Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Fijn hotel, gelegen in het centrum, direct aan de boulevard. Hadden een ruime schone kamer met uitzicht op zee. Prima bedden. Medewerkers erg vriendelijk. Goed gevarieerd ontbijt, met veel vers fruit, maar ook kaas en rauwe ham, wat je in Italië niet vaak tegenkomt. Konden na uitchecken onze bagage in bewaring geven tot ons vertrek naar de luchthaven. Makkelijk bereikbaar, zowel vanaf luchthaven als treinstation.
Geen minpunten.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026O pequeno-almoço é bom, e o staff é muito simpático! O hotel encontra-se mesmo no centro da cidade, pelo que dá para fazer a pé. As praias necessitam de carro, como quase em todas as zonas da ilha. O quarto tem uma boa dimensão.
[No nosso quarto] O chuveiro não tem uma mangueira que permita segurá-lo na mão, o que pode ser um pouco incómodo, sobretudo para as mulheres. As janelas não isolam muito bem o som, embora, pelo que percebemos, já existam quartos no hotel com janelas novas (nós ficámos num quarto com janelas de madeira). Algumas tomadas também não funcionavam, nomeadamente as que ficam junto à cama.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, um das Zentrum von Olbia zu Fuss zu erkunden, und auch der Hafen ist gut erreichbar. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und unser Zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage und der Meerblick. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise etwas älter und könnte an einigen Stellen eine Auffrischung vertragen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder als Ausgangspunkt, um Olbia und die Umgebung zu erkunden, ist das Hotel aber absolut empfehlenswert. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt und eine gute Wahl für Olbia!

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist insgesamt gut. Allerdings verläuft die Straße direkt vor dem Hotel, sodass es insbesondere im Außenbereich teilweise sehr laut ist. Beim Personal haben wir leider unterschiedliche Erfahrungen gemacht. Während der Service grundsätzlich in Ordnung war, wirkte insbesondere der Empfang teilweise unfreundlich. Eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption machte einen eher schlecht gelaunten Eindruck und schien mit der Situation etwas überfordert. Die Zimmer waren insgesamt okay, allerdings funktionierte die Klimaanlage nur suboptimal. Das Frühstück war leider eine große Enttäuschung und für uns wirklich unterirdisch. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aufgrund der Lage durchaus interessant, bei Personal, Klimaanlage und insbesondere beim Frühstück besteht allerdings deutlich Luft nach oben.

A acomodação não é como está nas fotografias da booking. Chegam, têm um hotel velho e mal tratado. Chegam ao quarto e é tudo terrível. O chuveiro é minúsculo, o quarto é péssimo, colchão barato de péssima qualidade. O pequeno almoço é mau.

le mobilier et le décor très vieillot, la salle de bain et notamment la cabine de douche était très très étroite, aucune bouteille d'eau à l'arrivé ni boisson

Wir waren unglaublich froh und dankbar über die Möglichkeit so kurzfristig im hotel de plam unterzukommen. Der Rezeptionist war unglaublich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, wir sind ihm nach wie vor seehr dankbar für alles! Das frühstück war in ordnung, die aussicht vom zimmer richtung meer war auch sehr schön! vielen vielen dank für eure Hilfe!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Zeer vriendelijk, warm en betrokken personeel! Locatie (centrum en aan de haven) is perfect. Hygiëne (zeer schoon en elke dag werd het bed verschoond) Ontbijt was zeer goed!!! Met vers gezette cappuccino’s. Prijs was maar €10,00 pp.
Kleine douchecabine en de douche kwam uit de muur. (Dus geen flexibele doucheslang) Interieur was wat gedateerd. Bed sliep overigens prima! We misten opbergruimte voor onze spullen. Extra ligplanken aan de muren en in de kledingkast zouden prettig zijn.

Les chambres sont horribles (une chambre quadruple tout blanche avec des lits pas confortables, 4 lits simples au sol avec pas de place pour ciruler autour, la clim inefficace et bruyante, la salle de bain affreuse avec une douche minuscule et un évier mal fixé, un store vétuste avec vu sur les poubelles), aucune déco sur les murs ont aurait dit au mieux un hôpital ou un foyer, l'hôtel est très bruyant que ça viennedes couloirs ou de la rue. En plein mois d'août à 275 la nuit il s'agit d'une de mes pires expériences hotelières....on est très proche de la qualité d'in Formule 1 pour ceux qui ont la référence.

Struttura che nelle aree comuni si presenta bene ma nelle stanze dimostra di essere datato e necessità di una rinfrescata ...una bottiglia di acqua ne frigo non sarebbe stata male visto il prezzo del soggiorno

Отель полностью НЕ соответствует цене. Старый ремонт, все очень слышно, кофе на завтрак 1шт на человека. Вид далеко не на море. Расположение отеля нам не понравилось. За такую цену качество низкое.

Maivaise isolation phonique :route tres passante la nuit et bruyante, on entend egalement les conversations des chambres voisines. Stationnement à payer en plus. Si départ três matinal, pas possiblilté d'avoir un petit dejeuner avant 7h30...trop tard si on doit prendre le ferry.vraiement tres deçu.

La foto mostraba una hermosa vista al mar en esquina mientras que la habitacion resulto dar a un patio casi ciego. Y la relacion calidad precio, no se si es que cerdeña esta caro de por si, pero me parecio excesivo el precio para lo que era la habitacion. El baño amplio pero la bañera super pequeña, poca luz. El frigorifico casi que no funcionaba y una tele super pequeña. Ademas tuve que pagar el desayuno aparte.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Hotel jest dobrze położony i to jego największy atut. Jeżeli masz w cenie śniadania to też są one w porządku. W pobliżu powinieneś znaleźć miejsce parkingowe (ok. 300-500 metrów).
Klucze oddawane do recepcji jak 15 lat temu. Niestety pokój stary, a WiFi działa bardzo przeciętnie. Raczej nie zatrzymałbym się tutaj ponownie. Cena zdecydowanie nieadekwatna do jakości.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Boravili smo samo jednu noć nakon kasnog leta, ali opći dojam je vrlo dobar. Hotel ima odličnu lokaciju, a automobil smo parkirali u zatvorenoj garaži uz razumnu naknadu od 15 €. Osoblje je bilo vrlo ljubazno, susretljivo i spremno pomoći. Recepcija radi od 0-24h tako da prijava i odjava mogu biti u bilo koje doba dana. Doručak je bio zadovoljavajući. Vrlo dobar izbor za kraći boravak u Olbiji, kao u našem slučaju.
Možda da je doručak malo bogatiji, ali sve u svemu je ok.

Camera con mobili molto vecchi letti molto piccoli ...io avevo prenotato letto matrimoniale e singolo con doccia in bagno...mi hanno rifilato una tripla con tre lettini separati minuscoli...e nel bagno vasca senza una tenda....con relativo lago fino alla stanza dopo aver fatto una doccia...terribile....
