Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Die Dame am Empfang war freundlich, das war’s aber auch schon.
Viel zu teuer, war eine absolute Absteige. Die Betten waren Feldbetten, total unbequem. Das Bad der Horror. Dreckig und alt und eklig. Die Toilettenspülung ist die ganze Nacht über gelaufen und hat laute Hämmergeräusche gemacht. Man konnte kaum schlafen. Der Kühlschrank war laut. Personal ist lediglich ab 15 Uhr da, auf Beschwerde wurde nicht eingegangen. Die Lage ist mitten im Industriegebiet.

The room has been with the balcony with 6 air-condition units installed on the balcony, you cannot use the balcony or open the windows because of the noise and smells from those units. Luckily we were there only for one night, I guess other rooms are much better.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Stanza pulita, personale disponibile,Ottima posizione per chi vuole stare in una posizione strategica per visitare tutte le spiagge e posti del lato Est dell’isola,si trova a 5 minuti dal centro di Olbia e avanti alla struttura è disponibile un parcheggio gratuito.
Unica cosa negativa è che si sentivano tutti i rumori dai corridoi delle stanze

In camera la lampada a parete lampeggia dopo un po' che è accesa. L'ascensore funziona e non funziona. Per il prezzo senza colazione mi sembra caro. 250 Eur per due notti dal 25 al 27 agosto.

The information about the airport SHUTTLE is FALSE. There is no shuttle, the hotel provides numbers of private drivers and that is it. You have to book and pay extra and the ride is 6 minutes but costs 40€ flat fare. The hotel is located in the industrial area of Olbia and in August there is NO TAXI available at any point in time to go to Olbia city or port. Because of that, the only option left for us for dinner was Mac Donald which was the only open venue at walking distance. Hence, I would rather spend 50€ more for a hotel in Olbia city and avoid the inconvenience and extra cost of the taxis.

- The building is horrible - The room is rudimentary and in serious need of renovation - The staff is rude - No sidewalks / pavement around the industrial area so unless you want to walk on the motorway you need a car - The smell is really bad also of the products used - Insects in the room - Price is not compatible with what is offered

Il balcone non è un balcone: sembra piuttosto una cella, dove il motore dell'AC rende l'aria irrespirabile. Davanti alla finestra si trova dunque un muro!

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Stanza spaziosa con balcone con vista su capannoni, se non altro la privacy era garantita anche da alti muri di separazione con le stanze adiacenti. Molto gradito il banchetto degli oggetti da prendere in prestito, abbiamo lasciato anche noi qualcosa per chi verrà dopo. Mini frigo perfettamente funzionante, congelava anche!
Due piani senza ascensore e sensazione un po' claustrofobica sul piano, anche la pulizia di ambienti comuni e balcone potrebbero essere migliorati (principalmente polvere). Letti un po' ballerini

Une odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre. Un personnel inexistant. Une climatisation qui fonctionnait à peine. Un emplacement étrange… dans un étage de centre d’affaires, coincée entre une centre de soins esthétique et des revendeurs d’outillages. Une ambiance très particulière et peu agréable. Les photos ne reflètent absolument pas la chambre. Je suis même surprise que booking maintienne cet établissement sur sa plateforme.

Stanza semplice ma confortevole con letto comodo e aria condizionata ben funzionante. La receptionist molto gentile e disponibile. Comodità di un bar sotto l'hotel a cui si accede dallo stesso edificio
