Le Riad est cosy avec un charme fou. En plein cœur de la Medina, vous trouverez le calme. La décoration et le mobilier sont placés avec goût. Le personnel est très accueillant. Vous ne manquez de rien. Ils vous conseillent des restaurants typiques et proposent des lieux à visiter splendides.

Everything about this Riad was perfect for us. The location in the old city is fantastic for sightseeing. The building is beautiful. The included Breakfast was great. We booked relaxation massages for our arrival. Best decision ever. But, the real jewel here is the staff. So kind, thoughtful and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. We would especially like to thank Ahmad for his kindness and professionalism and Amina for her beautiful magic hands and kind heart.

Nothing to dislike

Ahmed contacted me the day before to say that my room had been water damaged, he found me a five bedroom two story house with a small indoor pool and a terrace. He provided a lovely smiling lady to come around every morning and cook me breakfast and clean the apartment. I couldn’t be more happy with his service.

De locatie was mega goed gelegen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Ahmed. Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we veel vragen en Ahmed hielp ons altijd. Hij deed de deur altijd met een lach open. De riad zelf is mega mooi en verzorgd. Ook namen we een massage en hiervan hebben we echt genoten! Het is zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven

Ahmed our host was extremely friendly and helpful and arranged our airport transfer. The Riad is very aesthetic with a modern room and we also enjoyed the pool facilities. Breakfast had great options and was tasty. The location is extremely central, less than a minute from the shops of the medina.

Pobyt w Riadzie był sam w sobie świetnym doświadczeniem podróżniczym. Zaadoptowany do celów pobytu gości piękny dom, z przestronnymi, czystymi pokojami. Pyszne śniadania w stylu francuskim. Słoneczny taras na dachu i basen na parterze pozwalały świetnie się zrelaksować po doświadczeniu miasta. Obiekt oddalony nieco od głównej ulicy co daje poczucie ciszy i oddzielenia od tego kontrolowanego, ale jednak chaosu Marakeszu. Szczególne podziękowania dla pracowników Riadu - Fatimy i Mustafy. Także dzięki ich uprzejmości i życzliwości pobyt był wyjątkowy.

Ważne, aby nie trzymać w pokoju jedzenia bez szczelnego zamknięcia. Mrówki tylko na to czekają.

Emplacement parfait!

Great place for a family. We had half of the riad and all had beautiful rooms. The staff are wonderful and do kind. Breakfast was lovely too!

Le taxi qui devait nous récupérer devant la sortie n'était pas là... stress, attente, besoin d'utiliser les données internet pour contacter le numéro de l'hôtel, au total 60€ pour 2 minutes d'internet... il arrive 10 minutes après en disant qu'il était au parking... bref service mauvais, chauffeur pas sympa... dommage. Cela gâche le sentiment positif du riad. (le manager devait nous rembourser les 15€ de la course... pas fait...).

Le Riad est absolument magnifique et très bien situé . Les petits dej sont très bons. Merci à Ahmed pour son accueil chaleureux !

The riad is amazing, beautiful, great location, a few steps and you’re in the souks, we could pretty much walk everywhere. Ahmed was a great host, explaining everything and showing us a good restaurant to go to on our first night, the exchange office and booking a taxi from the airport for us. The breakfast was also great, we really liked how diverse and filling it was. We used the pool twice to cool down a little, but the AC in our room kept us cold when it was 40° outside so that was a huge plus. The room was very nice, perfect for 2 people. We couldn’t hear anything from outside, and it felt like we were alone in the riad :) Great value for your money, can’t recommend enough and thank you again to Ahmed!

The water pressure in the shower was pretty weak, so it took twice as long to shower, but that’s only a small minus on otherwise a perfect stay.

The location was perfect. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious. During the day we enjoyed the pool to cool off and enjoyed the sun on the terrace with an amazing view.

Deze wonderschone riad is een oase van rust midden in de levendige medina, met bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles netjes en schoon. Ontbijt en welkomstdiner heerlijk.

Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious! We also had the hammam + massage which was the best we’ve ever had! Thankyou to the whole team for a wonderful stay!

The information on Booking for check out time is slightly misleading as it states from 11-19h. Checkout the Riad is 11am, (we had planned our checkout time for 13h) , which slightly messed up our plans for the day. However we were able to leave our luggage at the Riad and checked out at 11.30am.

Tanto el Riad como la atención recibida han sido espectaculares. El desayuno de Fátima, buenísimo. Las camas son muy cómodas. La ubicación, aunque no es mala, es verdad que hay que andar un poco hasta llegar al centro neurálgico de Marrakech, la plaza Ben Jamal Fna, pero es un pequeño paseo. Para repetir cuando volvamos a Marrakech.

El personal es muy amable, están siempre dispuestos. Nos acompañaron a las 3 de la madrugada, cuando nos íbamos. El lugar es bello, súper bien ubicado. Nada mal

Un lieu très beau et très bien placé au cœur de la médina et presque aucun bruit avec la proximité avec le souk. Le personnel était très gentil et a pu répondre à l’ensemble de nos questions.

Le fonctionnement de la douche

Super lieve eigenaar, erg gastvrij! De riad ligt midden in de medina in de chaos. In de riad zelf is een oase van rust. Om het hotel te bereiken moet je 10 min lopen door verschillende steegjes. De eigenaar loopt met je mee en brengt je naar de taxi, super lief!

Le Riad est vraiment magnifique , c'est très calme. Ahmed nous a accueilli , il très serviable et souriant. La chambre était très calme. Le petit déjeuner un délice et très copieux. Je recommande cet établissement qui correspond vraiment au descriptif.

De ligging is fantastisch, midden in de medina. De riad zelf is verrassend mooi en ruim. De eigenaar komt je halen bij de taxi en is heel gastvrij. Al het personeel van de riad staat voor je klaar en de sfeer is erg gemoedelijk. De patio en de diverse relax plekken op de verschillende (dak) terassen zorgen voor veel comfort. Het is erg schoon en ontbijt voortreffelijk. De kamer was top. Een hele dikke aanrader!

Everything. Great location in an upcoming area of Marrakesh - aesthetically beautiful , the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Ahmed went over and above for us and tended to our every need during our stay - from helping us with a food delivery, ensuring we had all we needed in the room (inc an iron) and booking our taxi … etc etc.

L'accueil, l'organisation (taxi de l'aeroport), les PDJ sont très bons et copieux. N'hésitez pas si vous le pouvez faire un hammam traditionnel et un merveilleux massage au sein du Riad. Ma fille et moi avons adoré cet endroit. Le Riad est très bien placé dans la Médina.

Le décor du riad est très agréable et le personnel très accueillant.Ahmed est venu nous chercher et nous raccompagner au point de RV du taxi, ce qui est très agréable.

La chambre "twin" est très petite et peu lumineuse.

Prix assez élevés

El desayuno estaba genial, el único problema es que yo soy celiaca y no habían muchas cosas, pero algo sí que pude. La ubicación es genial, el riad esta chulísimo y es super limpio. El chico que esta Mustafh es super majo, vino a recogernos al taxi ya que no podía entrar por las callejuelas. También hicimos un Hammam y vinieron Amina y Asmae y fueron super majas y nos gusto mucho la experiencia.

L'arrivée sur notre fin de séjour d'une famille avec 3 enfants assez bruyants qui faire perdre la "magie" du riad. Les activités proposées sont très chères en rapport à ce qu'on peut trouver sur internet, nous avons donc organisé notre séjour seuls.

Le Riad est magnifique, il est parfaitement situé et l’équipe est aux petits soins. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Le riad n'est pas adapté pour recevoir des familles avec de jeunes enfants. À partir de 6h30, nous avons été réveillés par leur cris. Le petit déjeuner sur la table commune a été gâché par leurs braillements.

Excellent friendly staff and service, able to answer any questions and always available. Breakfast was huge and lovely. Amazing roof top loungers with fabulous views over the Medina. Would definitely stay again.

Le Riad Assala est très agréable, bien placé dans le souk. Le personnel est disponible et la chambre était propre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Ahmeds vriendelijkheid was echt fijn. Na onze reis werden we hartelijk door hem ontvangen. Omdat we een avondvlucht hadden, vroegen we of er nog een kleine maaltijd geregeld kon worden. Ahmed regelde dit met veel plezier, en het was heerlijk. Gedurende ons verblijf stelde hij zich altijd beschikbaar om ons te helpen.

De ligging, de rust in de Riad, terwijl het midden in de drukke straatjes ligt.

Het was jammer dat het zwembad nog dicht was. Verder alles mooi en prima in orde!

Goede locatie middenin de medina, overal dichtbij en toch zeer rustig. Ahmed is een zeer vriendelijke gastheer. Lekker ontbijt.

De bank en stoelen bij het ontbijt zijn vrij oncomfortabel. De oproep van de moskee smorgens vroeg maar je bent dan ook middenin de medina.

De riad was eenvoudig te vinden omdat er pijltjes hingen in de souks. Er was een deurbel aanwezig zo kon je altijd eenvoudig naar binnen gaan. De kamer was heel netjes, groot en mooi. Het was er heel rustig en de eigenaar was heel vriendelijk. We hadden via hen een taxi geregeld naar het station. De eigenaar is met ons mee gewandeld tot uit de souks waar de taxi ons stond op te wachten. Dit maakte het heel eenvoudig en betrouwbaar. Het was tot nu toe het beste ontbijt dat we hebben gekregen in een Riad.

Antwoord niet snel op vragen die je stelt via Booking.

Mention très bien à l'ensemble de l'équipe pour leur gentillesse, leur discrétion et leur professionnalisme. Sans parler de" Madame" Fatima qui nous a concocté un coucous et tagine digne des plus grands chefs étoilés .

Lovely historical Riad - event better than the pictures suggest. It’s right in the middle of the Medina but once you close the door in The Riad it’s very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are also amazing and really helpful - generally excellent overall.

The only thing to be aware of is that if you get a taxi to the accommodation it will only get you to about 5 mins walk away from the Riad and you will need to walk the rest - we arrived at night and it wasn’t the easiest place to find in the dark.

Ein typisches, schön eingerichtetes Riad, mitten in der Medina. - Gute Betten - Gutes Frühstück - Abendessen ist auch möglich (jedoch nicht genutzt) - Sehr liebevolles und hilfsbereites Personal - tolle und mehrere Dachterrassen mit Blick über Stadt und in die Berge - Super Lage

- der Weg/Gasse dorthin - am Abend (sehr dunkel) nicht leicht zu finden - etwas hellhörig, besonders wenn Kinder im kl. "Pool"planschen

Riad assala was a wonderful stay for us (two adults and two young boys). The riad is beautiful and quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given that it is in such a good location in the Medina. The staff were warm and welcoming. The food was so delicious, best tangine we had in the city. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The staff were amazing. Fatima, Mustafa, Ahmed and Kabira were so lovely and welcoming. They really made our stay great! Very centrally located, everything is in walking distance.

Everything about the riad was wonderful. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious.

We had two reservations with a small gap in between. The larger room was great, and the next one we had was smaller, but we actually liked its design even more. It was perfect for two people. The only downside was that the window faced the street, so it could be a bit noisy. However, we had earplugs, so it didn’t bother us.

Our stay in Riad Assala was nothing but exceptional. Me and my friends booked 5 rooms and every single one was in awe about the attention to details and care the staff gave into our stay. Would 100 % recommend.

Toallas muy viejas

Frokosten var veldig god, ferskt brød, pannekaker, frukt, egg og ferskpresset appelsinjuice hver dag. Riaden ligger perfekt i medinaen med kort avstand til alt. Fin takterrasse med solstoler. Personalet var fantastiske, spesielt Ahmed som var helt super. Alltid blid og hyggelig. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Красивый отель. Есть хаммам,бассейн и терраса. Номер был комфортный, но холодный. Вкусные завтраки. Персонал встретил, чтобы проводить в медине.

Взяли услуги от отеля хаммам/гоммаж/массаж - замерзли во время процедур. Также была проблема с сантехникой в номере- вода лилась из обеих леек душа.

Super vriendelijke mensen!

Le gérant du Riad est venu nous chercher à la sortie du taxi. Le Riad était propre et tout le monde est au petit soin…. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et l’endroit où on le prend est charmant. Le repas du soir était délicieux et vraiment copieux. Nous avons passé un bon séjour …. Merci à vous

La sonnette que l’on entend fort…. Mais vraiment pour dire quelque chose car cela ne nous a pas dérangé…. Et la piscine était froide ( très bien en été mais en mars on ne peut pas en profiter)

Le personnel très accueillant et sympa, la beauté du lieu, la déco typique. La situation géographique parfaite. J'ai adoré le toit terrasse magnifique avec une vue magnifique.
