Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Расположение просто супер, искала вариант близко к вапоретто, чтобы долго не нести тяжелые сумки до жилья, чтобы супермаркет был поблизости и я нашла этот вариант. Вышли из вапоретто и сразу перед нами знаменитый мост Риальто. Зашли в оживленную улочку около моста и в маленьком узком переулочке нас ждало наше жильё в старинном доме. В конце улицы канал и гандолы. В номере на 2 этаже общая комната для отдыха , большой стол, диванчики. Наш номер для 4 человек был небольшим, но уютным. Есть чай, чайник, кружки. Постельное белье белоснежное . Кровати удобные. Сон был крепким , так как улица без пешеходов и тихая. Тишина в комнате. Кондиционер работает, в жару было комфортно в комнате. Принадлежности для душа есть. Супермаркет около моста Риальто, продукты покупали там.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Camera in una posizione molto strategica, a 2 minuti dal Ponte di Rialto e ottima per raggiungere velocemente San Marco, posizionata poi in una vietta secondaria lontana dal casino che la rende ancor più piacevole. Grosso punto a favore il mini frigo in camera che noi abbiamo ampiamente sfruttato. Consigliatissimo per chi come noi vuole passare un weekend a Venezia con un prezzo modico. Anche il gestore molto disponibile e chiaro nelle spiegazioni sia di check-in che di check-out.
unico punto a sfavore la tavoletta del wc che non stava su da sola 😂

Rezervasyon yaptırdığımız odayı başkasına vermiş bi gittiğimizde ortada kaldık. Size başka oda vericem dedi konum attı. Konuma gitik, elimizde valizlerle yarım saat yürüdük. Oda dediği yer berbattı, leş gibi çarşaflar, darma dağınık.Özel banyo olarak rezervasyon yaptırmıştım, banyo yoktu odada. Aradık, gidin beğenmediyseniz dedi.Sonuç olarak biz ortada kaldık. Bookingi aradık, biz size yeni bir yer ayarlayadım deyip kayıplara karıştılar.

El edificio y las instalaciones son bastante sencillos y necesitarían una renovación, aunque todo estaba muy limpio. Lo mejor, sin duda, fue el trato del personal: siempre atentos, amables y disponibles. Incluso me enviaron fotos para ayudarme a encontrar el alojamiento y respondieron a mis mensajes a cualquier hora. Por el precio y la ubicación, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena.
El edificio, que al igual que muchos en Venecia, esta super deteriorado...

La camera ha un boiler, tazze, un frigo e qualche posata per cui è possibile anche consumare piccoli pasti come ad esempio la prima colazione. Un plus è la possibilità di lasciare in deposito il proprio bagaglio il giorno della partenza
Anche se loro non sono responsabili di ciò che accade fuori, ho trovato la stanza molto rumorosa. La strada finisce su un accesso ai canali che viene usato da operai del comune per svuotare cestini di immondizia o fare passare tubi di scarico. La mattina tra le 730 e le 9 circa è veramente molto rumoroso.

El recepcionista nos hizo un auto checking, costó mucho llegar. Una vez instalado el anfitrión se negó a que usáramos el aire acondicionado. Abrimos las ventanas y nos llenamos de mosquitos. Tuvimos que cerrarlas y soportar el inmenso calor que existía. Le mandamos un WhatsApp porque estábamos desesperados e calor. Respondió a las 4 de la mañana. La televisión estaba desconectada, no pudimos ver un rato televisión. Pésima la atención. Lo único bueno es la ubicación. No lo recomiendo por ningún motivo.

The bed frame was squeaky. The shower drain floods, so you need to shut the water off and let it drain then continue your shower.

- l'emplacement est dans une ruelle trés eloignée - l'accés est trés difficile, on a du demander à plusieurs gents locaux de nos aider - c'est un appartment privé (pas un hotel) se trouvant dans un immeuble en état catastrophique avec des escaliers trés difficle à monter -le code d'accés à l'immeuble ne fonctionne pas, on a du attendre devant laporte avec nos bagages plusieurs minutes -le propriétaire est quasiment impoli et nous parle au téléphone avec un ton agressif - lorsque je lui ai demandé d'annuler la réservation puisque ma mère agée ne peut pas faire les escaliers, il a refusé et j'ai du payer un séjour dont je n'ai pas bénéficié. -faites attention en réservant dans cet établissemment, c'est de l'arnaque pure et simple.

The bathroom is very draughty because of open gaps around the air conditioning. Difficult to find and the host oly sends rext messages. Not even a tea bag in the room. Definitely not to go back.

Житло знаходиться в жилому будинку і ви зможете пожити як сісцевий

Il Letto matrimoniale è l' unione di due letti singoli... L' acqua non fornita Un sapone per le mani nemmeno, ho trovato 2 mini saponette e uno shampoo! Sempre formato viaggio... Per 2 giorni, per due persone mi sembra assurdo.

El baño compartido está súper alejado de la habitación,le falta conexiones eléctricas para los aparatos,tenían una nevera y tuve que moverla de su sitio para conectarla . El grifo de la habitación bota poca agua ,la tele es un monitor de computadora y es pequeña. La última noche pasé frío porque no funcionaba el radiador .

We were pleasantly surprised that the accommodation was actually well heated, we stayed in Mid January and found it pretty warm in the rooms which was nice. The location was really good, you’re in walking distance of everything major (all within a 10min walk pretty much). It was nice that there was an ice cream shop right next to the air BnB. The room was pretty spacious as well, surprisingly big. The beds were fine, they were firm but not rock solid. The sink in our room was clean. Didn’t have any issues during our 2 night stay. The lady who came to collect our resident tax was really nice and friendly. Honestly for the price, it was really nice and I would definitely come again. It wasn’t dirty or unliveable in or damp or smell.
I saw previously from other reviews that the walls were thin so you often hear noise from either out on the streets or the other residents on the floor. It wasn’t a big deal for us, it’s not like it was major noise and it’s just down to luck if you get respectful or obnoxious neighbours. Earplugs should do to block out the noise, so not a big deal. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t need to shower but I will say if you are staying long enough to need to shower, the shower didn’t look the most pleasant. The toilets and sink were very clean though.
