Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Room was comfortable, equipped and clean. The air in the hot weather was hard to breathe, as there was no ability to cold it, but I appreciated the fan.
Person in charge of the place (not the person we were on the phone with) seemed to have a problem when checking in at 21:20 even though it’s written in the rules that check-in is until 22. Also the phone person was telling a different possibilities of storing our luggage after check out than the person on the site, who told us a much shorter time. But we appreciate the possibility itself, so I don’t complain, i just want to mention that the instructions were different from each person. it was also slightly tricky to find the accommodation, so i’d like to recommend adding further information straight to booking, or to print out better signs to follow on the street.

Premises has no Air conditioning at all in the rooms and 1 small fan was not even close to enough to cool room with 3 perosn room at all. It was 29c degrees and couldn't sleep properly.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Està molt net i renovat, les habitacions són grans. Es troba una mica allunyat del zoco i la platja, però els autobusos són de fàcil accés, també en taxi. Ens hem sentit molt a gust, el personal accessible i correcte, ens va orientar a l’arribada.
L’esmorzar és correcte i adequat, però hem trobat a faltar el té marroquí.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Una habitación muy bonita y amplia, decorada con esmero y detalles. Incluso con un pequeño saloncito. Baño nuevo, cómodo y amplio. El desayuno se sirve en la azotea, que es muy agradable, y buen desayuno. Nourdinne es muy atento y discreto.
El punto negativo sería que sin coche, está lejos del centro. Para nosotros no supuso un problema; serían 20 min en coche al centro.

Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit frischem Orangensaft, sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Er hat uns gleich um die Ecke ein Straßenrestaurant empfohlen mit wirklich guten und günstigen Tajine.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Wir waren für 4 Nächte dort und wurden herzlich empfangen. Der Inhaber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns jeden morgen frisch frühstück vorbereitet. Die Dachterasse hatte eine schöne Ambiente. Die Zimmer waren etwas klein aber man hatte Zugang zu einem öffentlichen Wohnzimmer, wo wir dann auch alleine waren.
Das Einzige negative ist die Lage, aber direkt nebenan findet man einen kiosk für wasser und eine Bushaltestelle in ca 7 Minütiger Entfernung. Die Busse in Agadir sind ebenfalls neu und zuverlässig, also konnte man bequem zum Strand runter fahren

Reviewed May 21, 2026Mir hat die Unterkunft für 3 Tage sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage in einem schönen Wohnviertel gab ein gutes Gefühl. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Toll ! Das Zimmer war schön, sauber und völlig ausreichend und das Bad war sehr sauber und schön hergerichtet. Alles schien sehr neu zu sein Frühstück wurde auf der Dachterrasse serviert, was bei sommerlichen Wetter toll war. Auch die Auswahl war reichlich (siehe Foto). Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Entfernung zur Stadt bzw. zum Strand. Um dorthin zu kommen, musste man auf Bus, Taxi oder Indrive zurück greifen. Mein einziger Minuspunkt.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Merveilleux accueil par Nourredine qui a toujours été à notre écoute, aux petits soins mais tout en étant discret. La chambre est très grande avec une magnifique salle de bain, toute la décoration de la maison est réalisé avec goût. Petit déj le matin sur le rooftop,du bonheur et nos papilles se sont régalées. Le logement se situe dans une rue calme, proche de divers magasins. A préciser que le logement se trouve à 7km de la plage, des hôtels en bord de plage... mais si vous aimez marcher c'est top celà vous permet de découvrir les quartiers d Agadir sinon vous avez les taxis à un prix dérisoire. Je recommande ce charmant logement

It's quite a bit out of town but can get a taxi easy enough.

Always willing to help when we have questions. And breakfast on the terrance was so yummy and beautiful space to eat. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Cleanliness wasn't the best. I wasn't convinced we had freshly laundered linen. The most disappointing thing was probably the lack of communication from the staff to welcome us and give some helpful tips on actually finding the place which was a little tricky.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026La chambre était très confortable, l'accueil super et le petit déjeuner très bien également ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans à la Casa Zouina, bien décorée, calme et confortable. Le rooftop est également très très confortable.
La Casa Zouina n'est pas facile à trouver la première fois. Les taxis avaient souvent du mal à trouver notre localisation mais une fois qu'on a repéré l'endroit c'est très simple.

- Très forte odeur de moisissure dans la chambre, dangereux pour les personnes allergiques - Assez cher pour un emplacement pas top - Le petit déj ne commence qu'à partir de 8h, pas convenable pour qqn qui vient pour du travail - Pas de tables dans les chambres, obligé de dîner dans la terrasse même lorsqu'il fait froid. - Besoin de rénovation pour matcher le prlx (parquet, remplacer les placards anciens ...) - Petit déj à améliorer : très basique, on est au Maroc, on devrait ajouter de l'huile d'olive, amlou ( spécialité d'Agadir !), jben, du jus d'orange naturel ( dommage qu'on serve du jus industriel) + thé à la menthe pas toujours disponible

Gospodarz na naszą prośbę przygotował je wcześnie rano , przed standardową godziną serwowania śniadań, a także upiekł wspaniałe naleśniki. Apartament pięknie urządzony, czysty, z pokojem bilardowym i dodatkową kołdrą w sypialni, co przy podróży w grudniu jest istotne. Każdy pokój posiada dobrze wyposażoną, nowoczesną łazienkę.

Breakfast could improve, same breakfast everyday. You have to walk for few mins to get a taxi.
