Good location, friendly staff.

The standard of the room was not quite what we expected, but was OK. We did not use any of their facilities and went to other beaches because of the sargassum, but that is not the hotel's fault.

Ottima posizione vista mare e vicinissimo alla piazza principale. Piscina e spiaggia con ombrelloni. Consigliatissima l'agenzia di snorkeling e immersioni che si trova all'interno della struttura a fianco della piscina.

Na aankomst in Cancun, gelijk door naar dit hotel. Wij hadden met onze twee dochters van 8 en 12 eerst een kamer geboekt zonder balkon kwamen wij ter plaatse achter. Deze snel omgeboekt voor een kamer aan het zwembad, veel leuker en makkelijker voor de kinderen. Direct aan het strand gelegen en het restaurant naast het hotel heeft goed ontbijt en lunch mogelijkheden. In de buurt van voldoende restaurants en winkeltjes, de grote supermarkt tegenover het hotel is wel duur, beter de wallmarkt bezoeken. Wij hebben in Nederland al contact gehad met Rolien om met haar bedrijf de zee op te gaan om walvishaaien en manta’s te spotten en mee te zwemmen, dit is gelukt en was fantastisch!

Emplacement au top, face à la mer. Parking privé sur place. A deux pas du centre de Puerto Morelos. Au calme et proche des restaurants et même un supermarché en face. Restaurant indépendant au rez de l'hotel "Muelle 11". Super qualité de petit-dejeuner pris face à la mer, ils font aussi à manger, tout avait l'air extra mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de gouter. nous avons séjourné qu'une nuit dans cet hotel.

Structure de l'hotel un peu vieillissante. le carrelage de la piscine se décollait et les chambres mériteraient un coup de frais mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé, le cadre était top!

Very well located

We got a basic room for 4 with no balcony. Pretty basic and lower than our expectations. Remain a good option while I would recommend a short stay.

Localisation directement sur la plage- Très pratique car il y a un parking. Restau très agréable et bon.

Chambre très vieillotte et basique. Lit petit et matelas très inconfortable (très dur) oreillers de mauvaise qualité (ou vieux?). Fenêtres sales. Douche uniquement au plafond (pas de douchette) et tellement vielle et entartrée que le jet partait dans tous les sens.

Habitacion amplia con vistas al mar. Ambiente tranquilo y familiar. Limpio.

Algunos elementos necesitan renovarse.

Coffee would run out early, not the end of the world as there are plenty of places to get coffee. There is a great grocery store right across the street

Location var fantastisk og nydleig mat i restuaranten og veldig god service. Vi fikk hjelp til å bære opp bagasjen, det var veldig bra.

Veldig hard seng. De hadde ikke bagasjerom og det var dyrt å kjøpe senere utsjekk. Det var også unødvendig å ta depositum for hårføner og strandgåndkle synes vi.

Viejo y sucio! Cabellos en la cama.. ademas cuando nos íbamos el personal no quiso abrir las dos puertas del garaje alegando que una estaba rota ( el día anterior ambas estaban abiertas) lo cual nos obligo a hacer varias maniobras para salir y evitar dañar el coche de alquiler.

Un tres bel accueil de la part du réceptionniste. Cela devient rare d’avoir un sourire et de la bonne humeur. Chambre propre. Il manque cependant un micro onde. Nous sommes alles au restaurant qui propose des menus abase de poissons. Et le petit déjeuner est vraiment au top. Nous nous sommes régalé avec les assiettes de fruits et le pain perdu a la cannelle. A la fois copieux et raffiné. Il y a un supermarché juste en face. Bien situé et parking sécurisé

Schöner Strand, leider auch mit Braunalgen, aber nicht so schlimm wie andernorts, gute Zimmer mit Meerblick, tolles Restaurant mit traumhafter Kulisse und hervorragendem Essen zu normalen Preisen, alles sehr empfehlenswert, Puerto Morelos ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen

Pas grand chose

Me retrouver dehors à 22h20 s'as pouvoir rentrer , le portail qui ne s'ouvre pas à note départ alors que nous avions un avion. La douche qui éclabousse tout et l humidité de la chambre, la vue sur les bateaux et Sargasses. L'absence déjà potable et juste un verre de disponible dans la chambre sans eau potable ....

Première nuit au Mexique après être arrivé de l’aéroport. Les personnels sont extrêmement sympathiques ! La vue de la chambre sur la plage est très appréciable. Je recommande.

Les chambres ont vue sur mer. L'accès à la plage est privatif, mais il faut traverser le restaurant. Une excellente agence de plongée, francophone, se situe en bas de l'hôtel. Proximité directe avec le centre du village et le supermarché.

Le personnel n'est pas dérangeant : il a les yeux sur son portable... Quand on vient de prendre son bain (de mer ou de piscine) il faut traverser le restaurant pour regagner sa chambre. Le restaurant est très cher. La plage de l'hôtel n'est pas la meilleure pour nager (bateaux, algues).

I spent three days staring at the ocean from our patio. I'm not sure what else I could say that would top that.

Okay, the beds were a little hard, and the pillows were not the most comfortable. But this place is right on the beach and affordable.

Pillows on beds need to be replaced - they were like sleeping on rocks!

Tout s’est bien passé juste vérifier bien que dans quelle partie de l’hôtel vous êtes il y a une partie qui est rénovée et l’autre non nous, on était dans la partie non rénovée et on a adoré notre séjour. Rien à signaler le restaurant qui est en dessous est superbe ce qui aide à profiter d’un séjour parfait. La piscine est efficace. Il est possible de se poser sur des transats juste en face de l’hôtel.

We loved that it was right on the beach in the heart of Puerto Morelos. All the rooms face the beach so the sunrises are amazing! They have lounge chairs with Palapas. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were comfy, the pillows a bit too soft for me. We had two rooms for a party of 8 guests. The staff was helpful and there is a restaurant next door within the hacienda. They also let us drop off our luggage before check in.

Needs conditioner not just shampoo.

Chambres mal équipées. Très mauvais éclairage. Personnel de qualification inégale. Beaucoup de sargasses sur la plage. Les sargasses sont simplement déposées à quelques mètres plus loin, en tas. Or les sargasses émettent un gaz toxique inodore, le H2S.

It's truly beachfront, and just 1 minute from the city square. The rooms are comfortable and clean. However, the restaurant is outstanding. If incredible seafood is your thing, it's so fresh and well prepared here - practically tableside and practically oceanside - it's delightful. Meals became multi hour affairs. Soaking in the view, the breeze and incredible dishes.

There really wasn't anything to dislike!

Very clean, comfortable, great location, nice beach and pool.

Could have used more towels. One towel each and no wash cloths. Had to buy a couple. Tried to stay out of the room so housekeeping could come in. Did not happen till 4 pm. Did not do housekeeping every day. Just twice during our stay.

Staff friendly, location was perfect, access to beach great and view was AMAZING!

Housekeeping didn’t come until 4p daily was my only complaint since that was the time we wanted to come back to room to relax. We were on the 3rd floor.

Stayed here for a few days on a friend's recommendation and it was the perfect place for us. Right on the beach - we had a balcony looking onto the sea - but also walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shops. The staff were really helpful and there is an on-site dive shop that runs snorkeling and diving trips to the offshore reef. The restaurant is also very good, both for food and for cocktails! We will definitely stay here again.

Nothing at all!

The Beach was small, but nice and sandy and clean and the location was nice. There was supposed to be free coffee in the morning but we went down at 8:30am to get coffee and we were told they had already made 2 pots and weren't making any more that day. So that was weird.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the pillows were not actually pillows they were cloths shoved in a pillow, The main reason why we chose this hotel was because of the beachfront and the balcony on the hotel, we knew the rooms were going to be a downgrade compared to the resort we stayed at previously but we figured it would be ok with having a nice balcony to look at the ocean. We arrived and our room did not have a balcony at all, it was terrible and dark, there were windows at the front of the room but you could only see out of them if you were standing up. Very disapointing for the money we paid!! The bathroom was subpar and the shower did not even have a proper stream of water that you could stand under to get washed and rinsed off. The restaurant was nice as it was over looking the water and the boats that were anchored so it was pretty, and the food was good, although pricey. I would not return to stay at this hotel, i'm sure there are better options out there. I would just go and visit it to enjoy the restaurant and the views.

Great location in Puerto Morelos. Right on the beach with restaurants all around. It is definitely a 3 star so don’t be expecting anything fancy or extra amenities. That being said we enjoyed our stay

It was extremely basic for the price. Everything from a blow dryer to pool towels were an add on. Staff could have been more ‘friendly’. I felt treated as though we were a bother to their day to day.

The location is perfect. Great balcony overlooking the lovely beach. Close walk to everything.

The beds were more than hard! It was like sleeping on a rock. My hips hurt every morning. Pillows were not great either. Would prefer coffee maker in room rather than go down to lobby for 1 cup per guest! Towel situation was spotty at best. No phone in room to call down to front desk.

The location is excellent ,being right on the beach and still being part of the town with many lovely shops and restaurants

I got one of the last rooms, obviously, and one of the few rooms without a balcony.

Muy sucio, alto precio en relación a intalaciones. Ni a closet llegaba, no había teléfono en la habitación, mobiliario viejo. Una mancha de café en el pasillo estuvo así desde que llegué hasta que me fui nadie la limpió. La cama estaba mal tendida ponen el cobertor y la sábana arriba del mismo
