this place. Shaun welcomed us with such warmth, and we will definitely be back when we are around the East Rand again.

Absolutely nothing at all.

The place was super clean and modern, we had the best stay ever, thank you so much

There wan't anything we didn't like

I liked the location and it was close to my conference venue.

We had minor challenges with heating but our host sorted it out.

Upon learning that we were going to arrive late due to my son being ill, Sean and Sjaninka went out of their way to get to the pharmacy to get medication for my child. Dealing with them has been a pleasure and for them to go so far above and beyond was incredible.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect. I will most certainly recommend Ohana to everyone I know who needs a comfortable, convenient stay in an excellent location.

The manager Shaun was friendly and very helpful. Situated in a quiet area. Cameras and sensor lights outside, felt really safe. The room is absolutely beautiful, with a extra large bed., our daughter joined us the second evening and all 3 of us slept comfortably. Super neat and clean, Close to shopping mall. Definitely going back.

Absolutely beautiful place with a modern aesthetic. Cleanliness was 20/10 for me, especially the bathroom, which I always find to be lacking in most places I book. It felt like I was the first person to ever use the bathroom. It was absolutely spotless. The property is secure while easily accessible. Very short drive from the airport and lots of shopping centres and restaurants within short distances. Angel is like an actual angel, she's so warm and friendly. The host was also very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely choose to book here again.

The quiet environment, lovely warm, inviting and comfortable interior. How we were welcomed by the host on our arrival was a +. Got a little welcome gift.

It was stated that there's housekeeping during 10-11am but none showed up.

Literally everything you might need is there, irregardless of the the weather or anything.

sheets could use thorough cleaning ,saw a tiny bit of stains there but otherwise everything was spot on.

The place was very neat & nice we enjoyed a lot i wish to book every month .......the staff where very friendly

Nothing

Amazing, every detail, very thoughtful in everything. The shower is amazing, close to the airport, full kitchen! Very good staff.

Nothing

Clean, complete, comfortable

The place was beautifully decorated with a very nice interior that felt both stylish and cozy. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful.

We had the kitchen inside the apartment, so we were cooking our own meals.

Nothing

I don't even know where to start. Just when I entered, I could feel the cleanliness of the room . Everything was just fresh ,from the air I breathed. I like the cleanliness. Everything was spotless, the floor, fridge, linen, etc. The place us top notch . I wouldn't mind going back . Everyone wanted to know where I was because of how the place looked on my posts. Shaun was there to help. That's what I call outstanding customer service. I'm a supervisor in a retail store , so I know what customer service means . He went an extra mile with everything I needed. I was just jealous of the place , I made sure that I cleaned as after myself as the place talked for itself. To the management and the caretakers, keep up the good work 👏

The fact that I had to leave that beautiful place nothing else

Absolute value for money, privacy great and facilities great.

all fine. Such a huge pity to see how terribly the East rand has become a total squatter camp and filth while this location has mantained its previous dignity.

What a fantastic location, The staff were brilliant and really friendly. Room was clean ,tidy and comfortable.

Nothing , all was good

We had an amazing stay. Apartment is beautiful and spacious. Staff was very welcome and friendly when we arrived and during our stay. Kitchen is amazing and well equipped for a self catering unit. Definitely great value for money.

Internet is very slow and keeps disconnecting.
