Reviewed Sep 12, 2026We received a double bed room without A.C. and the room and entire premises were clean and quiet environment. We spent the day and night peacefully. The staff and owners of Green Villa were very friendly and helpful. Overall we can recommend Green Villa for any guest who needs comfortable accommodations in Trincomalee for short or long stay. Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The accommodation was noticeably dusty when we arrived and did not feel properly cleaned. There was also an unpleasant, musty smell in the room, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. The area itself is quiet and peaceful, which is definitely a positive point. However, for the price, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation in its current condition, unless the cleanliness and ventilation issues are properly addressed.

Dirty, dusty, musty, cockroach infested room. Tiny bed with rock hard mattress and extremely rough bed sheets made a good night's sleep impossible.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2024My stay at Green Villa, Trincomalee, was really interesting that the accommodation was comfortable and very calm and quiet to have a sound sleep. Although the climate is little hot this villa location is full with vegetation to effect a acool surroundings. The management owners were also kind and their treatments were commendable. During the cool morning breeze they provided delicious tea free of charge. My next visit to Trincomalee, I will select Green Villa for my rest.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2023The room wasn't clean at all. Dusty floor and cobwebs on walls and ceiling. No mirror, no hot water. I asked for hot water, owner replied that climate is hot here so we don't provide hot water!! We hope that in rainy season he may not reply about asking him water bottle!!
