Buena ubicación. Cómodo, con cafetera y pava. Te dejan café y medialunas para el desayuno. Limpio y aire acondicionado que funciona bien

The host was really friendly. Pick-up keys was also easy, and Ac was already turned on when I arrived (which I really appreciated due to the 40C outside). I only stayed one night, and it is very convenient if you have to attend any meeting at the near University library. The location was also convenient for visiting the city centre and the area looked safe even at night. Really recommended!

Logement bien équipé et situé proche du centre . Personnel disponible et vu la situation compliquée avec l’Etna c’est un luxe ! Je recommande 100x ! Endroit sécurisant , bon rapport qualité prix.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Das Apartement ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man ist relativ schnell und unkompliziert im Citybereich.

Расположение. Находится в центре города. Чистая комната, комфортная кровать. Балкон. В ванной были все необходимые принадлежности, несколько чистых полотенец. Чай, кофе, вода, булочки, сахар - приятный бонус к завтраку. Вежливый хозяин. Всегда был на связи.

Улучшить уборку. Убраться один раз в два-три дня.

U smještaju je bio ugodan krevet i moderno uređenje.

Čistoća smještaja nije bila dobra, terase su bile prljave, tuš kabina puna dlaka. Voda jako sporo odlazi i u tuš kabini i u umivaoniku. Vlasnik objekta je ne najavljeno na dan odlaska ušao u apartman u prizemlju pod izlikom da je došao po ručnike.

Δεν είχε πρωινό γιατι είναι διαμέρισμα και οχι ξενοδοχείο. Είχα μηχανή καφέ, κάψουλες καφέ, νερό πόσιμο, κρουασάν, τσάι, τα υπόλοιπα τα βρίσκεις τα κοντινά μαγαζιά.

Όλα ήταν καλά.

Room Change: On day two, the electricity failed, which forced me to pack up all my belongings and move to a different room. Missing Amenities: I was told beforehand that my original room had a kitchen and a stove, so I packed accordingly. Unfortunately, the new room did not have a stove at all, which disrupted my plans. Bathroom Flooding: There is a design flaw with the bathroom drain. The water drains far too slowly, and because the floor is strangely tilted outwards, water completely floods out of the shower cabin every time you open the door.

The facilities of the room were ok

They didnt mention that there is a main door and after that a small hall that separests to 3 rooms. And after I mentioned it to the owner, his response was not nice. There is no cleaning servise for all the week, I had to ask for it. If found few womens hair in the room. The water in the bathroom is not draining well. In the mid of my stay I had an health issue, I asked for a partial refund cos I had to fly back home, and the request was denied

Que son muy estrictos a la hora de dejar la habitación. Tenía que ser a las 10 puntuales. No nos dejo dejar las maletas . Y nos lo repitió en 2 ocasiones que a las 10 no teníamos que estar

Sehr modern und neu eingerichtet. Mit einem kleinen Balkon in eiem urigen Hinterhof. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Absolut ruhige Lage.

Macchina del caffè nespresso e cornetti confezionati. Toppen! L'accoglienza di Gianmarco è stata fantastica, super kind and professionale. Anche Ernesto è stato grandioso, sempre disponibile e con un sorriso. Jag bor i Italien sedan molti anni, ma recentemente mi sono innamorato di Catania e della Sicilia. che posto meraviglioso!

Dejligt , pænt værelse med lille terrasse. Alt hvad man behøver .Meget stille om natten. Jeg sov så godt. Varmen fungerede fint. Trygt bag 3 døre. Udførlige instruktioner angående værelse, nøgler , kontakt. Værten svarede venligt og hurtigt på spørgsmål. Jeg mødte ham først ved udtjekning. Et meget rart menneske

Jeg kunne godt ha brugt en dyne. Heldigvis var der masser af varme fra aircondition. Jeg ved, at der kommer dyner i nær fremtid.

Deilig at det var sentralt. Deilig med litt fiskelukt fra fisketorget. Masse restauranter i nærheten. Likevel rolig på kveld/natt.

Tolle Lage, man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Kommunikation mit Vermietet einwandfrei, schnelle Antwort, Tipps zu Restaurants/Parkmöglichkeiten. Ruhig gelegen, aber doch zentral.

Ze śniadań nie skorzystaliśmy, lokalizacja spacerkiem 10min do głównych miejsc, uliczka w miarę bezpieczna

Everything was perfect, owner gave us all info needed for sled check in and accomodation was just perfect. Thank you

The accommodation is situated in a convenient area near the centre and the beautiful Via Crociferi. It is neat, spacious, clean and renovated. The bathroom is clean and modern. We had breakfast at cafè Insigne, which is a pretty welcoming place. The host was helpful, always gave us prompt replies when we asked him something, and he also gave us suggestions on places to visit and restaurants to have dinner.

I think it should be made clear on the website that the breakfast included is just a coffee and croissant at a selection of three coffee bars in the neighbourhood and it is not served at the accommodation. Also on the website of Booking it is clearly stated that cleaning service is provided daily. However, upon arrival we were informed that the cleaning would take place only once and that Sunday is excluded (we stayed for 4 nights). Unfortunately, there is no space for luggage storage so we had to pay for it at a local storage agency as we were flying quite late in the evening. And finally, although the times of check-in and check-out are mentioned in the information available on Booking, I have to admit that I find 10am check-out rather early.

All was perfect 😉😉 tottaly recommenced.

Er was geen terras om buiten te zitten Het ontbijt was heel beperkt: 1 croissant en 1 koffie

We really loved the property. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable and there was a lot of space. There is a great bathroom and very good quality bed and sheets. We slept very comfortably. The apartment is very close to the great attractions and close to a bus stop. I felt safe inside of the apartment. We also really enjoyed the added voucher for breakfast. The host is great with great communication about the apartment.

Die Unterkunft von Gianmarco war ein Traum. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gepflegt. Alle wichtigen Infos wurden vorab mitgeteilt. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und am Morgen meinen Kaffee (selbst mitgebracht) auf dem kleinen Balkon genossen. Super Preisleistungsverhältnis! Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! Vielen Dank

The room was very clean and comfortable. Not too far from the city centre. Good value for money. Nice place to stay in Catania!

The balcony was a bit tight and there was no view. The neighbours above can be a bit noisy in the morning.

Sehr netter und schnell erreichbarer Gastgeber. Alles super!

Alles war wie online beschrieben, das Appartement zweckmäßig und neuwertig eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Die Lage gut, relativ ruhige Seitenstraße, die Altstadt fußläufig in ca.15 min. zu erreichen. Unser Frühstücks- Café ( San Nicolo) 5 min. entfernt, ist sehr zu empfehlen( freundlicher Service). Unser Gastgeber Gianmarco hat uns sehr nett und warmherzig empfangen und bei Fragen konnten wir ihn jederzeit kontaktieren. Uns hat es sehr gut in Catania gefallen, wir können das Studio nur bestens empfehlen.

O quarto é super limpo e espaçoso. O Gianmarco foi impecável. Apesar de o pequeno almoço não ser servido neste espaço, temos 3 sítios à escolha. Adoramos o sítio onde fomos, correu tudo lindamente

Sejur scurt de o zi doar. Camera curata cu facilitati si raport bun calitate preț, aproape de centru , gazda foarte amabila si de mare ajutor.

Intrarea in camera nu e separata. Bucătăria e in comun si de pasaj pentru a ajunge in camera privata.

The house was perfect. Gianmarco was exceptionally kind, always ready with helpful information and quick to answer any questions we had. The property is charming, beautifully maintained, and very well equipped. Its location, close to the center, makes it ideal for exploring the surroundings.

Alles perfekt beschrieben in Bezug auf die Anreise und Selbst Check in, kamen genaue Hinweise per what's app. Auch sonst erreichbar und gute Tips für Restaurants. Zum Piazza del Duomo gut laufbar. Selbst Parkplätze in der Nähe zu finden. Alles modern und sauber.

Bardzo ładny, czysty i nowoczesny pokój. Wszystkie udogodnienia jakich potrzebowaliśmy, duży plus za telewizor smart tv oraz WiFi. Miły upominek w postaci magnesu czekał na nas pierwszego dnia po zameldowaniu. Śniadanka w 3 fajnych kafejkach gdzie można było zjeść pyszne, napełnione po brzegi kremem croissanty i wypić prawdziwą włoską kawę - na codzień oprócz śniadań kupowaliśmy też sami tam przekąski i lokalne sycylijskie przysmaki to mieli tak pyszne. Najlepsza z tego wszystkiego i tak jest lokalizacja pokoju - w samym centrum Katanii gdzie mieliśmy wszędzie blisko i mogliśmy wszystko pozwiedzać spacerkiem - i do zabytków i na plażę. Również świetnie zlokalizowany jeśli chodzi o przystanki autobusowe czy stacje kolejową także jeśli ktoś chce się poruszać komunikacją lub dojechać do innego miasteczka to również super dojście z apartamentu. Również duży plus za dobry kontakt z właścicielem - wszystko jasne i klarowne również stałą opieka z jego strony. Polecam serdecznie każdemu kto chce spędzić miły czas w Katanii i zanurzyć się totalnie w jej uliczkach i prawdziwym codziennym włoskim życiu.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The owner helps you with the check-in and provides you whatever you want. The room is located very close at the center of Catania and Via Etna.
