Единственным минусом был слабый интернет и плесень была видна в душевой комнате.

Dvoposteljne sobe so premajhne brez oken, z vlago, vecje sobe so uredu vendar zelo slabo očišceno.

O Hotel tinha todas as comodidades necessárias para quem efetivamente prioriza a localização e a simpatia dos funcionários. Um Hotel simples, acolhedor, com funcionários super simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar em tudo. A comida depende muito dos gostos de cada pessoa, para quem gosta de comida tradicional turca , existem muitos opções de escolha. A localização era a nossa prioridade e nesse aspeto recomendamos 100%.

Es liegt alles in der Nähe. Die Straßenbahn liegt auf der unteren Straßenseite des Hotels, so ist man auch nicht vom Lärm betroffen. In 200 Meter Entfernung sind die Restaurants und viele weitere Shops und Supermärkte. Der Preis und die Sauberkeit ist TOP! Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Besonders Herr Caner, hat sich um die Gäste-Zufriedenheit gekümmert.

Es liegt direkt am Eingang ein separates Café-Restaurant. Zudem waren die Möbel nicht im Modernstem Zustand.

Номера дали не те, которые бронировали. Отель требует ремонта, мебель обновления. Грязные скатерти на завтраке, не менялись совсем за время нашего пребывания.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hat unsere Beschwerden angehört. Leider konnte dies die erheblichen Mängel des Zimmers nicht ausgleichen.

Leider war die Hygiene für uns absolut unzumutbar. Haare auf der Bettwäsche, fleckige und teilweise mit Haaren versehene Handtücher, eine verschmutzte Toilette, ein stark verschmutzter Kühlschrank sowie weitere ungepflegte Bereiche im Zimmer und Bad. Zusätzlich funktionierten TV und Telefon nicht und eine Anschlussdose war offen. Besonders belastend war der starke muffige bzw. schimmelartige Geruch aus dem Bad-/Toilettenbereich. Wir haben die Mängel bereits am ersten Tag reklamiert und auch Booking.com kontaktiert, erhielten während unseres Aufenthalts jedoch keine ausreichende Unterstützung. Nach vier Tagen mussten wir die Unterkunft aufgrund dieser Zustände vorzeitig verlassen. Die Mängel wurden von uns mit Fotos dokumentiert. Für die Nächte, die wir aufgrund der vorzeitigen Abreise nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen konnten, haben wir inzwischen eine Rückerstattung beantragt. Besonders enttäuschend war außerdem, dass der tatsächliche Zustand unseres Zimmers erheblich von den Bildern und dem Eindruck auf Booking.com abwich.

Die Putzkräfte waren stets hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten zunächst ein angebliches Drei-Zimmer-Dreibettzimmer, das jedoch viel zu klein war – kaum Platz für unsere Koffer, ein viel zu kleiner Schrank für drei Personen und eine Klimaanlage am Eingang, deren Wirkung durch den langen Flur praktisch verloren ging. Nachdem uns an der Rezeption zunächst zugesichert wurde, dass man uns am nächsten Morgen helfen würde, wurden wir von einem anderen Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Uns wurde sinngemäß gesagt, wir könnten bei einem Preis von 50–70 Euro kein Luxushotel erwarten. Als einzige Alternative bekamen wir ein Zimmer über der Lobby. Dieses war zwar größer, aber in einem mindestens genauso schlechten Zustand: verschimmelte Fugen und Decken, stark abgenutzte Möbel, ein ständig lockerer Toilettendeckel und weitere erhebliche Mängel. Besonders schlimm war, dass man nachts beim Spülen deutlich Tropfgeräusche aus der Decke hören konnte. Die Betreiber waren keinerlei Hilfe und zeigten kein Interesse an unseren Beschwerden. Einen Tag vor unserer Abreise mussten wir schließlich mitten in der Nacht ein anderes Hotel suchen, weil wir es dort nicht länger ausgehalten haben. Obwohl wir frühzeitig abreisten, fragte niemand nach dem Grund, und eine Erstattung erhielten wir ebenfalls nicht. Für die genannten Mängel und Zustände liegen mir zudem entsprechende Beweisbilder vor. Ich bin aufgrund einer persönlichen Empfehlung in dieses Hotel gegangen, würde es aber definitiv nie wieder buchen und kann es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

We booked 2 rooms for our family, room size is not to bad but interior is bit old not as seen in photos

O quarto tinha um cheiro desagradável, mas o mais grave foi quando verificámos que as camas estavam cheias de percevejos. Pedimos de imediato a mudança de quarto e deram-nos um num piso superior. Contudo, este continuava com cheiro a mofo e igualmente com bichos nas camas. Sem condições para permanecer, decidimos mudar de hotel, assumindo nós próprios os custos. O funcionário pediu-nos para passarmos no dia seguinte para falar com o gerente, mas de nada serviu: disseram que teríamos de reclamar junto da Booking. Assim fizemos. Contudo, mesmo com provas fotográficas, de nada valeu. Não nos devolveram o valor pago, atribuindo apenas um valor simbólico em crédito — nada que compense a despesa e o transtorno de ter de ir para outro hotel em plena madrugada.

Номера старые, все держится на соплях. Персонал так себе, ни на какую помощь не отзываются. Кондер не работал, в другом номере с кондера вода капала, воду обновляют выборочно, если в наш номер каждый день воду ставили, то в другом номере сказали, вода только один раз даётся, на период заселения. Карта от двери, работала через раз, каждый раз спускались с 6 этажа, чтобы сделали карту, а лифт один и ждёшь его очень долго. Так что, второй раз я сюда точно не приеду.

An der Unterkunft hat mir der Personal gefallen

Man merkte an, dass in den Zimmern nix renoviert wurde und noch einiges veraltet ist. Die Sauberkeit hat mir garnicht gefallen, an den Wänden waren entweder Rote flecken, oder Bleistift spuren. Das Frühstück war geschmacklos, ich war die ersten drei Tage da essen und danach nie wieder. Man hätte auch mal was neues machen können, sogar Gurken oder Tomaten hatten kein Geschmack. Reinste Katastrophe waren die Duschen, in den ecken nur verschimmelte ecken, ich dachte ich wäre in einem Horror Film. Im Zimmer meiner Eltern waren die Duschen sauber. Wir waren die ersten 3 Tage in einem echt engen Zimmer (die duschen waren da natürlich auch mit verschimmelten Stellen) und die restlichen Tage hatten wir ein neues Zimmer, da war es wenigstens etwas größer (Drei bett zimmer). Positiv kann ich nur über die Mitarbeiter reden, die uns bei Problemen auch weiter geholfen haben und positiv drauf waren.

Не охлаждал кондиционер в номере, очень мало питьевой воды в номере. На завтраке пришлось искать стулья чтобы сесть в 4 за один стол. Ужин в ресторане отеля дороговат (130 Евро на четверых с учетом 2 детей), могли бы сделать скидку для постояльцев.

The lift was able to carry only 2 people at a time. AC in the room was not central. It covered only a 1/3 of the room. The hallway, lift and the stairs was dark and had a very strong smell. Furniture in the room was 100 years old and broken, walls were in complete, needs plastered and painting. Breakfast was awful. The bread was stale. There were few cooked dishes but all of them were bland. Poor selection! The reviews were misleading.

This hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul's Old City, in the Fatih district, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Most of the major attractions, supermarkets, restaurants, and public transportation are within walking distance. It is worth noting that most hotels in the historic center are housed in older buildings, so guests should not expect modern luxury facilities. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, it is a very good choice for a short city break in Istanbul, especially if your priority is an excellent location and easy access to the main sights.

Since we were already familiar with hotels in this part of the city, we knew what to expect. Everything met our expectations, and our stay was comfortable and more than satisfactory.

Excellente séjour dans un endroit parfait

Spędziliśmy tutaj naprawdę fantastyczny czas! Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna do wszystkiego było blisko, co bardzo ułatwiło zwiedzanie. Śniadania były bardzo dobre. Świetną opcją jest również możliwość zamówienia transferu na lotnisko już w hotelu. Największy atutem tego miejsca jest jednak niesamowicie miła obsługa. Pracownicy na każdym kroku zarażają uśmiechem i są niezwykle pomocni. Z czystym sumieniem polecam ten hotel i na pewno chętnie tutaj wrócę!

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr tollen Gegend, wo man keine Angst haben muss, dass etwas kriminelles passiert. Fußläufig sind Knotenpunkte perfekt zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und das Personal sehr nett und immer ansprechbar.

Sieht größer aus als auf den Bildern. Bettwäsche sollte kontrolliert werden sowie Badausstattung.

كان عندي مشكلة في المكيف وتم حل المشكلة وفيه بعض الملاحظات ما تفرق معي بس لو معك شخص كبير في السن وعنده عربية المصعد تحتاج لنزول درج وممر العربية ضيق لو شخص عادي الوضع تمام وحاول تسكن في دور عالي أفضل عشان ريحة المعسلات ماتكون قريبة منك

Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral,viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen mit der Tram. Frühstück war gut.Personal war hilfreich.

Das Zimmer war sehr staubig,die Klimaanlage kühlte nicht richtig und die Duschtür war defekt.

Hygiene, klima ohne Funktion, Aufzug nur für 3 Personen, es gab keine Zahnpasta und Zahnbürste, Handseife oder die Duschgels sind zum wegschmeißen, wir haben es selbst besorgt, Matratzen teilweise kaputt- man kann manchmal die federn hören

A localização é excelente, os funcionários são muito prestativos, a comida do café da manhã atendeu as minhas expectativas, quarto e banheiro muito limpos, cortezia de café e chá no quarto, restaurante na parte de baixo do hotel com desconto para hóspedes.

We had wonderful stay at Seher Hotel and it made our trip to Istanbul even more enjoyable. The location is excellent. it’s within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants and cafes, shops. But what made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was kind and welcoming but we would especially like to thank Caner bey. Every morning we had plenty of questions about places to visit, transportation and local tips. He always answered every single one patiently with a smile. His recommendations and willingness to help made a big difference and made us feel very welcomed. We also used the hotel’s airport transfer service and it was excellent. The drivers were very professional, punctual and polite and that made our arrival and departure completely stress-free. Overall, staying at this hotel was one of the reasons our Istanbul trip was so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, especially if it’s your first time in the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was very kind, understanding, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their friendliness and professionalism made me feel truly welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The only good thing was the breakfast. After asking reception four times, they finally removed the tape that was covering our ventilation on the afternoon of day 3 — completely unacceptable to begin with. The room key card also controlled all electricity in the room, including the AC and fridge. Even running at max, the fridge couldn’t keep ice cream from melting. The AC had its own separate switch. We asked for a second room key so the power wouldn’t shut off every time we left, since taking your key with you cuts all electricity. The room itself looked run down — the second door was completely covered in tape. The bathroom only had shampoo, soap, and dish soap provided — though I’m not even sure the “shampoo” was real shampoo, since it was watery, like it had been diluted 1:3 to 1:5, and my son developed a lot of dandruff from it. After we insisted on the second key card, housekeeping made a point of switching off the power in our room, so in mid-July they made sure the room got as hot as possible and everything in the fridge melted. Unacceptable for a 3-star hotel.

La ubicación para visitar Estambul es perfecta, muy cerca de Santa Sofía, las mezquita azul y el Bósforo.

Las habitaciones son correctas pero no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, nos habían dejado infusiones y Nescafé pero no había hervidor... El personal amable y atento a todas las peticiones.

Lo mejor fue la ubicación, amabilidad y hospitalidad que tenían con nosotros. Prácticamente ni usemos el transporte público visitemos de todo caminando, mucho pero valió la pena porque vimos de todo. También tengo que reconoces que el restaurante del hotel está súper bien a demás te hacen un 10% de descuento y tiene mejor precios que otros sitios.

Lo peor fue el desayuno, dejaba mucho que desear la verdad.

Très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport. Moyens de transport (tram, marmaray, metro) à porté de main. Au centre des différents lieux à visiter. Personnel très accueillant et bienveillant.

הזמתי חדר עם שתה מטות נפרדות , אך כשהגעתי לא היה חדר כזה וטען שההזמה שלי עם מטה זוגית . הראתי לו הזמתי עם שתה מטות נפרדות .הבחור בקבלה התחיל לדבר שקר לומר שמופיע אצל במחשב חדר עם מיטה זוגית .בסוף נתן לנו חדר פנימי אין חלון והרבה רעש . ומחרת שנה לחדר אחר אך לא מול הכביש כבקשתי אלה לכיוון אחורה שכול הזמן היה רעש של מזגן .

יחס אנשי הקבלה . למה לשקר ? להיחס להם שהם טפשים. יש הזמנה ושלמתי , ומשקרים הלקוח וטענים system מראה משהוא אחר.

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar! Die Gasse in der sich die Unterkunft befindet ist ruhig und keine 100 Meter weiter beginnt das Stadtleben.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind seeehr klein. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem Kind vor Ort. Eigentlich sollten wir ein Babybett bekommen. Gab es nicht, hätte aber auch eh nicht ins Zimmer gepasst :D Die Fenster waren undicht und hatten Schimmel. In unserem Badezimmer "hing" der Wasserhahn mehr schlecht als Recht. Personal wirkte übermüdet und lustlos. Bei Problemen oder Fragen aber hilfsbereit. Wenn man ohne Kind reist und keine hohen Ansprüche, also wirklich nur zum Schlafen vor Ort ist, kann man das machen. Die Lage ist ist nämlich TOP!

No me gustó nada , súper incómodo para dos personas , empezando por el cuarto de baño , poco limpio y si quieres poner el cepillo de diente ni eso puedes colocar imaginaros , las sábanas bajeras no son bajeras solo cubre lo de arriba , así que al dormir se pone como un trapo , sábanas con agujeros. Y alguna visita por la noches corriendo cucaracha , el personal triste a no poder más , pero no me extraña por qué el sitio no. Da para más y si hablamos del desayuno lo que muestra en la foto es mentira , aceitunas , queso sin sabor, pimiento y cuatro cosas todo los días igual , como un mal hostal , necesitan tirarlo y hacer nuevo
