Lagos Central Wellness

Highly recommend this place! The location is unbeatable, and the entire space was immaculately clean. The staff provided excellent communication. It’s an ideal spot for families, and group bookings. I booked it for three, but could've accomodated at least 6 max. Great appartment with full kitchen... swinning pool, balconey..offering great comfort and a wonderful atmosphere. WIFI was excellent too..

Noting.

Easily located and lots of parking. The apartment was spacious and clean.

The apartment smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals, from when we arrived until we left the next day. We appreciate it was clean but the smell was overwhelming. The apartment was a bit dated and the bed was not very comfortable. The tub in the en-suite bathroom has keys but they did not work. The facilities are a bit disappointing too. Neither “hot tub” was hot. The one indoors did turn on but the water got sudsy like if you used too much dish soap.

Assistenza, servizi , accoglienza

Convenient for short stay

Bad quality maintenance of bedding and pillows. Very dirty pillows and not enough linen sheets. Rooms were quite dusty. Apartment equipped but not so great quality. Cooking utensils were rrally worn out and not enough toiletries and no cleaning liquid/soap for dishes

The location was great for our needs. Close to the marina and a market.

Poorly supplied, poor response to our needs through the messaging portal, no resolution to the needs. For example, each bathroom only had 1 partial roll of toilet tissue. We ended up having to go to the (nearby) market to buy some basic supplies that should have been stocked-dish soap, hand soap, toilet tissue. We stayed long enough to have those issues resolved without having to solve them ourselves. Once things like that happen it’s really hard to overlook other small imperfections that would normally be forgiven but, rather seem to be their standard.

Location

Lots of missing and broken items

Ubicación, urbanización y amplitud.

Camas.

The apartment and the facilities were very good.

We had to wait an hour for the keys because the apartment wasn't ready. There was some clothing from the previous occupant in the drawers.

Altamente recomendado!

I thought that the property was lovely big and open inside it was clean and tidy it had a lovely kitchen and nice sized rooms for what we needed

When looking around the property there was only bedding and towels for 4 people.we had to borrow more , the wires on the wall by the tv where all exposed and not in the wall, as were the light fittings on the wall outside the balcony was hanging out of its fixture and unusable , the kitchen when using it to cook the power cut off each time resulting to eat out as a group of six was very expensive as couldn’t cook a meal without the power supply turning off tripping the whole apartment which had an impact on the holiday by not being able to do things that we planned as a family of six instead we had to use that money to feed the family twice a day the hover at the bottom under the sink vacuum system didn’t work so cleaned the apartment cancelled Wednesday clean but they came and cleaned in Tuesday still giving us towels and bedding for only 4 people .we had our children in the apartment one of them used the bathroom and their foot went down the damaged floor drain and hurt herself .when turning the lights on in the bathrooms none of the mirror lights turned on . Only one key to all doors in the apartment that also didn’t lock all the doors so had no privacy in the bathroom .when opening and closing curtains in the main bedroom they come off the wall from the pole one of them hit my head and could if hit my children.

The location is good. We wanted to be close to both the old town and Marina. Both were really close by. The apartment size was also good - ideal for our 3 adult booking.

The apartment was tired, and a bad smell came from the kitchen area. The main toilet did not flush. But the most disappointing thing was that the duvet cover and pillow were 5 one pillow ( stained ) had no pillow case. Issues were reported to the reception office ( a 5 minute walk away. However, despite saying someone would come over, there was no record made by the receptionist and nobody did come by to rectify. A truly bad 3 night stay

Google has the accurate reviews - things that didn’t work - Fridge leaks water everywhere Kettle broken Tv broken Jacuzzi bath broken Safe broken Balcony door don’t lock Hoover broken Place needs some care and fixing Not worth it for more than a few days

We only liked the fact that you can leave your luggage with them before checking in.

It was a terrible experience. The sofa was broken. It was impossible to sleep on it, as was the section of the single bed, which had no legs. There was nothing for a fifth person, no towels, no bed linens, even though we booked a room for five. And at 7 PM, a guy showed up without knocking to fix something, even though they had plenty of time to do it between 10 AM and 4 PM, which is the check-in time. He didn't even apologize for coming, but he still didn't fix anything. It's a disaster. I don't recommend it. Please don't be fooled by the pretty photos.

Pobyt bol pokojný, so všetkým potrebným k dispozícii. Priestory sú dobre udržiavané a dobre udržiavané. Čistota si zaslúži osobitnú zmienku; nenašiel som nič, čo by tam nebolo na svojom mieste. Posteľ bola veľmi pohodlná a príjemná. Zážitok som si naozaj užil.

It was a very good experience at this place. The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable few days. Everything was clean and organized. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, which helped me relax. I would return without hesitation.

Bom alojamento no geral!!!

O horário do check-out às 10h e check-in às 16h.

Si has llegado hasta aquí sigue buscando otro alojamiento.

A very good place to stay.

The bed mattress should be replaced with comfortable ones. Doing this will make it a perfect place to stay during one's holiday.

Spacious apartment, comfortable beds. Swimming pools also good and relaxing Gym is basic but okay for a simple workout

A few things needed fixing, washing machine and electrical shutters, staff was fast coming around fixing washing machine however electric shutters took longer for them to come see it and was a bigger job and so we asked to leave it since we had a few more days left before checking out anyway. Would be nice to have a dishwasher. Would be nice to be offered to change towels. Blankets were dirty and smelly (pissy) and I washed them myself. No bin bags left for 1st day. Carpet in sitting room also smelly so we took it away and hoovered it with the central system. Would be nice to have a cordless hoover in the house to clean. Air fresheners needed in the house, it stinks a bit. A deep cleaning in the sofas is needed. Jacuzzi has too much bleach treatment in the water . Sauna not working Make sure you buy essential for cleaning 🧼 yourself.

Unfortunately, our stay at this accommodation was very disappointing. The check-in was only available after 4:00 PM, and check-out was required by 10:00 AM, leaving little time to actually enjoy the place. The cleanliness was poor, with visible dust, rusted bathroom items, and dirty blinds. The furniture was very worn, including broken playground equipment, damaged benches, and a chair patched with tape. One of the TVs had no working remote because of missing batteries. To make matters worse, we were also required to take out the trash, which was not expected for a paid rental. The listing does not match the real condition of the property. It urgently needs cleaning and maintenance. We do not recommend this place unless improvements are made.

I would like if there had been sun umbrellas by the pool I would also like if there was a reception desk in the building rather than in a different location Pillows need to be replaced. Very flat and small Beds weren’t very comfortable But the apartment was nice and big.

The location was good, it wasn't in the center but it didn't take long to get there.

Spacious clean property.

Couldn’t check in till 4 and check out is between half 9 and 10. Couldn’t use the facilities beforehand and with having to be out so early couldn’t use them in the morning either. The time is not specified until you’ve paid the non refundable amount . Not very good communication with the agency .

La posizione vicina al centro, i bagni erano moderni

The fifth bed we asked for was not ready, we were expecting to have it ready, but most of all the sofa bed is extremely dirty, with hair, feathers, dust and it stinks. One of the windows of the bedrooms and one in the kitchen are not closing properly and the wind makes such a strong noise that we were not able to sleep. We asked to the structure and they never replied back. Also the toilet paper was absolutely insufficient for 5 people 2 nights stay. We have videos to proof what we just said.

Perfect location, spacious apartment , lovely view

Wasn’t very clean, settees very dirty and dusty throughout, pool was emptied after 1 week of staying there , no English tv and no internet for 3 days , no plugs for bath or sink

Boa localização, Camas muito confortáveis!

The towels provided were the best we have had ever!

We specified we wanted accomodation that had a pool, there was one but it was empty being maintained and was not completed until our final day. we had expected the balcony view to be an inner courtyard but what we had was of the outside of the builoding overlooking the road and other nearby apartments. The apartment was large but some of the furniture was tired to say the least, the dinning and kitchen chairs were so bad they could not really be sat on.

Big spacious apartment.

TV didn't work, internet didn't work, no sauna, no jacuzzi, needs maintenance. No plugs for sinks or baths, aircon only worked in one room.
