Ac didn't work well at all Made it very uncomfortable. If stairs are problem, request a ground floor room. We were assigned a top floor room...8 flights of stairs!

Pratique, plutot bien positionné.

Super gelegen und ein top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer zur Straße war etwas laut, aber die Restaurants haben nicht ewig auf und dann ist es schnell ruhig. Netter Pool, könnte etwas sauberer sein. Ein kleines Frühstück ist inbegriffen, der Pier um die Ecke. Mückennetze in allen Fenstern, mehr Möglichkeiten um Handtücher und Badesachen zu trocknen oder überhaupt aufzuhängen wären klasse.

Hôtel très bien situé, à 2 pas des magasins, de la plage et dans la rue des restaurants qui ferme le soir. Bonne ambiance dans la rue. Hôtel propre et piscine rafraîchissante. Chambre de taille correcte et literie confortable.

Die Zimmer zur Straße sind etwas laut, wobei der Restaurantlärm überschaubar ist und nicht bis tief in die Nacht geht.

L’hôtel est vieux, a besoin de rénovations, d’un coup de peinture. Piscine propre juste une journée sur 2 (le samedi). C’est assez sale autour de la piscine aussi. Insectes dans la chambre et sur les lits, mais la femme de ménage vient faire le ménage tous les jours.

The location.

Our experience here was awful from start to finish. Pre-arrival communication was nonexistent (three date-change requests went ignored), and advertised amenities like breakfast were cancelled without notice. Our room was completely misrepresented; it lacked the advertised private outdoor seating that every other room had, and the bed was basically a king single, which is not suitable for two people. Because of a massive gap at the bottom of the door, the room also constantly filled with mosquitoes. Almost the entire staff was rude. They refused to switch our room when our toilet broke, and we spent the first two days with no hot water in the shower before they finally fixed it. The worst part was how reception handled a noise complaint. Guests were screaming in the pool at 11:30 PM. When we asked staff to step in, they did nothing about the noise, but instead informed the disruptive guests that we were the ones who complained and made it clear which room we were in. Unprofessional, hostile environment. Do better.

Loved the location. Lots of restaurants close by. Free parking. The breakfast was included. Having a fridge was great. The room, bed and pillows were comfortable. There were outlets beside the bed for the CPAP machines. Drinking water was supplied..

The shower stall could use a major cleaning. The sliding door was difficult to open and close. There was mould in the track. If a hair dryer is important bring your own. They may have one to borrow but good luck. It was never available.

We liked staying in Puerto Moreles. The location of Casa el Moro was great. Very near the beach and restaurants. We liked that they had parking also. We were able to book a snorkel tour out by the reef.

La camera era quasi fatiscente: il bagno sporco, gli asciugamani vecchi, logori e sporchi, la cabina doccia rotta, l'acqua appena tiepida, niente phon. In camera neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua. La colazione impresentabile, siamo usciti al bar accanto perché davvero non c'era niente.

Schönes etwas altmodisches Hotel, das ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber liebevoll gepflegt wird.

Very central location next to a lovely restaurant. Staff were very pleasant.

Breakfast wasn't included, Booking.com had wrong information. We had to press for the broken sofa bed to be fixed. The staff were nice but not very proactive.

Pros are a great location close to the beach and right on top of several restaraunts. We had a big family room at the front of the hotel with a balcony over the street so it was noisy at night, lots of music but we didnt mind as it was nice to listen to music. We did use our ear plugs though. Beds comfortable and water hot.Its a great little town

Breakfast was poor with only sliced white bread, yoghurt and coffee which was a shame because the courtyard was nice and with a little more effort breakfast could be too. The staff seemed quite disengaged with the customer experience, it was like no one was really looking after the hotel

Bon emplacement, pas très loin de l'aéroport de Cancun, et proche de la plage. Puerto Morelos est un village très agréable.

Censé être inclus dans notre réservation, le petit-déjeuner n'était en fait plus assuré depuis plusieurs mois. Nous avions réservé 1 chambre pour 3 personnes mais la 3e n'a pas été prise en compte (lit pas prêt, pas de draps ni de serviette). Néanmoins le personnel a été réactif.

The staff were amazing. The room was nice. Continental breakfast was adequate. Location cannot be beat. Any issues that arose were handled quickly snd competently.

Es wurde kein Frühstück angeboten, obwohl es in der Buchung als inkludiert ausgewiesen war! Es gab keine Ersatzleistung hierzu. Weiters wurde für 3 Personen gebucht und es war nur ein Doppelbett bezogen und nur Handtücher für zwei. Weiters war das Zimmer eine Moskitohölle!

Colazione inclusa e pagata ma in realtà non disponibile da almeno 2 mesi. Nessuna alternativa, nessun rimborso. Senza colazione non lo avrei mai prenotato. Booking non contattabile. Da allora ho abbandonato booking. Per il resto piscina non utilizzabile (in stato di abbandono), porta bagno che non si chiude, acqua calda non sempre disponibile, struttura trasandata e un po' sporca.

Charming colonial-style architecture and decor, lush green courtyard, comfortable beds with fresh cotton linens, excellent location close to the brach, the pier, many restaurants and the supermarket.

No breakfast (contrary to the listing at the time of booking), minimal kitchen supplies, water pressure issues, staff does not speak English, some ants in the bathroom, street noise in the evening (our room was on the side facing the street, so this may not be an issue for other units)

Mi reserva incluía desayuno y al llegar me dijeron que ya no daban ese servicio, que pusiera una reclamación en Booking. Lo peor es que me dijeron que hacia como unos cinco meses que no lo servían y diez días antes había mandado un mensaje al establecimiento preguntando por el horario del desayuno y me lo dieron, no tiene ningún sentido, la chica de recepción no me dio ninguna explicación, solo decía que lo sentía

The grounds and decor were nice. The room was okay but the bed was small. The locks on the doors do not feel secure.

The website said breakfast was included but no breakfast was offered. The staff said “we no longer serve breakfast”. The 6 inch black centipede in the bathroom was very disconcerting.

Die Lage mitten im Ort war toll und die Unterkunft entsprach soweit unseren Erwartungen. Schöner low key, authentischer Vibe herrscht in Puerto Moreles und in diesem Unterkunft, was uns sehr gefiel.

Schade, dass das bei unserer Buchung inkludierte Frühstück während unseres Aufenthaltes nocht abgeboten werden konnte.

La posizione è perfetta per andare al mare ed è molto vicina a dei buoni ristorantini. Nel giardino interno c'era un bellissimo animaletto (un coati)!

Sfortunatamente per dei problemi nella struttura la colazione in realtà non c'era, eccezion fatta per del caffè. La piscina non sembrava avere il ricircolo attivo, ma non lo so di per certo: il tempo purtroppo non era bello quindi forse era per quello? La stanza al secondo piano è difficile da raggiungere se si hanno problemi di deambulazione (non c'è ascensore bensì una scala a chiocciola esterna). L'acqua calda sembra non esserci perché la pressione è molto bassa: attendendo però arriva!

Fantastic location, quiet, and safe. I booked a room with a large bed and a sofa, but upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that this option wasn't suitable. We were given a new room, but unfortunately, there was no water in the bathroom, so we were given another room. The staff was always there to help us. The only drawback was the cancellation of breakfast, for which we were charged by Booking.com. The rooms are large, spacious, and very comfortable. There's air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There's a large bathroom and a small walk-in closet. Each room has access to the garden by the pool (ground floor) or a large, covered terrace (first floor). You can book an airport transfer here. I definitely recommend it!

The reception staff's poor English is a minor issue, but you can communicate :)

Booking n'avait pas mis à jour les informations de l'hôtelier et indiquait que le petit déjeuner était inclus. Ce qui n'est pas le cas car l'hôtel ne sert plus de petit déjeuner depuis un certain temps.

It has old charm, lots of greenery, had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and responded to any questions with a smile. Location couldn't be better. There is a lovely pool that we used often for cooling off. Would not hesitate coming back here.

Have no complaints at all, if you want a setting thats clinical, then a newly built condo would be better suited.

La pulizia del water, e la mancanza di colazione anche se inclusa nella prenotazione

Het is een sfeervol hotel, de kamer was erg gezellig ingericht (in ons geval met koelkast), leuk balkon waar je prima kon zitten - plus dat je dan ook nog kan passeren, en de locatie is top. Eigenlijk parallel aan het strand met 1 straat ertussen. Veel restaurants/winkeltjes links en rechts, aan de achterkant konden we parkeren en ook na uitchecken de auto nog even laten staan (laagseizoen). Wij hebben dit als laatste nacht geboekt: het voelt nog dorps aan, en laatste souvenirs kopen moet hier lukken!

We hadden geboekt (een dag tevoren) inclusief ontbijt, maar dat bleek al een maand niet meer geserveerd te worden. Veel gelegenheden in de buurt, dus dat komt wel goed, maar die registratie/administratie was kennelijk niet helemaal in orde.

Dearest Casa El Morrow It's not because of the absolutely lovely front desk ladies and reduced staff that is working hard to keep the place clean It is certainly not about the proximity to the beach, It's not because of the pillows that have yet to be changed in the five years we have come to this hotel. It's not because the new management has stopped breakfast which over the last year had deteriorated badly even though on each of the websites for this hotel still to this day claim to include. It's not because of the three minutes of hot water each day. It's not because of the mattresses being older than the pillows It is about my wife in tears for three days, not being able to sleep blaming mosquito bites, causing itching and the grossest welts I have seen in a very long time,when the reality is the bedbug infestation in two of the rooms. Refer to the pictures I've supplied. It's about the black mold on some of the curtains and has been wiped from the walls in the bathroom, but not remediated it's about the weird cough that I started having since arriving at your hotel which seems to have magically gone away since we left. One day, our paths may cross again, but in the meantime, please for health reasons be very, very careful about this hotel.

We liked Casa El Moro but was definitely disappointed to get an email 4 days before arriving that breakfast was no longer included with the stay. It was a big part of my reason for booking with them. Charged the same price with less amenities. I asked for compensation but no reply.

Gute Lage zu günstigem Preis, für eine Nacht in Ordnung

Geruch der Wäsche, Frühstück - erst wurde uns gesagt, es sei trotz Buchung keins dabei. Am nächsten Morgen fragten wir nochmal, es gab Kaffee und Tost zur Selbstbedienung.

La struttura è abbastanza carina, ma ha bisogno di una migliore manutenzione. Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale e dalla spiaggia, con molti ristoranti nella zona.

Nella nostra camera c'era un cattivo odore. La doccia non aveva acqua calda e pochissima pressione. Asciugacapelli, ferro ed asse da stiro, menzionati nella descrizione dei servizi non erano disponibili. La TV non funzionava. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con colazione inclusa. L'orario della colazione ci è stato confermato a partire dalle 7:30, però al mattino la ragazza alla reception ci ha detto che la colazione non era disponibile.

I booked Casa el Moro, because I had been there ggor 4 or 5 days before, and I loved the great breakfast! The information Still says breakfast included, and the provided bread and water this time! Ok, it was toast and te. But Not a breakfast. Very disappointed. And, I got blue paint on my hand, from the fresh paint on the railing..no sign attached. The staff was great, Overall, Not a good experience.
