Nước nóng không nóng, chỉ đủ làm nước không lạnh nhưng do An Giang nóng nên không ảnh hưởng nhiều.

Hầu hết nhân viên đều lịch sự, nhiệt tình, tuy nhiên có 1 bạn nhân viên da ngâm đen, đeo kính ca tối khá lạnh lùng và giao tiếp tạo thiện cảm ko tốt với khách lưu trú.

Hotel limpio y cómodo, no tenía ventanas 2 de las habitaciones pero no es impedimento ninguno, valorarlo porque merece la pena. Wifi gratis, servicio de masaje estupendo, restaurante bueno enfrente

Está algo alejado del centro de la ciudad, pero se puede ir andando o en taxi. No hay grab de coche, solo de motos, pero puedes pedir un taxi en recepción, no tiene desayuno

El personal muy atento y servicial, dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. La habitación era muy espaciosa y limpia, así como el baño, que tenía accesorios de baño, lo cual se agradece si vas mochilero sobre todo. Está a unos 10 mins del centro andando, lo cual está bien.

No hay cerca algún bar/restaurante o cafetería para tomar algo si llegas tarde, o si madrugas. Tampoco un supermercado para comprar algo de última hora.

Super fresh and very clean. Helpful and nice staff. Really exciting walk to the waterfront by small alleys, takes cirka 20 minutes. Also good breakfast around the corner at Coffee and Food. A new and very fresh breakfast place with great coffee and tasty noodles.

Good place to stay. Very helpfull staff. They helped us to organize trio to Tra Su even on afternoon. Clean rooms.

There is no breakfast. Some rooms have no windows. But we changed the room and all was ok.

Booking.com says it’s 250m from the city centre. Maybe their centre is different from my centre. But we had to walk 1.2 kms from what we were told is the city centre. A taxi or bike would have made this easier, but I was under the impression it was close to the city centre. Unfortunately it isn’t. The room was very small and windowless. A little along the lines of a mausoleum.

For a comfy place to rest and sleep, it is great value, even if some rooms had no windows. I paid 4 rooms on Genius 3 and was not disappointed.

The hot water takes a little time to heat up, but that's all.

Fridge in our room didn’t work, we were told it was broken.

We only stayed at the hostel for one night, as we were booked onto a boat to Phnom Penh the following morning. As a base for one night it was perfectly adequate - clean and comfortable, although our rooms were on the small side. The staff at the hotel were helpful and arranged a car to take us to the dock from where the boats depart for Cambodia. We didn't spend much time in the town or the hostel, but we slept well enough. As we had to leave for the boat early in the morning we did not have breakfast at the hostel so cannot comment on whether breakfast is provided and/or how the food was etc. In summary, the hostel provided us with clean beds and en suite facilities and we thought it was fine for travelers like us just wanting an inexpensive overnight stop before heading on with their journey.

The hostel is a bit 'Premier Inn' in its style - you could be anywhere in the world. We had no outside view from our room, which wasn't an issue given we were only staying the one night, but it means the room lacked character. The rooms are also fairly compact, which just meant we were tripping over our baggage a bit.

It was quite clean

Most of the rooms don’t have windows. The location is not practical for Travellers as far from center. In the description of Booking this is not clear. As it just does not have a window- as a specific feature. In the photos it shows a window in the room - but it’s a window to the bathroom - which has also no fresh air access and you have to air it threw your bedroom. When we asked to get a room with window- The Receptionist was nice but didn’t understand a word of English and called the management lady - who was really rude and asked for more money for a room with window . Only VIP rooms have windows - she said- but was not willing to give us any support.

The day staff was amazing and attentive. They were very keen to address all your needs to their best abilities.

Smoking section was located right outside our room. When anyone smoke it will leak into our and cause my wife to have an allergic reaction.

Unfortunately, it takes a little longer to walk to the centre of Chau Doc, but there is a very quiet path to get there.

Very lovely hotel for staying in Mekong delta. Nice stuff, very kind and professional. Perfect rooms, clean and very good bed. Totally recommended!

Located over a kilometre from the centre of town. No outdoor area.

Hostel is quite new, it was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful.

It is not Hostel's fault, but other guests were quite loud in the late evening hours on the corridor (in the Hostel).

Spacious room with great AC, a very nice bathroom and comfy bed. Everything is brand new and super clean. You can walk to the downtown in about 15 mins and it's close to the bus station. Great value for money.

I booked this place because other reviews all said the owners were super helpful and I wanted to arrange some tours in the local area. However the owners don't seem to be around and the staff don't speak English so didn't really get much help; when I asked for info on local tours they said 'tomorrow', then a tour guide arrived in the lobby later but he quoted a very high price for a short tour to one place and was pressuring for a decision so didn't seem trustworthy (better to find a tour guide independently on Google or TripAdvisor as usually the hotels take commission in Chau Doc). Still recommend the place, as the accommodation is great and the price is fair.
