I gave two points reduction becouse of poor comunication - was offered airport transfer but then no one answered my messages anyomore.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The staff was very friendly and caring. When we arrived we were able to procede to the check in immediately and the guy gave us the wifi password. The room was nice -- with a nice comfortable bed, air conditioning and a clean bathroom. In the morning there was an hearty breakfast.
When we arrived we were a little confuse about where the entrance was, there is a sign on top of the door but I would send an email to the guest to inform them that they can just ring the bell. Then we had to ring the bell each time we needed to enter and that wasn't very practical but at least someone always opened the door promptly!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026We had a lovely stay at Arabian Riad. The staff were warm, friendly and very kind. There was a bit of a language barrier as they mainly speak French, but Google Translate helped. Our room was clean and comfortable and cleaned every day. We also loved the rooftop and the views.
Breakfast was included but could use more variety, especially some protein options like eggs or beans, as well as more tea choices. We also tried lunch, but unfortunately the food wasn’t really to our taste.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The people running it were VERY helpful, kind, and friendly. Everything about the place was perfect. The walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa square wasn't too far at all. The breakfast in the morning was awesome and complete, way better than North American continental breakfasts. My only regrets is that we didn't stay longer and that we stayed somewhere different after we returned from our road trip. I highly recommend this place and would DEFINITELY stay there again.

部屋は、エアコンはあるが夏は暑い。朝食は、刺さないというハチがたくさんテーブルに来ていて、ブンブンうるさい。パンやはちみつにとまる。モロッコのパン三種のみの朝食（チーズやヨーグルト、卵などもない）搾りたてのオレンジジュースは、美味しかった。

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026La ubicación es excepcional, en la Kasbah, cerca de todo. Las instalaciones son todas geniales, habitación amplia con un baño grande y equipado con todo lo necesario. El personal que lleva el Riad es sin duda lo mejor, Fatima, Mohamed y Khadija se han preocupado en todo momento de que estuviéramos como en casa, sin duda son grandes personas y profesionales. Tienen una terraza donde sirven el desayuno muy bien cuidada y súper bonita, abierta siempre que quieres para poder descansar o cenar de forma relajada sin el bullicio de la calle. Recomendable 100% la estancia en este Riad.
Durante el desayuno hay abejas que acuden a la miel del desayuno.

Unica nota: c'erano molte api durante la colazione.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Small, very nice riad in very good position. It was close to Saadian Tombs and Kasbah Mosque. The staff was really polite and always smiling. Especially I would like to send greetings to Khadija, Fatima and Mohamed. Although we arrived in the middle of night they organised airport transfer for us and were waiting for us. They even help us when we left some of our personal belongings after check out and returning to our country. Breakfast was simple but every day we had coffe, fresh orange juice, mint tea and a lot of sweets: bread, butter, jam, honey etc. Best of the best is beautifull roof terrace where we ate breakfast and spent some time in the evening. Room was big and comfortable with windows to inner courtyard.
I one of our rooms ( we were in this riad two times) air- conditioning unit was located just over our bed and it was uncomfortable. Lots of bees eating breakfast with us but they were't aggressive.

Nous navons pas pu avoir notre petit-déjeuner compris dans le prix car nous devions partir à 6h30 pour l'aéroport et les petits dej sont servis de 8h à 10h si j'ai bien entendu. (Mais je n'avais pas lu ces horaires dans le descriptif, ou n'avais pas vu) Adorablement, Abdou s'est levé très tôt pour nous servir un verre de jus d'orange et quelques tranches de cakes pour compenser un peu...🙂🙏 Peut-être bien de prévoir un dédommagement dans ce genre de cas où un petit-déjeuner alternatif...

Le jeune homme à l'accueil était très accueillant ; peu importe l'heure à laquelle nous rentrions, il était présent et souriant. Merci aussi à Fatima et Khadija, adorables et aux petits soins. Nous avons également eu la chance de rencontrer la propriétaire, qui est adorable. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Marrakech, car tout est accessible et proche. La propreté est irréprochable, les nuits sont paisibles et les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse sont délicieux. Merci vraiment à toute l'équipe. Je recommande fortement cet établissement où l'on se sent comme à la maison, avec tout le charme et l'authenticité marocaine.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026All of staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was not far from the main attraction and closed to the cafes and restaurants. It was safe to walk at night. Our room was clean with a spacious bathroom. That’s good. The beds were very comfy. Air conditioning working great. Breakfast was simple but it’s good which offered a variety of breads.
There was no hair dryer provided in the room (even though the website said there would be).

For the price, you can find much better places in a better location. The staff were generally nice and polite, except for the lady manager, who was exceptionally rude and did not know how to speak to or treat customers. She had very poor communication skills, was shouting and yelling on the phone, and escalated the situation instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally and amicably. Overall, the customer service from management was very disappointing, and I would not stay here again.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Staff helped me get my lost phone back -- thank you, they were very kind and helpful! Room was decent size and very quiet, with a comfy bed and a strong AC. Location is not far from the main sites and there is a great rooftop bar and a coffee place nearby.
Neighbors were loud and as it is a riad, we could hear their three kinds banging on the walls early in the morning. Breakfast was very basic but took too long to prepare and we had to wait a while each morning.
