The staff was nice, it is very close to Mediclinic as I was going there. When I arrived the place was neat and clean

I went out for my appointments and came back to the dirty room. I was very shocked that the bed was not even made. No cleaning while I paid for 2 full nights even though I checked out around 22:00

Très bon accueil. Hôtel calme et propre Disponibilité de l'hôte pour toute demande. Très arrangeant : à garder mes bagages avant le check-in. Il en a été de même pour le chek out. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Friendly staff who was the receptionist and the cook Helped us with a bar fridge

A requested 2 single beds amd called to confirm this Towels - we were given hand towels to bath with

Convenient one night facility. Clean and comfortable. Secure parking available.

I prefer a shower to a bath, make sure when you book.

I liked everything, from the moment I enter and the moment I leave

The location was perfect, we needed to be close to the school and it was around the corner!

The light in the hallway although I understand other guests need to still come in later in the evening and the light is needed for them.

Location and rate

Room smelled of smoke

Easy to locate. A stone throw from 2nd Avenue.

Place is very close to many facilities. Staff was welcoming. Their breakfast was nice though they don't have a variety.

The supper for 2 nights out of 3, I only enjoyed supper for the last night and by then I had provided my own based on what was served the previous nights. They need to improve a lot on this one.

Hospitality

Tv had only 3 channels

Overall very comfortable. Aircon for heating in cold snap and ample supply of hot water. Staff was great. Went above and beyond. Provided fresh milk and seamlessly moved me to a room with a fridge and a microwave. Location and access was also very good.

Property a little tired in places and some areas could do with an update. Had issues with the TV. Small bath towels. No bottle of water was provided on the 3rd night. Basic crockery and cutlery would've been nice. Not enough plugs/extension cords to allow for phone charging next to the bed.

Location, cleanliness

Nothing

It is affordable, clean and near the N1

Nothing

Did not take the breakfast. Very welcoming staff clean.

Soap holder in the shower rusted.

Clean and Aesthetically pleasing

No distance within the place

The was no ice in the refrigerator

Safe parking behind a security gate. The staff were helpful.

Late night inconsiderate guest arrivals, cars revving in the parking area for more than 30 min and home coming party revelling of the same guests. Sleep disturbed from 11 pm to 3.30 pm all while I sought a peaceful nights sleep en route from Cape Town to Pretoria.

Yes

It was easy to get to the location, easy and convenient check in and check out.

Wifi speed was not as fast as I would have preferred it.

The location and friendly staff

There were no electric blankets thus I was cold the entire night.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. So for that thank you I will definitely recommend to anyone. And I'm definitely coming back.

Honestly nothing. Every was good.

No have breakfast

Nothing more to add, except that I will come and stay at Victorian Lodge when I come back to Bloemfontein.

Hospitality and the owner works on improving the place everyday. The staff are friendly.

It is close to a busy road.

Dstv was fully loaded. Cleanliness super. Excellent

Couldn't get cold water on the bath tube because it's tap broken. Towels looked a bit old as the whiteness lost. Very poor WiFi.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Secure parking.

Only a bath, no shower.

Breakfast was very good, location within walking distance of MediClinic hospital. Bedding clean and comfortable. Room service outstanding. Personell very accommodating. Parking area very safe with covers.

Comfortability

Prices dont worth the place

It is a home away from home. It is near all the places and the business is around the corner from this lodge, so you don't have to wake up too much early.

The noise of the cars as it is inside town, but nothing beats earplugs in order to rest.

The silence inside the premises

Whatever problem you encounter they address it in due time

Everything was quite well. There's nothing I didn't like

Staff. Location. Breakfast.

This booking was a special circumstance. We booked it for our cousin whose husband had been in a terrible truck accident and was paralyzed and in the hospital for several months far from home. We booked for ten nights. Unexpectedly, six nights in, they received word he would be transferred to a facility closer to home. At this time we requested an exception of a refund for the remaining nights due to these extenuating circumstances. Not only did they refuse, but they also didn’t bother to respond to any of the messages we sent them. Very, very disappointed.

Presence of TV, room cleanness and goof smell.

No water in the room except in the bathroom. I wanted to make tea, I had to get water feom the bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay here and I’m truly impressed with the level of hospitality. The place is very clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist, which made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere is calm and safe, and the overall environment is perfect for both rest and convenience. I also really appreciated the attention to detail and the great service throughout my stay. This is definitely a place I would return to and confidently recommend to anyone looking for quality accommodation. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Great service

Everything was perfect, the room was clean and it big enough to accommodate a couple.

Cleaning ladies gave us excellent service

Lady at the reception gave us poor service and she was soo rude and I think she should be expelled because she is racist
