Reviewed Aug 6, 2026warm and comfortable home - had everything we needed. the host was good at communicating with us & told us about the neighbours very friendly cat.
Can't really blame the hosts to much for this - we found the beds were uncomfortable but that could just be us - we love soft beds. However, the bed we slept on made noise every time we moved so it kept us awake. The others also made comment that the beds weren't the best. so maybe an investment in some new beds could be a good idea. The person who booked didn't realise that there were three queen beds. we needed 4 separate beds. but the host had extra mattresses under one of the beds and we found extra sheets, so we were able to make up the extra bed needed. The bath plug doesn't work properly.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed for cooking and the owner was friendly and helpful. We also loved the privacy and freedom, which made our trip even more relaxing.
Nothing to complain about. Everything was great, and we had a wonderful stay.

All the funiture was outdated the table and chairs felt like they were going to break. The neighbours were very close i could see inside ones kitchen and see everything they were doing which felt weird. The towels given wernt very nice may needto get new towels.

Very basic dated furniture, awfully uncomfortable beds/pillows and only the most very basic kitchenware that all needs replacing. Very basic/bare minimum towels and bedding, wish we’d taken our own!

Reviewed Jan 15, 2025Spacious and comfortable house in a quiet area. About 20 minutes walk from the main street of Stratford. Safe off street parking. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated the laundry facilities.
A bit bare. Some better lighting (lamps) and a few pictures on the walls would be nice. Only one bedside table in our room.

Unfortunately the beds and couches aren't very comfortable and with traveling in a group setting only having one mirror in the bathroom is difficult. Also the pillows need to be ungraded

We tried to get an early check in, we were told we couldn't because the cleaners were busy. That's fine, it was a late request. But it wasn't very clean and I feel the owner is being ripped with his cleaner The rooms could also better storage, like drawers
