Nancy Villa

The room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, featuring highly effective air conditioning and ceiling fans that kept everything perfectly comfortable. Waking up and spending time on the balcony with views toward the sea was a massive highlight. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. The owner Krishan is exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful, offering a level of service that makes you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive.

The Krishan was amazing. He helped me with everything. Also room was clean. This is one of the my best stays in SL.

Bardzo ładny, czysty i przestronny pokój z kuchnią. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutów. Można również wykupić śniadanie za 5 USD na osobę. Bardzo blisko plaży. Właściciel bardzo miły, poczęstował nas na przywitanie pysznym sokiem :)

The villa is very close to all spots. Parrot rock, coconut hill, zouk, shopping area, and of course the beach. the room is very comfortable and the location is safe. the staffs are always around to assist you. they also organize transfer and tours.

Booking room in Nancy Villa was one of my best decision in whole Sri Lanka Trip. It is very near to the most popular beaches in mirissa. The host was very friendly and helpful. I love their service and behaviour.

Nancy villa is very close to the beach. The room was exceptionally clean and the manager was very friendly and very accommodating. Next time when I come to Mirrissa definitely I will look out for accommodation in here.

great location for money, near to beach and restaurants, owner was so kind as i had to get 2x surgery’s on my foot and offered a free room upgrade and said if we needed to use his bike at all to just let him know, so kind and also has a kitchen available to use, room was great 😊

Das Zimmer entsprach bei weitem nicht der Benotung. Hervorragend! Das Zimmer müsste mal wieder gestrichen werden, riecht sehr unangenehm das Bett knarrt. Der Garten ist sehr ungepflegt. im Zimmer befinden sich Flecken und diverse Spinnen und Spinnen weben. Die anderen Zimmer Mögen besser sein, da sie neuer sind. Leider meine schlechteste Unterkunft auf dieser Reise bei Booking COM

The property is situated in the heart of Mirissa .. from where almost all the cafe & beaches are closeby .. the host was really friendly & made us feel at home.. a 10/10 stay must visit Over all cleanliness was top notch .. thanks to the host for having us .. we will definitely visit soon :-)

Everything in the property is super good. Specially considering the price point. Staff is very kind and calm. We did number of requests and they were always there to help. Very trustworthy people. I even left my room key with them when going to the beach and they were very professional in every way. Room was so cozy, modern, and super clean. Walking distance to Mirissa beach. Couldn’t be better.

We arrived early, and they allowed us to check in ahead of time. They gave us a great welcome with a refreshing drink. The place and the view both look beautiful. It is located a little far from Mirissa Beach. We were able to prepare our meals comfortably, and the kitchen environment was also very convenient and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy Villa! The room was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy beach view that made every morning feel special. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The host was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth—he even arranged an early check-in for us, which was a big plus. The villa offers a wide range of services including laundry, scooter rental, and tuk-tuk service, making everything very convenient. One of the highlights was the self-service kitchen, which was fully equipped and allowed us to cook our own meals whenever we wanted—this added a nice homely touch to our stay. We especially loved the scooter rental—we got a brand new Ntorq at a very reasonable price, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend Nancy Villa for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Das Zimmer war sehr modern, schön und groß. Wir hatten einen tollen Balkon mit Meerblick. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, es ist ruhig aber man ist trotzdem direkt am Strand und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter sind zudem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

터틀비치와 가까워서 좋았고 욕실도 깨끗해서 만족스러웠다. 미리사에서의 일정이 짧아 투어등 아무런 계획없이 왔는데 호스트의 도움으로 좋은 업체와 투어예약을 할수 있어 좋았다. 무엇보다 호스트가 친절하고 다양한 도움을 받아서 너무 감사한다.

미리사에서의 일정이 더 길었더라면 좀 더 이곳에 머물고 싶었는데 그러지 못해 아쉽다. 숙소에 대한 아쉬운점은 전혀 없었다.

La posizione è perfetta. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Nonostante alcune imperfezioni, il mio soggiorno è stato molto gradevole.

Le foto non corrispondevano alla realtà. La stanza era molto buia mentre nelle foto sembrava molto luminosa. I proprietari hanno comunque rimediato aggiungendo due punti luce che hanno reso la permanenza più gradevole.

El trato del personal, muy amable y tienen una cocina funcional de uso común para los huéspedes. La ubicación maravillosa y parada de bus en frente. Un montón de restaurantes y la playa a dos pasos. Cada habitación tiene un recibidor con mesa y sillas donde puedes estar.

Que hacía mucho calor aunque tuvieras el ventilador puesto, aunque si aireabas se refrescaba un poco. Y también había hormigas y arañas diminutas que se metieron en nuestra mochila de comida.

The place Mirissa is a disappointment, I find. A narrow, crowded beach with few attractions. But there are places worth visiting nearby.

We loved the Nancy Villa! View from the bathroom was amazing and the location is just a minute from nice restaurants and cafes but far enough away from the busy street. We could do our laundry there and Krishan was the best host of all our accommodations in Sri lanka :) he helped with everything. We also rented scooters there. Can really recommend booking Nancy Villa

Goede locatie dichtbij het strand, de mensen waren super vriendelijk. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de laundry service en scooters gehuurd voor meerdere dagen. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. De beste douche tot nu toe in Sri Lanka! Verder is er een gezamenlijke keuken waar je gebruik van kunt maken & is het leuk om in de avond nog buiten te kunnen zitten.

Staff was lovely, always around to assist you, the place has everything you need when you're planning a holiday at the beach, comfy bed, hot water, kitchen with plenty of stuff to use, 1 min walking to the beach/shops/restaurants and bus stop.

I loved our stay here. Best room we’ve stayed in in Sri Lanka. Sea views from the bathroom- insane. You could watch the most gorgeous sunset while having the best shower. It was so incredible. Water pressure was SO powerful and temperature was easily controllable. Room was super spatious and light and airy with high ceilings. The mosquito net around the bed was a work of art. & you had sea views from bed- kind of crazy! Balcony was lovely and private and in the morning you could watch the monkeys run along the roof opposite. Nancy villa is very well equipped- there’s a shared kitchen in the courtyard, tap to wash your feet, fridge in the room. The host is such a kind person- very easily contactable and couldn’t be more helpful and understanding. Even when we didn’t ask for breakfast we were given the most delicious platter of fruit for free. We also got welcome smoothies which were all yum! Location was also perfect- very easy 2 min walk to the beach & close to lots of good restaurants Best stay ever highly recommend 10/10

Great value for money and close by to Marissa beach :) it is a family run place and they are all very nice and helpfull. They also arranged a delicious breakfast on request too.

This place was amazing – easily the best spot we've stayed at during our trip to Sri Lanka! Super clean, cozy, and in a great location. Everything felt really comfortable and well taken care of. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. They even had a laundry service, which was such a nice bonus, especially while traveling. Would 100% stay again and recommend it to anyone coming this way!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Nancy Guesthouse. The accommodation matched the pictures exactly and was in a great location—close to everything. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always available and made a great effort to make sure everything was perfect. We felt very well taken care of and would highly recommend staying here!

Good location, Simple and basic room.

Very hospitable manager, nice territory with terrace and small garden (and 😺), tasty breakfast (9 USD), 3 minutes walk to the beach, nice kitchen (shared). I would like to mention the service separately — there are a lot of pleasant little things and it feels like you are being taken care of. What to improve: it's better to update the bathroom and there are few windows in the room (little natural light).

Very friendly staff, aircon was powerful. Clean rooms. Kitchen available to make own food. Electric shower with hot water spacious rooms with tables and veranda. Only 5 minutes walk to main entrance of mirissa beach (be aware ther eis a slight incline to property).

Fan room has extremely squeaky bed and the night we stayed, sadly had civet cats in the roof so we were kept awake all night. HOWEVER, the staff were extremely helpful and gave us a discount for lost sleep and were working to solve this problem by the following morning.

The staff were lovely and bought us a few drink when checking in. The beds were really comfortable and it was a bargain at £9 per night. The location was just a short walk from mirissa beach which was perfect!

We originally got checked into an air conditioned room which was lovely but found out shortly after that we didn't book an AC room which I was unaware of. The room we had booked was too hot to sleep so had the check out a night early. The host was very accommodating and cancelled the 2nd night for free.
