It’s within walking distance to Acropolis. It’s also near the metro. Bed was very comfortable. The owner Kostas welcomed us and gave us local recommendations for cafe, bar and restaurants. We tried some of the places and they were all great!

Hope there was tv streaming available but it is not a deal breaker! You’re out and about in Athens anyway.

Das Apartment ist groß und tiptop sauber. Dank Klimaanlage war es angenehm kühl im Zimmer, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in einer kleinen Strasse. Die Innenstradt und Akropolis ist fußläufig in 15 min zu erreichen, Bus und Metro in 5 min. Der Inhaber ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, der uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat und gleich am Anfang sehr umfangreiche individuelle tips gab, die einfach toll waren. Im Hotel gab es immer kleine Wasserflaschen zum Mitnehmen, ein gefüllte Obstschale und bei Fragen konnte man sich an den hilfsbereiten Inhaber wenden. Das Hotel kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Viajamos por primera vez a Atenas en familia y este sitio resultó todo lo que necesitábamos. Tiene un pequeña cocina que te dejan con detergente, esponja, hervidor, microwave y todo lo que puedas necesitar para tener limpios los biberones y accesorios de un bebé. Además, te dejan cápsulas de café, agua, frutas y todos los días mantienen el servicio de limpieza, cambio de toallas/sábanas. El anfitrión muy amable, con tips y mapa en mano para orientarnos. El lugar muy cerca de todas las atracciones. Un 10, definitivamente recomendamos!

kostas is so kind! he had a secure place to keep my luggage during the day and offered some great recommendations for food/activities/coffee near by. fruit on the table in the morning was delicious ! also, as someone who is a bit of a clean freak, i really appreciated the attention to detail for cleanliness. i felt very comfortable

The unit is spacious, nice and clean, quiet, great hospitality and friendly staff. Kostas welcomed his guests with fresh fruits and cold water bottles. It is a thoughtful reception on a super hot day! He provided helpful information on restaurants and sightseeings. We tried two of the restaurants in his list and they were excellent foods and reasonable prices. Kostas helped us to get a taxi on an extremely busy cruise day which we greatly appreciated. I wish I could stay longer there!

La situación genial a 10 min de la acropolis. La persona que nos dió las llaves nos informó de restaurantes donde podíamos ir y le hicimos caso....un éxito. Tienes botellas de agua y fruta incluida que la verdad se agradece.

It was just me and a friend in the room with a separate bedroom and 3 twins in the main room so extremely spacious. The built in closets were perfect for unpacking and seeing my things and the kitchenette was much more than we needed! The lobby was pretty and the location was good. I think we may have visited during a summer break Aug 19-21 because we didn’t see many people around and businesses seemed closed, but after wandering crowded Plaka it was nice to be away. It took maybe 7-10 min to get to the acropolis museum and the tour group we did, maybe 3-5 min to the closest metro stop (tap to pay!), and a short hike up to Philopappos hill for a beautiful sunset and view of the acropolis.

I did love the shower. While the detachable head was extremely powerful which felt great for full showers, it was hard to find somewhere to point it for body showers without it spraying everywhere. It’s in the corner, so even pointing it just slightly away from you has the water spraying through the crack in the door. Also, ever time I stepped on or pointed the head at the drain, it would spin shut which was annoying. And no hairdryer. Also could use a full length mirror anywhere and a mirror in the bedroom

Kostas es un encanto. Te explica todo con mucho detalle. Nos dio un mapa con todos su restaurantes favoritos de la zona y los que pudimos probar estaba realmente fantasticos. Además está muy pendiente de ti, en la zona del lobby cada día hay fruta fresca y agua. El barrio es muy chulo, hay mucha gente local, la Acropolis está a 10 minutos caminando. Estás en pleno centro de Atenas pero la zona es muy tranquila, pudimos dormir muy bien. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado son muy grandes. Muy comodo todo.

The owner was absolutely amazing—very kind, welcoming, and helpful. He kindly had our room ready ahead of the check-in time, which was greatly appreciated, and he also let us keep the room until our transfer before leaving. Fresh fruit was available, along with a lovely homemade drink. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. Highly recommended!

It is good for a weekend or few days in Athene, I would have not spent there more than 2-3 nights.

El recepcionista muy amable y nos dio opciones de donde comer muy buenas. Limpio, nos dio fruta y agua que se agradeció mucho. Muy cerca de todo, se puede ir andando o coger metro. Volveria aqui, precio calidad muy buena. Hay toallad, jabon, agua fria en la nevera y tambien cafe.

Great location near to the Acropolis

Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Inhaber, mit jeder Menge hilfreicher Tipps zum Ausgehen und für die Besichtigung von Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ruhige, sichere und doch zentrale Gegend, die Lage des Apartments sehr nah an der Akropolis gelegen (Fußweg ca. 10min), nach Monastiraki oder Syntagma sind es ca. 20min. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, klimatisiert und zu jeder Zeit gutes Wifi. Es gibt immer kleine Flaschen Wasser und frisches Obst zum mitnehmen, das habe ich so noch in keiner Unterkunft gesehen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in den Straßen um die Unterkunft herum. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden immer hierher kommen.

Нам понравилось расположение, цена и коммуникация с владельцем. Так как мы прибыли позже пришлось решить несложный квест с поиском ключа от номера. Там нас ждала уже охлаждённая питьевая вода в бутылках и даже фрукты, хотя это и не входило по условиям бронирования.

Это был очень жаркий день, но кондиционеры работали исправно. Правда от одного пульта с умирающей (но не сдававшейся) батарейкой. Надо было переносить пульт из комнаты в комнату и игнорировать отображающиеся на нем показатели, настройка на слух фактически. Человек владеющий пультом от телевизора и минимальным размером мозга должен будет справиться быстро.

La disponibilità di Kostas che ci ha fornito molto suggerimenti utili. La frutta fresca all' ingresso e la disponibilità di acqua all' ingresso è stato un plus che abbiamo apprezzato molto. La camera era grande e confortevole. I letti comodissimi. Tutto nuovo e super curato nei particolari. Il cambio di asciugamani ogni giorno. Struttura super consigliata. Alto rapporto qualità prezzo.

我们第二次过来住的时候，还没有到入住时间，房东很贴心，安排保洁优先清洁我们的房间，我们一到，就先安顿下我们住进房间，还贴心为我们准备了饮用水和各种新鲜水果.房东是个很好的人，甚至有好几只流浪猫天天来他这里，跟它们处成了朋友

We stayed for one night and came in from the airport, and it was exactly what we needed. Self check in was very convenient, we could leave our luggage after check out and the location was great and the host lovely.

A bit crowded for 5, there's no real living room. For one night it wasn't a problem but for a longer stay it might not be the comfortable

Everything is perfect. We received a lot of help with recommendations, perfect location to visit walking the center of the city, free water and fruit everyday… we are so grateful for every detail and we think this is a perfect place to visit Athens

locatie ligt gunstig in de stad, erg vriendelijke host, stond klaar met tips en heeft heel fijn ons vervoer naar het vliegveld geregeld. Ook was het fijn dat er water en fruit staat. Er was ook een plek waar we onze bagage konden achterlaten en een mooi dakterras.

It’s a new (or renovated) building with modern, very clean rooms, all amenities. The host, Kostas is amazing, kind, attentive and caring. The guests are continuously provided with fresh fruits, bottled water, and a nice local liquor; also Kostas gave us great recommendations of restaurants for all kind of meals. The location is perfect, 12 minutes walk from the Acropolis, nice restaurants around.

We had a wonderful stay at Lume Athens. The hotel was spotless, modern, comfortable, and in an excellent location for exploring the city. Kostas and the entire staff were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

Honestly, we had no complaints. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again.

Perfect location in a local neighborhood only 12 minutes walk from the craziness of Plaka with Great cafes, bars, restaurants and local shops. Host Kostas was an absolute legend. He has a list of tips to do that caters for everyone. He knows Athens really well and none of his recommendations let us down. The apartment was perfect for a family of 5. Super clean with all the facilities you need and excellent value for money.

El A.A era excelente, llegamos a pleno sol y la habitación estaba fresca. Un agrado total.

The location in the neighborhood of Kokkari is great, in the center, but not overwhelmed with tourists. A real neighborhood with some great little restaurants and especially Django Gelato a short walk away. The owner is very accommodating and friendly, A greek American who loves the neighborhood and is ready to answer any questions. My ferry arrived at 8 am, but he was there so I could do an early check in. I've stayed here once before and this is now my go-to hotel in Athens.

Kostas was an amazing host - check in after hours was made so easy and communication with us was great. He greeted us in the morning and gave us some fabulous suggestions for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend Lolos Taverna! As we were flying back home to Australia later in the day, he let us leave our luggage and use the facilities until it was time for the airport. The building was very clean, modern and well maintained.

The building looked like a new build compared to the neighborhood. It was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean. The room we stayed in had a king bed and two singles. This contained a kitchenette, dining table and large bathroom. It was amazing.

Komas greeted us so warmly, and with a wealth of excellent recommendations. Our room was quiet and cool, with ample space, and the overall location was perfect too. Loved having the fruit bowl in the lobby and the sweet cat to pet. Accessing the property with a key code whenever we wanted made everything easy. Such a great stay, thank you!!

Great location with the major attractions within walking distance. Complementary water bottles, fruit basket, and thorough explanation of the area. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. We Loved the neighborhood, felt like locals. Kostas, the owner, is an exceptional host and besides the excellent accommodations, he also graciously accepted a last minute cancellation we had to make.

We loved everything about our stay. The host was amazing, giving us tips on all the best places to eat and a map on arrival. The fresh fruit basket every morning in the lobby from the farmers markets - just delicious! The location was brilliant and the rooms were comfortable, modern and clean. Nice apartment on the 3rd floor with a terrace to enjoy. We took our breakfast every morning on the balcony. The location is good and close to the acropolis (10 minutes walk) plenty of local restaurants which are less expensive than those close to the Acropolis.

- Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, samo centrum miasta, około 10 minut spacerkiem do Akropolu. Hotel jest blisko metra, skąd odjeżdżają pociągi na lotnisko. Samochód można teoretycznie zostawić przy ulicy, ale trzeba by mieć duuuuuuuuże szczęście, więc polecam jednak komunikację miejską. - Przesympatyczny gospodarz. Dostaliśmy bardzo dużo wskazówek i nawet rozpiskę dotyczącą pobliskich restauracji, dla każdego coś się znajdzie. W lobby budynku kosz z owocami i karafka z domowej roboty nalewką. W pokoju bezpłatna nielimitowana woda butelkowana. - pokój duży i komfortowo wyposażony. Jeśli wrócę kiedyś do Aten, to na pewno się w nim zatrzymam. - w piątki na ulicy przy hotelu odbywa się targ. Zamykają około 16-tej. Mieliśmy szczęście i udało nam się zrobić zakupy przed wylotem do domu. Najlepsze pomarańcze i oliwki, jakie jadłam w życiu!

We were extremely pleased with our rooms for our family of five, the perfect setup. Wonderful suggestions from our host, we felt welcomed and well looked after! Espresso on the balcony early morning was the cherry on top. Highly recommend for space, cleanliness, location, comfort and value.

Very responsive and kind host, gives recommendations and directions for the city. The apartment is in a nice location and is very clean.

Nicely organised and managed. Clean and modern. Good location in the hype location of Koukaki close to everything. Costas the manager was discreet and polite. Check in and out were simple and smooth. The little terrace was also a plus.

We find it very misleading and therefore disappointing when a room is advertised as "two-bedroom apartment" and it turns out to be a 1-bedroom apartment with extra beds in the living room. Very frustrating experience for a family of 4, especially when a 2-bedroom ootion was chosen and paid for as it makes it impossible to use the apartment as intended. The kitchenette was also extremely small and practically unusable as it was in the same room with the kids beds. So practically unusable for breakfast or coffe preparation while the kids were still asleep or sit at a table e.g. for breakfast etc. We would expect booking.com to also have some quality and credibility of information screening method for issues of this type.

Der Vermieter war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er belieferte uns mit super Informationen und hat uns beraten. Jederzeit wieder, Athen und die Unterkunft ist eine Reise wert. Wir werden wieder hierher kommen, uns hat es sehr gefallen. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln sowie Trinkwasser in Flaschen stehen zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war stets sauber. Im Eingangsbereich hatte es Früchte zum Mitnehmen.
