Son emplacement au centre du quartier historique. La chambre est très spacieuse et le personnel était au top et très serviable.

직원들이 친절해요. 카이막 먹으려고 스푼을 부탁했는데 접시까지 챙겨주고, 들어오고 나갈 때 차이를 권하기도 해요. 위치가 정말 좋아서 블루모스크 톱카프 아야소피아 고고학박물관 이집션바자르까지 모두 도보로 다닐 수 있어요.

엘리베이터가 좀 좁고 느리긴 해요. 하지만 층마다 방이 많지 않아서 다니기 어렵지는 않아요.

Die Nachtruhe störende laute Geräusche durch die Klimaanlage, die wir dann ausschalten mussten.

The staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and attentive. The location – more than amazing – a 3-minute walk from Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet Square – the heart of the city; what’s more, within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar. A clean and modern room. Hotel is not above loud restaurants (there are many food options all around) but on the small side street from them - you can see them from the window but you don't smell or hear them :) Air Condition is modern and located in 2 points of room - it allows you to really adjust it to your needs - perfect when you are from different climate country.

During my stay everything was great - no problems at all.

Ich war mittlerweile schon zum dritten Mal im Erba Hotel und würde mich auch bei meinen nächsten Aufenthalten in Istanbul wieder dafür entscheiden. Das Hotel ist relativ zentral gelegen, sodass man vieles gut erreichen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und werden täglich gereinigt. Auch das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt habe ich mich jedes Mal sehr wohlgefühlt.

Posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni di Istanbul (Santa Sofia, Moschea Blu, Palazzo Topkapi), dalla fermata del tram (Sultanahmet), dal porto, oltre che da numerosi locali e ristoranti. Camere pulite, ricambio giornaliero di asciugamani e acqua, ma soprattutto staff gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Ahmed e gli altri ragazzi ci hanno aiutati con l'organizzazione giornaliera del nostro itinerario e con il reperimento di medicinali durante il giorno di chiusura delle principali farmacie. Ottimo servizio di navetta aeroportuale, comodo e puntuale. Consiglio di soggiornare qui!

Emplacement parfait en plein centre, immeuble et chambre moderne et très propre ! Ménage quotidien et personnel à l’écoute. Frigo dans la chambre. Espace suffisant pour quelques nuits.

On ne choisit pas le petit déjeuner qui ne correspond donc pas forcément à nos attentes.

The location was good, very close to everything.

The staff could hardly speak English, had to use google translate to speak to them. The breakfast was very basic, no buffet, just bread, 2 pieces of ham and cheese, and a coffee. Also I've booked a transfer from and to the airport, the car didn't have airco (although it costed 70 eur each way), which was pretty disappointing in August heart.

Новый современный отель, минимализм, чистота, уникальное расположение - 5 -10 минут пешком от Площади Султан ахмет, Голубой Мечети и АйяСофии, в то же время находится в тихом переулочке, под окнами нет транспорта и больших толп людей, на ресепшен можно поработать или попить чай, персонал очень добрый и отзывчивый, особенно Ахмет, который помог с заказом такси и организацией рабочего места. Цена в среднем выше, но нам понравилась атмосфера, стиль и высокий сервис.

The staff was very nice and willingful to help, the position absolutely perfect in centre but not in a noisy Street, the hotel was brand new.

Super Mitarbeiter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unseren Anliegen haben diese immer geholfen und es war uns eine Freude in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Die Zimmer sind groß geräumig und sehr gemütlich, es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und somit war es sehr hygienisch. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv erneut buchen wenn ich in Istanbul bin.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the young woman who worked the morning shift and the young man who worked the night shift. The hotel is beautiful, and its location is excellent. The breakfast was good, and they always asked what time I would like to have it. The room was cleaned every day, with complimentary bottled water and all the necessary daily amenities provided.

I only have one comment. When I first checked into the hotel, I noticed a few stains on the bed (they may have been permanent and impossible to remove even after cleaning), and I also found a few hairs on the bed sheets. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I had a very pleasant stay.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w zabytkowym centrum, 200 m od tramwaju. Wszystkie główne zabytki w odległości krótkiego spaceru (500 do 800 m). Dodatkowo dwie tanie jadłodajnie w pobliżu, jedna przy samym hotelu, druga troszkę dalej. Hotel świeżo wyremontowany, nowoczesny wystrój, wszystko nowe bez śladów zużycia. Wystrój łazienki super. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, czystość bez zarzutu. Śniadanie serwowane, można powiedzieć kontytnentalne - tureckie, bardzo dobre..

Wszystko znakomicie. Nie widzę niczego do poprawy.

Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié dans cet hôtel, c’est son excellent emplacement, ainsi que le fait qu’il soit neuf.Nous souhaitons également remercier tout particulièrement Ahmed, à la réception, qui nous a beaucoup aidés pour toutes nos demandes. Il a toujours été très poli, attentionné, chaleureux et disponible.

Ce que nous avons moins apprécié, c’est la qualité du ménage. La femme de ménage changeait les serviettes et les chaussons, mais elle ne passait même pas l’aspirateur. La chambre restait donc parfois un peu sale. Les équipements étaient également assez limités. Notre compagnie aérienne ayant perdu notre valise, nous sommes arrivés très tard dans la nuit sans brosse à dents ni dentifrice. Lorsque nous en avons demandé à l’hôtel, on nous a répondu qu’ils n’en avaient pas. Il serait utile de prévoir quelques produits de première nécessité pour ce genre de situation. Enfin, le petit déjeuner était exactement le même chaque jour, sans possibilité de choisir. C’est dommage qu’il ne soit pas proposé sous forme de buffet à volonté.

Perfecte locatie in het centrum van Istanbul. Nieuw schoon hotel met aardig en behulpzaam personeel.

Posizione molto centrale e strategica per visitare le attrazioni principali. L'albergo è curato e si trova in una via non trafficata nonostante sia in una delle zone più centrali di Istanbul. Abbiamo anche prenotato una crociera sul Bosforo direttamente tramite con la struttura.

Siamo stati ad inizio giugno per 4 notti e posso dire di aver fatto la scelta giusta: Posizione ottima, a due minuti a piedi dalla Moschea Blu, Santa Sofia e Basilica cisterna..staff super gentile e ospitale (ad esempio io non gradisco la colazione InterContinentale salata, perciò ho detto loro di non prepararla per me, e si son prodigati nel trovare una soluzione che facesse al caso mio!) ci hanno aiutato con le indicazioni per le varie attrazioni ecc...stanze super pulite (venivano rifatte ogni giorno) ed anche gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno. Super consigliato

Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in a great central location, within walking distance of the Sultanahmet area and the Blue Mosque. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and tidy, and the area was quiet and had plenty of restaurants just outside. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location is good and a good place to visit the old city of Istanbul. The rooms were clean, partly because they had just been renovated. There was a lot of lighting and it was bright. I think they cleaned the room nicely. It was in front of the elevator, so I could hear the elevator arriving, but I didn't mind the noise outside. (It is a small hotel, so almost every room is in front of the elevator.)

Wifi was not very stable. I felt the staff was proactive in their attempts to assist guests. I felt that was a good point, but I was disappointed in the restaurant recommendations. We wanted to try a dish called Manti, so we asked the staff for a restaurant recommendation, and they recommended ŞATO's Restaurant and even offered to make a reservation for us. However, we had not yet made our plans for the day and we did not know what kind of restaurant it was, so we just asked the staff to let us know. （We were also given the contact information of the restaurant staff via WhatsApp.) Since the recommended restaurant was open late at night and since they had recommended it to us, we went to the restaurant, but to our surprise, it was not on the menu. When I asked the restaurant staff, they told me that they had forgotten to put it on the menu... I was disappointed because I thought Manti was the signature dish. (I accept the criticism that Manti was a poor choice.) The restaurant staff said they could make Manti, so we just ate it and left, since the charged water had already been poured. (To be fair, it was only 590 Lira for the two of us, 490 Lira for the Manti and 100 Lira for the water, but they served us a small baklava and a cup of chai). The restaurant staff was friendly and by no means a bad restaurant. In fact, I would have been very happy to have received this kind of service in a restaurant that I entered unexpectedly, but my disappointment got the better of me.

Przepiękna kamienica w centrum Stambułu, do najważniejszych zabytków można dotrzeć pieszo, na dalsze wycieczki - transport miejski w okolicy, pełno knajpek i kawiarni w odległości kilku minut. Znakomita obsługa, serdeczna i pomocna, służy porada na każde zagadnienie dotyczące miasta. Pokój duży i czysty.

Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja, nie dało się spać ani z nią, ani bez niej

Новый отель в самом центре Стамбула. Все близко, до всего несколько минут пешком. Номер совсем маленький, но с учетом того, что приходишь только переночевать - годится. Отличная работа дизайнера, видно что вложили душу и деньги в ремонт. Строители правда слегка подвели в качестве плюс кран в раковине течет, но это все мелочи;) Очень приятные впечатление от отеля и персонала плюс вкусный завтрак.

Глобально все хорошо, есть досадные мелочи, типа сантехники. Но верю, что поправите. Сейф прикрутите и сделайте понятное с ним взаимодействие.

We had a wonderful stay at Erba Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is very cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making us feel at home from the first day. The location is perfect – the tram station is just a short walk away, and all the main attractions are within easy reach, making it very convenient to explore Istanbul. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety of fresh and tasty food to start the day. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul!

Buona colazione salata con salse, sia dolci che salate, ma non a disposizione un buffet tra cui poter scegliere alternative.

Chuveiro perfeito, atendimento tanto da manhã quanto a noite extremamente atencioso. Sem dúvidas a disponibilidade dos atendentes é um diferencial. Além de quartos super novos e organizados. Perfeito, no coração do movimento.

Na hora da chegada a rua estava fechada, então o taxi não conseguiu me deixar com as malas na porta. Zero culpa deles, mas sobre a localização é ótima, mas pode ter pontos para chegar a depender do dia e movimento.

Понравилось абсолютно все! Расположение топ, все рядом в пешей доступности. Сам отель на тихой улочке. Отель чистый, номера очень чистые, все свежее, уборка супер! Кровать удобная, подушки хорошие, принадлежности ванные на месте. Персонал очень доброжелательный, приятные люди. Завтраки сытные, голодными не останетесь. Если выбираете отель и не можете выбрать, то это отель полностью совпадает с ожиданиями, фотографии совпадают с реальностью) Обязательно вернемся и всем будем рекомендовать этот отель.

Отель новый, это все прекрасно ощущается в номере. Свежий ремонт , мебель и ванна 10/10. Было очень чисто. Сам номер был просторный и очень удобный. Много полок для хранения вещей, секция с плечиками для одежды, будуарный столик. Ванна просторная, свободная, большая душевая. На первом этаже в самом отеле есть кафе. Максимально удобное расположение! В 5 минутах ходьбы до главной площади. Рядом множество заведений и магазинов.

Единственное , что не понравилось, это то, что мы нажимали кнопку «не беспокоить» , но когда вынимаешь карту (как потом выяснилось) - кнопка выключается и в номере все равно уберутся. Мы не хотели, чтобы в наше отсутствие заходили в номер. Не хватает табличек на дверь

Работа ресепшена просто лучшая, каждый день спрашивали какие у нас планы и давали советы куда сходить, когда нам нужно было что-то найти звонили и узнавали работает ли это место, так как были праздники. Очень приветливые, лучший ресепшн, что я видел. Съэкономили нам кучу времени. Расположение шикарное.

Сейфы хлипкие, плохо работал. Завтрак можно сделать разнообразнее и он не в формате шведского стола.

Professional and helpful staffs, namely Ahmet, Yusof, the Azerbaijani young lad and the cleaning young lady. Hotel is located near the hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, topkapi palace and grand bazaar. The roads in that area are rather flat and the infrastructure is stroller-friendly. Despite it's location which is near to the main attractions, amazing cafe and restaurants, it is peaceful and quiet at night. The room is new and clean.

Overall, the hotel leaves a good impression. It's even worth considering for future trips. The breakfast is decent, but don't expect a buffet—you'll get a plate with everything you need. You won't go hungry. However, the hotel does charge extra for extra coffee. It's not about the money, but the principle. This spoils the overall impression a bit. There are some minor issues with the rooms, some broken or non-functional. The hotel should pay attention to these. Special thanks to Ahmed, the receptionist. He's a great guy, helpful, and a pleasant conversationalist.
