The breakfast was minimal

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour notre nuit de noces et nous l’avons précisé simplement en commentaire dans la réservation. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par l’accueil qui nous a été fait. La chambre a été décorée de pétales de roses sur le lit et un peu partout jusque dans la salle d’eau. Un plateau de gourmandises marocaines nous a été offert. Le service de cet hôtel était tout simplement exceptionnel. Je le recommande sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Un séjour absolument magnifique à l’hôtel Braat ! Une superbe adresse, avec un hôtel moderne, élégant et une magnifique décoration aux touches marocaines 🇲🇦. Les chambres sont tout simplement magnifiques, confortables et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Un immense coup de cœur également pour l’espace repas, au top, avec une gastronomie marocaine exceptionnelle . Et que dire du petit-déjeuner… un véritable petit-déjeuner royal ! Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Adil, Youssef, Oussam et Yassine pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leurs sourires qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci également à toute l’équipe de ménage, ainsi qu’à l’ensemble du personnel pour leur travail, leur attention et leur professionnalisme. Une équipe formidable et un séjour inoubliable ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ces beaux moments !

Rien de particulier, j’ai été très satisfait(e) de mon expérience. Tout s’est bien déroulé et je n’ai pas de remarque négative à signaler.

One of the best hotels, it’s all about the staff, the cleanliness and quality of service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Emene from reception and Ayub from the restaurant were very welcoming and highly professional. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The post card and cookies delivered to the room was a nice gesture. The location is very central. Breakfast was average and the girl at the restaurant was uninterested and unhelpful. I would still go back to this hotel if I return back to Rabbit.

Posizione perfetta, il quartiere è tranquillo, si raggiungono agevolmente a piedi i principali trasporti (tram veloce e stazione Rabat Ville). Personale gentile e disponibile ad organizzare servizi aggiuntivi.

Mi sarebbe piaciuto cominciare la giornata con una colazione locale, prodotti e piatti marocchini preparati al momento. La colazione "internazionale" è comunque discreta.

L’emplacement est top pour visiter la ville. Le personnel était très accueillant, la chambre très spacieuse et les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner était varié et les attentions apportées dans les chambres (café, tisane, douceurs sucré,…) ont été très appréciés.

La propreté des lieux, ainsi que la qualité des équipements. L'hôtel mets un point d'honneur sur l'accueil, la propreté et la qualité des services. Le personnel est très aimable et disponible.

L'emplacement bien que proche de pas mal de choses malgré tout. Ce n'est vraiment pas bloquant.

We had excellent choices to make at breakfast and the food was enjoyable. The Hotel location is well situated openly in the street and there's no missing it. The staffs were great and attentive to our needs, even if you don't ask they're still offering help.

I really don't have any negative views of this place during my 5 days of stay there and both of my children 20 and 22 years old felt the same way too.

Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le petit déjeuner est top et l’emplacement de l’hôtel super (18 min de marche de la tour Hassan et 8 min du tramway ligne 1 et 2 place Al Joulane.)

Very nice, very clean and in central location but quite area of Rabat. The breakfast is great. The room has a balcony overlooking the main street which is quite nice to sit and relax. The staff are pleasant and helpful and always welcoming in a cheerful manner.

Lovely hotel, with amazing care of the customer. On top of a high quality hotel service, cleanliness and spacious rooms, we appreciated the little care reserved to us. Welcome Moroccan pastries with a handwritten note; every evening a card with the weather forecast delivered to the room with a little sweet treat; etc. Breakfast is various enough for all tastes. Not the largest but just enough. Highly recommended.

Comfortable beds. Extremely clean room. The balcony is an added advantage and staff are extremely friendly and supportive. We fell sick and we were guided and supported during the stay.

What a beautiful discovery! Braat Hotel is a new hotel, and you can really feel the care and attention that has gone into creating it. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful, very well designed and perfectly clean. There was also a lovely fresh scent when we entered the room, and we received a very sweet welcome attention. The breakfast had a fantastic variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious. Braat is a new 100% Moroccan hotel brand, and they can truly be proud of the beautiful work they have done. I really hope to see more Braat hotels in Morocco and abroad in the future. We would happily stay here again!

Totul excelent! Aș regla puțin iluminarea din cameră și mai ales din baie. Lumina din baie este foarte puternică și nu există posibilitatea de a o regla, astfel încât o opțiune pentru intensitate variabilă ar face experiența mai confortabilă.

من أجمل الفنادق البوتيك التي أقمت فيها. يتميز بأجواء هادئة وتصميم أنيق يمنحك شعورًا بالراحة والاسترخاء منذ لحظة الوصول. الغرف مريحة ونظيفة، والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل واضح في جميع أنحاء الفندق. ما ميّز التجربة أكثر هو حسن تعامل طاقم العمل، وأخص بالشكر الأستاذة إيمان على احترافيتها العالية، وتعاونها، وحسن استقبالها وحرصها على راحة النزلاء، مما جعل الإقامة أكثر تميزًا. أنصح بهذا الفندق بكل ثقة لمن يبحث عن الهدوء، والفخامة، والخدمة الراقية، وبإذن الله ستكون لي زيارة أخرى.

Super clean - confortable - modern washrooms and showers - and really great staff from receptionist to cleaners to concierge and restaurant -

You can’t pre call for a taxi - the staff which btw are phenomenal will have to help you flag down the petit taxi which can only take 3 people max. The doorman was of great help and tried to use his app to book a taxi - at the end all worked out and made it on time for train - all to say - plan for your taxis

Littéralement tout ! Mais particulièrement le personnel qui n’a fait que confirmer tout au long de mon séjour que l’hospitalité marocaine n’est pas un mythe.

Impossible de ne pas apprécier quoi que ce soit dans cet hôtel tellement tout était parfait.

The only thing that we think that could be improved is the breakfast selection. Its very simple, but more variety daily would have been exceptional. Due to the mezzanines spacing I would suggest alongside the made to order omlettes a brief menu of other made to order breakfast items which would add flare and variety to the breakfast, e.g. fried eggs, stuffed msmen etc.

This hotel is a new one in Rabat. Rooms are clean and well decorated. The service staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come to Rabat. A very enjoyable stay in every way.

Nothing major. They distribute sweets and weather forecast around 19:00 which I find a bit unnecessary. This practice is not needed. My stay was very pleasant overall.

The hotel was wonderful! The breakfast was great and I enjoyed the small sweet treats to mark every event - welcoming tea and cookies, and the nightly turn down sweet each evening. The staff were wonderful - the front desk was accommodating and helpful. Very friendly and hospitable. The hotel was very close to all of our needs and it felt like everything was in walking distance.

Äußerst freundliches Personal. Schom bei der Ankunft ist man uns draußen entgegengekommen um uns die Koffer abzunehmen. Die Lage in Rabat ist sehr gut. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Le Brâat hôtel est un lieu véritablement chaleureux et confortable. L’accueil fut parfait. Les personnes à la réception ont constamment été souriante et avenante. Monsieur Ahmed, aux petits soins pour nos bagages. Notre fabuleuse dame d’ouvrage Chaimae, à elle aussi pris soin de nous avec cœur et gentillesse. Nous avons été impressionnés par l’ensemble des services, de l’attention de la propreté et la bienveillance de chacun des membres de l’équipe de cet hôtel. Sur cinq étoiles, j’en rajoute une et estimerai la valeur de ce lieu à une plus haute valeur avec six étoiles. Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable à Rabat, notamment grâce à cette merveilleuse équipe, bienveillante, chaleureuse et attentive. Merci à chacune des personnes qui travaillent dans ce lieu.

My second stay at Hotel BRAAT in Rabat was once again truly exceptional from beginning to end. This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it feels like a warm home away from home, which is exactly why I happily returned. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely seen, welcomed, and appreciated. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and thoughtful. What impressed me most is how naturally they remember your preferences and go above and beyond to make every moment comfortable and personal. Their hospitality comes straight from the heart. The rooms are absolutely beautiful: elegant, spotless, peaceful, and maintained to perfection. You can truly feel the care and attention to detail in every corner of the hotel. And the food… simply outstanding. The chef is extraordinarily talented and knows exactly how to combine the authentic flavors of Moroccan cuisine with refined Western influences. Every meal was a culinary experience full of rich flavors, creativity, and balance. Honestly, some of the best food I have had in Morocco. What also touched me deeply is the atmosphere among the staff themselves. You can clearly see they operate like a family — with respect, warmth, teamwork, and pride. For me, that says everything about the soul of a hotel, because when the team feels connected, guests feel it too. Hotel BRAAT offers luxury, authenticity, comfort, and genuine human warmth all in one place. Rarely have I experienced such sincere hospitality combined with such high standards of service. The fact that this was my second stay says everything. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I already look forward to coming back again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay unforgettable once again.

موقع الفندق - نظافة الفندق والغرفة

الفطور كان سيئا غير متنوع ولايناسب ذائقة العرب .. ومكرر يوميا ولايتناسب مع سعر الفندق بالمجمل الفندق رغم نظافته وموقعه غير متناسب مع السعر ابدا موقف حصل مع احد موظفي الفندق: اوصل طلب خارجي حتى باب الغرفة فأخذ مقابل ذلك 10 درهم، لماذا؟!

Idéalement placé à 2 pas de la Villa des Arts et du Centre. Sur une rue calme avec plein de bons restaurants à proximité. Chambre très bien équipée avec climatisation silencieuse, télé immense, quelques boissons gratuites dans le minibar. Service du soir digne d’un palace avec d’excellents chocolats. Bon petit déjeuner avec jus d’orange frais. Je recommande vivement.

Vraiment très bon hôtel: rien à redire.

Lovely modern hotel very well equipped well situated in a quiet yet central area of Rabat - lovely welcome by the staff, an enormous thank you to the whole Braat team for being so welcoming and kind to us!! I highly recommend this place!!!

We used 2 rooms (304 and 207), for both the shower would splash water everywhere in the room (small design bug 😉)
