It was very clean and the bedrooms were spacious, Emma was very welcoming and gave us lots of info.

The cottage is on a very remote en quiet location, with a magnificent view and a small terrace to sit on. There are a few small dogs, that the kids liked to play with. The accomodation is comfortable and large enough. Two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom and hallways. One can sit outside. There is a lake in the neighbourhood (20 minutes walk). The hosts are especially kind and helpfull. Thanks again to Emma and her family. The kids are still enthusiastic about Hurling and were very happy to meet some real Irish people :-). All summarized a very nice place to stay for a while.

We had a lovely stay in Broadford cottage. The host was really friendly and helpful. The cottage is situated in a perfect location. Accommodation was clean comfortable and cosy. Kitchen had everything we needed and the views were spectacular

Location was beautiful. In the countryside with great views. The hosts live in the house next door and they are a lovely family. Very good with my kids letting them play with their dogs and run around their garden. The cottage was lovely with all mod cons and very comfortable beds. There was coffee and tea bags. We stayed in May but i would say staying in the winter months would be lovely also with the fire lit etc. Broadford village is about a mile away. It has a shop/cafe and a few bars. It also has a nice play park for the kids. Limerick city and Ennis are less than 30mins drive away. As we were leaving, my kids asked could we come back next year. We really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous cottage in peaceful location

The Cosy Cottage was perfect for our family while visiting the Cliffs of Moher. The owner met us when we got to the cottage, and he had a fire burning in the wood stove. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our family of six. The view from the cottage is amazing! Our children also enjoyed playing with the two dogs as well as watching the ponies.

Emma was responsive, kind and incredibly helpful with specific details we needed for our arrival. The house was perfect for or family of five, Thank you!

This was a lovely place to stay , lovely hosts and a fabulous cottage. We wished we had booked for longer and hope to come back again someday.

A charming cottage that lives up to its name, set in idealic surroundings. Hosts were both extremely friendly and helpful. A joy to stay there and an ideal spot to explore the surrounding countryside and attractions.

Lovely location, fire was lit when we went in and the cottage was very welcoming and cosy. Ample parking and hosts very welcoming

More sofa space in the lounge would have been nice and more control over the heating and when it came on to maintain a steady temperature

The perfect lay out with the rooms either end and the kitchen was fab, along with the stove and the huge TV to watch Netflix on.

Emma met us as we arrived, very friendly and explained everything, there was a fire waiting for us in the cottage. The whole family couldn’t do enough for us, Sean was more than happy to show all the animals to my granddaughter. Absolutely lovely family, put the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend, so close to many beautiful places

Great stay! Quiet peaceful clean place

The location was beautiful. Emma was an awesome host - helpful, chatty and very informative. Facilities were comfortable and easy to use. Property was easy to find and an easy commute to nearby Limerick.

Wonderful place to stay, quiet with a great view. fantastic hosts. Very comfortable place with everything that you would need in a truly wonderful part of the world. You will not be disappointed!

That we couldn't stay forever...

The accommodation was really clean and well equipped. There was a nice view from the place. The owners were super friendly.

Everything. Emma and her husband are wonderful hosts. This accommodation exceeded our expectations. You will be staying on a farm but don't worry, there are no noises and smells and the cottage is super clean and modern. When you wake up, you will see green as far as your eyes can take you. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, look no further. If your kids are into animals, they can see sheep, cows, and horses up close. But the bests where the friendly dogs who come to greet you and wait for your petting. P.s. beds are comfortable and water pressure is good too. Thank you Emma and family for this lovely stay.

Nothing to complain about. A tumble drier would have made it easier, but plenty of space to hang clothes.

Emma was an excellent host. She gave us indications of what to do and see. The house was very clean and had everything (or even more) you need for a holiday. Everything was perfect.

The cottage is very nicely furnished, with great taste and comfortable. The family dogs are a nice welcoming crew, and the view is stunning.

There wasn’t a lot of walking paths starting from the cottage.

We loved cosy cottage. We were planning on using it just as a base but we ended up spending alot more time here because it really was a home from home. Emma was amazing with our children. The cottage is a few mins outside broadford village where again the locals were so welcoming.

The location was ideal for exploring The Burren and Cliffs of Moher, surrounding villages too. The views from the were stunning. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The landlord was friendly and informative. Will recommend Cosy cottage to family and friends as a perfect place to holiday.

Our family of 5 REALLY enjoyed our stay! Surroundings were beautiful! The apartment is very nice, with lots of amenities, and very friendly and helpful hosts. Great home base to visit sites in County Clare and other nearby counties of Limerick and Tipperary. Easy access to airport. Our only regret is we wish we could stay longer!

Superbly decorated & furnished cottage with no expense spared. Every facility & more provided as well. Very cosy with the burner on too. Great location for smaller dogs as well. Amazing hosts who were lovely & couldn't do enough for you

The place is really clean and quiet and very very well decorated. The owners spared no expense and everything is in great order and spotlessly clean. There is also some beautiful views of the lake and animals and nature on your doorstep. Ended up staying longer than originally planned.
