Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältniss, bequemes Bett, viele Ventilatoren, alle Annehmlichkeiten, gutes Restaurant anbei

Leider gab es in meiner Zeit Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck, was Duschen erschwert hat. Internet war auch ziemlich schlecht.

Absolutely everything, it was immaculate. It was huge. It was comfortable. It had lovely big windows that could be left opened due to the mossie nets and the sound of the sea was wonderful. As a solo traveller I felt safer than I’ve been anywhere else on the island not that didn’t feel safe on the island but it was also cheaper than some of the hostels The owner Nanette was very, very kind and attentive and it was a fantastic breakfast. I highly recommend this place. Nothing fancy quite kitsch, sometimes had to use a bucket for washing due to water pressure , but that really wasn’t a problem considering

Water pressure extremely low. Toilet not working properly. Shower not working. Horrible smell in the room. Fans are not sufficient for sleep. Closet and curtains have a very bad odor.

Restaurant was closed on day of arrival and no restaurants nearby. Bathroom has no water heater, residence staff could not assist with organizing transport. If you stay here please be aware you need to be 100% self sufficient

The convenience, the staff, the menus, and the welcoming stuff

The pressure of water, the lack of material to do oyr own cleaning, like a mop or vacuuming, and also a little lack of cleaningness inside the shower and in the living room. The multiples fans are good but not enough to fight against the heat, need an Air cooler

I like the location, the place itself and the staff. The residence is a beach front, and at the same time ,the other side is just beside the main road. The owner is warm and accommodating. I can't wait to go back and spend more time there with loved ones!

The apartment itself is wonderful and the seafront location amazing. Staff lovely.

This would be a five star review were it not for the near total absence of water. For three days none of us were able to take a shower, the toilet would not flush and the taps ran dry. In the end we decamped to a nearby hotel so that we could freshen up. The apartment is really only suitable for two, the futon being incredibly uncomfortable. The beach is unsuitable for swimming

Foods amazing. The place is so nice, with amazing views and footsteps from the beach. The staff were lovely and helped us to rent a car. But definitely try the food here. It was so good.

Had a great relaxing stay at the Wieser Residence. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. Would happily stay there again when I return to Siquijor.

Problem with hot water - did not have it, when they fixed it we had several power cuts (during the night) unfortunately. But as I know from the host they are already working to get it fixed. Noisy ac, which we knew about before ofc. Would be probably 10/10 if not above issues, which made our stay a bit problematic and uncomfortable.

Amazing beautiful location, a sizable estate right on the water not far from the ferry terminal, and only a few guests on property ever!

The area has problems with water flow at many times of the day, I recommended they get a water tank so they can pump up into it when there is water and then have gravity pressure anytime their guests need it.

We stayed 4 nights at the residence and planning definitely to come again at some point. The residence offered 2 rooms to our time which we rented, so the stay was very familiar. Place: The residence is huge, grass everywhere and covered by palms. Its very nice to relax there. They have in one part chickens & some parrots. Cool pick up service from & to the Harbour. Kitebeach is in walking distance & one of the very nice owners is also a kiter. So join him for a session on the water (I did so) Room: The view out of one the bedroom with balcony directly at the sea was amazing! Only point to optimize is the water pressure since it was very weak. Food: The food is all self made by the owner and her team & is delicious. Hands down - Best price-quality ratio on the island! > This counts for every meal, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. You have to try the „Austrian Kaiserschmarn“ or „Palatschinken“ since the owner lived many years in Austria and brought back this knowledge :) You can visit the restaurant also if you are not sleeping in the residence and enjoy a meal under palms on gras (see one of my pictures)

Excellent breakfast. Well maintained property. Helpful hosts. Comfortable room with a big terrace. Walkable distance to the seaport and Siquijor town. Free transportation to the seaport. A good restaurant on site.

The private beach promised in the hotel description was the most disappointing. Beach front would be a more apt description. The beach near the hotel is not suitable for swimming at high or low tide. We also missed beach equipment, such as sunbeds or umbrellas. Without air conditioning, there is a lot of moisture and mould in the room, especially in the closet.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming, the property is beautiful, the apartment is clean and spacious, the view from the balcony is great, although there is no AC it was very well manageable since there is a fan, the windows can be left open during the night and have mosquito nets, the food is very good and cheap, and the mango shake one of the best we have ever had

We sometimes had some issues with the water pressure + it was difficult to find the right temperature in the shower (either „cold“ or boiling hot)

The Wieser residence is a wonderful place to stay! The family is incredibly kind and helpful, always ensuring you feel welcome and supported throughout your visit. The setting is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views that make your stay even more special. It’s also in a great location, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I highly recommend staying here – it’s truly a memorable experience!

Location was wonderful right on the sea front. Huge breakfasts that were really affordable. Nanet and Elias were extremely welcoming and helpful with information about the island. Room was really lovely too.
