The room was clean 👌 owner very friendly, close to town, love it

I liked the process of self check in. It was so cool, I've never seen that before. It was a great experience. I liked that we were also able to connect to our Netflix account. Water was nice and warm too.

We forgot to bring along our twin plug to charge our phones and the room didn't have either. Maybe if they can have twin plug sockets as well, that would be great. Maybe an iron too for the clothes? :-) There's lots of water too by the door when it's raining.

Safe, comfortable and clean guest house, walking distance to Grey College where my son had his interschools. Location is also perfect if you want to do last minute shopping at Mimosa mall. I arrived earlier than the check in time and the host Madelaine was very friendly and accommodating.

The room has a lot of potential with a few minor changes. There are some water leakages in the bathroom that can be sorted, and a cupboard to unpack luggage in will make it more comfortable.

I wasn’t aware that the room was on business premises and that it would be the only room. I felt unsafe, please consider having an alarm system for the room itself. The fact that there is a salon in the yard was already a big issue for me.

The location is reasonably close to Mimosa Shopping Mall. It is quite sunny, the room is spacious enough and has a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is also well ventilated and clean. The lighting in the room is adequate.

I had no problems during my stay. You need to pay attention to the instructions for self-check-in depending on the time of arrival or departure.

I was impressed by the attention to detail and the care the owner put into making sure everything was perfect. Location, safety and comfort as well as the exceptional service of the host

We drove up from the coast to watch the Portugal Boks game and wanted accommodation near Toyota Stadium. Bello turned out the perfect location for as easy and safe walk to and from the game. We found our host Madeline runs an organised operation with efficient access and vacation of the unit.

We would have preferred a normal heater over the AC due to the hum and two pillows per side (there were cushions). Otherwise, everything was perfect for our needs.

We enjoyed everything. Was spotless and I felt welcome. We will go there again and will recommend it to my family and friends. It is save and the host was awesome.

Only thing that I missed was rugs on the bedroom floor. It is winter and the floors are very cold.

The guest house was safe and we were warm. The location is indeed great! The host sounded friendly but we did not get to meet or see her (She did have a valid reason though). Our car was in a safe place.

We did struggle at first to reach the host, the phone number on the website needs to be updated. The guest house is not easy to find because infront it is written hair salon. There honestly is a lot of room for improvement, but for the price we paid we understood.

Self check arrangement after 7pm. The tenants demonstrated good customer service as we got lost but theg were patient giving telephonic directions. Instructions well given for gate access and all necessities in the room. It was a walking distance from the Doctor's facility that I had gone to consult. Few minutes to Mimosa Mall (supermarkets and restaurants) as the Guest House is a self catering service.

The accommodation is near the mall's.and we don't even use transport to rich there..

Noise for neighbours who partied into the early hours of the morning. No body soap in basin or shower. One bedside lamp switch was broken and open wires exposed.

I liked the quietness and the facility was very close to where I was attending the convention. The sure point is, the facility is my second home for my yearly convention

I did not like the fact of not using the TV. I couldn't use the TV because I use standard SABC channels

Staff or the owners were exceptionally friendly, caring and understanding. Check-in time is between 15pm and 19pm but they waited for me until 19h37, they were very understanding and compassionate.

I hated the fact that I had to leave, I loved the place and felt at home to an extent of forgetting that I was supposed to check-out in the morning😭. It's so unfortunate that I didn't think of taking photos because I was actually sick and one thing that came into my mind , was having a good rest. Don't worry ,I'm gonna take lots on my.nest visit..🤗

The place is relatively comfortable with all the necessary gadgets including an electric blanket and air conditioner in case of extreme temperatures.

Like I said, I desperately needed something to Work on with my PC, and a desk and a chair would have been very handy.
