I think it's how convenient it is in the port but slightly far to San Juan where the main entertainment and night activity happens.

Nothing at all - space is already fine for a back packer and is also comfortable as it is near to the public market and walking distance going to Jollibee.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, auch das Badezimmer in einem neuwertigen und sehr gutem Zustand Das Zimmer ist überraschend gross. Der Eingang des Hotels ist schnell zu übersehen, da er sehr klein ist. Top Lage zum Hafen aber auch zu netten Cafés und Restaurants. Alles in allem ist das Hotel für ein paar Nächte sehr zu empfehlen, da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Ich hatte aufgrund des niedrigen Preise keine hohen Erwartungen, wurde aber positiv überrascht. Wir wollten morgens nur das Gepäck abgeben, durften aber gleich schon aufs Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist zwar spartanisch eingerichtet, jedoch extrem sauber - auch das Badezimmer. Die Bettlaken rochen frisch gewaschen, es gab Wasser zum nachfüllen im Flur und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war auch gut (entgegen der anderen Kommentare). Es gibt nur kaltes Wasser - hat mich aber nicht gestört.

Eigentlich war alles super. Die Fenster zur Straße hin sind allerdings ganz sehr schlecht gedämmt, somit war es sehr laut. Mich hat es nicht gestört, wer jedoch empfindlich ist sollte lieber Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.

The TV was blurry, good tv but bad reception

Die Dame vom Empfang hat uns freundlicherweise etwas früher ins Zimmer gelassen, weil wir sehr früh angereist waren und es ziemlich stark regnete und stürmte. Das war super freundlich. Was wir ein bisschen schade fanden, war dass es kein warmes Wasser zum duschen gibt und das Bad stark aus dem Abfluss roch. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen, aber zum Ankommen oder Abfahren von der Insel praktisch, da sehr nah am Pier und okay für eine Nacht.

It was perfectly clean, well above island standards. Comfortable bed with double pillows (firm-soft), both fan and AC (first AC so incredibly quiet!). Very nice staff. Very convenient for the harbour.

Good for a night or two if you're going to catch the ferry. It was reasonably quiet, close to the centre of town, clean and simple. The wifi is good and AC worked well.

I can’t fault the Staff as they were so lovely and polite , a few things I wasn’t happy with…. is the lack of security , after staff go home there is no one to contact if there is any problems which I found worrying , also every night the electricity would go off at least 3 times in the night meaning no air con or electricity . The water also went off , also no shower pressure . It was clean though and the bed was comfy

I stayed here for three days. Pretty basic, but very clean and tidy! Great location, it's a walking distance from the Siquijor port. There's no hot water, but it was ok for me.

The room was really clean and the AC worked perfect. The hotel is located just 9 minute walk from the Siquijor pier which is perfect for a short stay to explore the island.

Extremely noisy. The windows and walls are thin so expect the traffic to wake you up at 5am.

It was such a nice stay that I wanted to extend but they were fully booked. Staff are welcoming and there was one staff member who would sing at the front desk which was just pure good vibes

Super good value for a night before a ferry, clean, modern, towels, soap, coffee, etc provided. 4 bouncy pillows on the bed which is a rarity for PH. They could probably up the price - I'd imagine it's mostly used as a 1 night stay.

Unfortunately the shower has no pressure which means we had to mark down 1 otherwise would've been a 10 for the price point.

Large room with good AC and comfortable bed. Location is good if you have to catch a ferry early in the morning (just 5 minutes walk from the port). WiFi was quite good.

There was no hot water. Just to make sure this point is understood, let me clarify; this was not a one time fluke or maintenance issue or something. There actually isn't supposed to be any hot water (no water heater, no valve to controll water temperature). I feel this is important to note because I saw the statement "no hot water" on other reviews but it wasn't clear to me this meant "no water heating facilities". It is also disappointing that there is no mention of this anywhere on the property's booking.com page. Also there was no toilet paper.

Within 1 block of a very good restaurant, where I ate 1 or 2 meals every day of my stay.

There are very steep steps to climb (not good for an elderly person that is weak). They do not have hot water for a shower. So, I ran the water very lightly on my arms first and then my hair/head and then I got used to the temperature, and took a full shower.

Power went out one night and it got quite hot. Bathroom is very small and shower won’t drain so it’s easily to make a mess in the bathroom.

I choose this place to be at a walking distance from the pier and it is indeed, it takes 3 minutes. There's a small supermarket on the other side of the street, very useful.

In the aisle outside the room is full of mosquitoes, get inside really fast or you'll have them all into your room!

Cold & weak shower. Wi-Fi was poor. They had a water refill station but staff didn’t replace it when it was empty. Location is good in terms of being by Siquijor, but there’s nothing for visitors in this town area. All tourist things / restaurants / bars are in San Juan area! So had to get trikes to this area each day. but it did make it easier to access the ferry in and out.

We stayed at this hotel as we had an early ferry and wanted to be close to the pier - for this purpose, it was perfect. A few min walk to the ferry port. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

Nice and helpfull ladys at the Reception. The room is very clean and the room was big and new. Bed is comfortable and AC works well. The location is perfect and everything is in walking distance in siqujior city. Pier is just 600 meters away. WiFi is working very good. We extended our stay at this place because everything was clean, fine and in good condition. We would come again and great price value ratio

Exceptional value for the price. Very clean, excellent bedding. Everything works well, wifi and a/c excellent. Less than 5 min walk from the ferry dock and close to everything in that area. Staff was excellent. I especially appreciated the young lady at reception. I believe her name is Sara. She went above and beyond to help me reach out to another location where I had a reservation when I was having trouble with my phone. Would stay here again.
