There was mold on the walls. The dishes weren't clean as well as the towels. The light in the bathroom didn't work.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025Was mir gefallen hat: Die Unterkunft an sich bot leider wenig Besonderes, aber der Gastgeber war äußerst zuvorkommend. Er hat mir die Tourismusabgabe ($4) erlassen, da ich vergessen hatte, diese zu entrichten. Das war eine sehr nette Geste.
Die Unterkunft entsprach in keiner Weise den positiven Bewertungen, weshalb wir uns dafür entschieden hatten. Sie ist in diesem Zustand absolut inakzeptabel und nicht zur Vermietung geeignet. Mangelnde Sauberkeit: Bei unserer Ankunft um 15:00 Uhr war die Wohnung in einem völlig inakzeptablen Zustand, inklusive starkem, unangenehmem Geruch. Die Räume waren offensichtlich nicht gereinigt, es lag Müll herum, und die Böden waren schmutzig. Nach Kontaktierung des Vermieters (der uns vormittags bereits mitgeteilt hatte, die Wohnung sei frei) kam die Reinigungskraft erst verspätet. Sie entschuldigte sich damit, "zu viele Wohnungen" zu haben. Falsche Reinigung: Wir verließen die Unterkunft für ca. anderthalb Stunden, doch nach unserer Rückkehr war die Wohnung nur oberflächlich aufgeräumt. Böden waren weder gesaugt noch gewischt. Hygienemängel: Weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Die vorhandenen Handtücher waren fleckig und verschmutzt. Saubere Wäsche gab es nicht; die nassen Laken und Bezüge hingen noch von der Waschmaschine auf dem Balkon. Die Benutzung der dreckigen Betten war gesundheitlich bedenklich. Gesundheits- und Funktionsmängel: Im Schlafzimmer gab es großflächigen Schimmel am Balkonzugang, der beim Lüften ins Zimmer zog. Wir bekamen beide Asthma und mussten getrennt schlafen. Die Toilette war katastrophal: Die Tür klemmte massiv und die Spülung funktionierte nicht richtig, das Wasser lief unkontrolliert nach. Auch das Badezimmer war stark verschimmelt. Zusammenfassend war der Aufenthalt eine Enttäuschung, und wir raten dringend von einer Buchung ab.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025Nagyon tágas, szépen rendben tartott lakás. Kellemes lakóközösséggel, és csendes szomszédsággal. A szobák kényelmesek, kellemesen aludtunk minden este. A szállásadó igazán kedves.
A konyha a gyenge pontja a lakásnak. Nagyobb tisztasággal és rendezettséggel illően kiegészítené a többi helységet.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025Nice, modern apartment. The building is a bit run-down, but the lift works. Most of the necessary appliances are provided. Plenty of towels and sheets available.
The second room with the bunk bed has no air conditioning. However, the living room is huge, and there were plenty of blankets and sheets, so the kids camped there. The apartment would have been better with a microwave and an iron. Parking can be tight

Malgré l’heure tardive, il a répondu à notre appel à 1h du matin pour nous accueillir le premier jour et nous orienter avec gentillesse. Ce geste nous a beaucoup touchés et a grandement facilité notre arrivée.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2025The area have loads of shops and restaurants and is very easy to get taxis to city centre. Situated in local safe area and in a quiet residential zone. If you want to avoid touristic overpriced areas and get more into the local culture this is the right place. The apartment has everything you need, very spacious and comfortable. Host was very responsive.
Bed and pillows were too firm but this is just my opinion

Reviewed Jan 11, 2025The apartment is huge with so much seating for a family of 4 - we were just a couple so didn't use the bunk beds. The apartment was really clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with almost everything you will need. There is a small convenience store just around the corner selling bread milk cheese etc. There is a fantastic street food / market culture every evening about 5 - 7 minutes away. We are really well from the street food vendors and the cost was approx £3 per person You can walk to the city centre or take a bus - both seem to take around 60 minutes or taxis are frequent along the main strip and will cost between 15 and 50 dirham depending on whether you remember to negotiate before 🤦🏼♀️😂 There aren't many restaurants locally and those that are there are mainly western restaurants selling burger and pizza - but as I said we ate the street food in the evening and that was fabulous and cheap
The bed was a bit firm for me - but still comfortable. No dinner knives then we realised no-one in Morocco uses them
