Amazing host, very welcoming would recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini. The location is perfect less than 30 seconds to the beach with lots of bars and restaurants.

I proprietari sono persone deliziose, sempre disponibili e gentili. L'appartamento risulta funzionale, con possibilità di usufruire della cucina, ove presente. Ottima posizione per il mare (1 minuto a piedi dal mare) e comoda per qualsiasi spostamento (10 minuti dall'aeroporto, 15 minuti da Fira).

It was the most wonderful stay I’ve ever had. The hosts were exceptional and made me feel right at home. The location is incredibly close to the beach, tavernas, ATV rentals, and mini-markets. Villa Maina is the most flower-filled property in the entire Kamari resort. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and equipped with everything you need. I found the beach to be the most beautiful on the island, boasting the clearest water. Everything you need is close by. Every morning, we were greeted at the small table outside our room with a tasty treat—either a savory snack or some pastries. The people were incredibly warm and welcoming; I wish them good health and all the best. They are an exceptional team. I will never forget them. I can't wait to return next year.

We stayed for one week, and sincerely it was the most welcoming stay since we travel, when we arrived late in the evening, we got some wine from Santorini. Margarita made every day fresh breakfast and coffee for us, which was not even in the booking. She was very kind and welcoming, and also his husband, a really nice family. She cleaned everyday our room and made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for everything, and wish you all the best!🇬🇷❤️

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Gastgeber waren die freundlichsten Menschen. Jeden Morgen gab es ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück, und wir wurden von Anfang an mehr als herzlich aufgenommen. Wir haben uns so willkommen und wohlgefühlt wie schon lange nicht mehr. Die beiden haben unseren Urlaub wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Dazu kommt die perfekte Lage – nur eine Minute vom Strand entfernt und auch das Zentrum ist in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Auch der Preis ist für das, was geboten wird, wirklich unschlagbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem von Herzen empfehlen. Es war eine der schönsten Erfahrungen, die wir seit Langem gemacht haben. Vielen herzlichen Dank an die beiden für die wunderschöne Woche und die unglaublich herzliche Gastfreundschaft! ❤️

I’ve been to Greece a lot of times and Santorini is my most visited place. This has got to be the best place I’ve stayed in Greece, as I finally truly felt the Greek hospitality everyone always talks about. All the other hotels I’ve stayed at have been really nice and helpful, just like anywhere else in the world, but this place was different - I was part of a family and I was loved and cared for like I was family. Genuine and caring people run this villa, so if you are looking for somewhere with a soul (in a very busy and touristy Santorini) I highly recommend to come here. I think it’s somewhere you have to experience for yourself if you’re ever coming down. The villa looks out to the sea, you can hear it from the hotel room (we were on the balcony room) and while its 10 steps away from the kamari beach it still felt peaceful, which is loved. I will forever hold this place in my heart 🤍

A lovely stay in a very nice apartment. I can fully confirm all the other comments regarding the cleanliness and the genuine hospitality of the fantastic family that builds and manages this structure, helping you every time with a smile and a real passion for human relationships. A villa with 10 clean and nice rooms or apartments with many useful services like water in the fridge, coffee when you want and a really special gift: a surprise cake ( homemade with love by Magarita!!) every morning! You can also relax in a small but wonderful garden. One important point is also the location, which is perfect! Very close to the beach and all the shops, restaurants, and the bus terminal (more than what it seems on Google Maps). I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks a lot!! I hope to come back soon!

From the moment I arrived, I was made feel so welcome by both Margarita and George. Their attention to detail (water in the room, coffee available all day, traditional Greek breakfast, wine, etc.), warmth and humour made my stay so memorable ✨️. The room was spotless and the balcony was lovely (there was even a little clothes line to dry swimsuits etc.). One block from the beach - so, a perfect location if you want to experience true Greek hospitality at it's best!

Gli host sono stati gentilissimi! Abbiamo soggiornato per 7 notti e non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla! Per tutta la settimana ci hanno lasciato delle bottiglie d’acqua e ogni mattina, nonostante la colazione non sia inclusa, ci hanno offerto caffè e dei buonissimi dolci fatti in casa e pulito la camera. Posizione ottima, ad un minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia di Kamari e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione principale del bus, mezzo con cui ci siamo mossi per tutta l’isola. Vicina a tanti minimarket, noleggi auto/moto/quad e bar/ristoranti vari. Ci hanno letteralmente migliorato la vacanza!

La struttura è bellissima e di fronte al mare. Ogni giorno camera pulita e cambio asciugamani frequente. Ma il vero gioiello della struttura è MARGARITA: l'host migliore mai incontrata in tutti i nostri viaggi. Ogni mattina prepara un dolce per la colazione davvero ottimo ( è una cuoca eccezionale neanche le backery fanno dei dolci/ salati così buoni ) e ti travolge con la sua simpatia e allegria.Ci ha fatto sentire coccolati ogni giorno. P.S. Una nota di merito alla sua omelette con patate e feta. I LOVE IT.

Loved the location, was less than a minute to walk to the beach! Was really clean and the hosts George and Marguerite were so welcoming, helpful and kind, even giving us some loukoumades for breakfast which were amazing! The rooms were spacious and beautiful too! We had an amazing stay here! My sister and I spent a wonderful vacation, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Every morning, from our first day until the morning we left, they prepared a delicious homemade breakfast for us, and there was always unlimited coffee available. Our room was cleaned every day, and they constantly restocked bottled water, making sure we had everything we needed. They also gave us fantastic recommendations on what to visit in Santorini, which helped us make the most of our trip. Before we left, they surprised us with lovely souvenirs, such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that we truly appreciated. Another great advantage was the airport transfer they arranged for us, which was more affordable than taking a taxi. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, the bus stop, the open-air cinema, and several amazing seaside tavernas with delicious food. Everything is within easy reach. We are truly grateful for their kindness, hospitality, and the care they showed us throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini, and we will definitely choose to stay here again when we return. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

The owners were exceptional! Extremely friendly, dedicated, and always willing to help. This is exactly how I know and love Greece! The location was fantastic—not directly on the beachfront, which actually made it much quieter than staying right on the promenade. The beach promenade is only a 3-minute walk away and has everything you could wish for: restaurants, bars, a mini market, shops, and car rental services. The room wasn't particularly large, but it was perfectly adequate in size. It was spotlessly clean and decorated with great care and attention to detail. I would return to Villa Maina without hesitation. It was simply a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

One impressive, yet slightly distracting, aspect was that the arriving planes landed just behind Kamari Beach. This meant there was occasional aircraft noise, but after the second day we hardly noticed it anymore.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile a Villa Maina. Margarita e Giorgios sono persone eccezionali e ci hanno fatto sentire parte della loro famiglia fin dal primo giorno. Un ringraziamento speciale va a loro per l'affetto e l'attenzione che hanno dedicato al nostro bambino di due anni. Sono stati dolcissimi con lui e hanno fatto di tutto per metterlo a suo agio, permettendoci di vivere una vacanza serena e senza pensieri. This was by far the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel. The owners are the most welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring people you could hope to meet. From the very first minute of check-in until our departure, they made us feel like part of their family. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. There was always plenty of bottled water available, and every morning we woke up to a delicious homemade breakfast prepared by the owner, even though breakfast was not included in our booking. Their generosity and attention to detail were truly remarkable. The help and support they provided throughout our stay were invaluable. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. As a lovely farewell gift, we even received beautiful hand fans and a framed picture of Santorini, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The location is excellent, just one minute from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The room also had a beautiful balcony with a great view, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. While everything about the property was wonderful, the true highlight was the owners and their limitless hospitality. We are incredibly grateful to the owner and her family for giving us the best stay we could have wished for. We would gladly return and recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini.

Hiszen minden reggel során kis tradicionális reggelit kaptunk amit nem tartalmazott maga az ár és még egy zsugor víz is be volt készítve a szobánkba érkezéskor. Nagyon vendég szerető házaspár mindent megtesznek a vendégek érdekében. Nyitottak mindenben és rugalmasak, szinte mintha saját szüleim lettek volna. Csak ajánlani tudom.

The accommodation is in a very good location, just steps from the beach and promenade. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. However, the greatest asset is the owners, who go out of their way to make your stay unforgettable. They are the kindest people I've ever met. We were greeted by their daughter, who is equally gracious. The hosts personally took care of everything, left us fresh water, and even made us a delicious homemade cake. It's hard to describe how warmly we received. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in this part of the island, as you'll feel like you're on vacation with your beloved family.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the WiFi connection was quite unreliable during our stay. For leisure travellers like us it wasn't a big issue at all, but it may be worth keeping in mind if you're planning to work remotely. A small thing in an otherwise perfect experience!

Sehr persönlicher Kontakt, hilfsbereit mit Auskünften. Täglicher Handtuch Wechsel , auch extra Strandhandtücher. Tägliche Versorgung mit frischem selbst Gebackenen ( man spart sich eine Mahlzeit) jederzeit Zugang zu Kaffe.

Struttura semplice e vera, gestita in modo fantastico da una persona davvero speciale. Clima accogliente, struttura bella e tenuta bene. Un esperienza indimenticabile che rifarei subito. Ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino e di grappa tipica come benvenuto. Ogni giorni viziati dalle torte fatte in casa per colazione. Margherita davvero una host perfetta, ha reso questa vacanza la migliore degli ultimi tempi.

Nádherné, čisté ubytování v tradičním řeckém stylu, perfektní lokalita na dohled od pláže. Nenašli bychom jedinou chybu. Nejlepší hostitelé pod sluncem, Margarita, George a jejich dcery, jsou neskutečně milí, vstřícní, pozitivní lidé. O cokoliv jsme požádali, se vším pomohli, poradili, zařídili. V tomto směru jsme opravdu dostali mnohem víc, než jsme mohli očekávat. Margaretino kuchařské umění je třešničkou na dortu. Při příští návštěvě Santorini naše jediná možná volba. Více než doporučujeme a hostitelům děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou. Díky Vám byla výjimečná.

Das Haus hat außergewöhnliche Gastgeber, wir haben auf all unseren Reisen noch nie so liebevolle Gastgeber gehabt. Der Komfort ist für unsere Ansprüche volkommen in Ordnung, wer allerdings Luxushotels braucht ist hier falsch. Villa Maina ist gelebte griechische Gastfreundschaft!!!

Excellente situation près de tout : plage, restaurants, commerces, arrêt de bus, animations, etc... Tout était parfait, et cerise sur le gâteau... des hôtes exceptionnels ! George et Margarita nous ont reçus et gâtés comme des amis. Accueil hyper chaleureux avec une bouteille de vin et le petit verre de tsipouro. Aux petits soins pendant tout notre séjour. Gâteries sucrées et salées et café offerts tous matins !!! Et conseils bienvenus pour visiter Santorin. Et que dire de l'ambiance joyeuse grâce à Margarita !!!! Nous y reviendrons, c'est certain !

Villa Maina is in a great location for the beach, cafes etc, supermarket as well as the airport. Our room had a lovely balcony which got the morning sun. A great place to sit and start the day, especially with the delicious treats brought to the room by the hosts. A clean and comfortable villa run by lovely people. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect—the reception and every detail. The hotel’s location is very good and comfortable. The rooms were very clean. I can’t describe how kind the owners are; they are extremely friendly and always willing to help. The food they prepare in the morning is very delicious. Margarita and George are absolutely fabulous people. The place itself is lovely, but the hosts are next level. Being greeted every morning with Margarita's fabulous baking was an unexpected amazing treat. And George is hilarious! Truly special.

Great location. Very central to the town and right by the water.

Bathroom was very small. Every time you showered the entire bathroom would get soaked! Silly.

The villa was furnished with everything we needed, including a fridge which was most helpful in the heat! The hosts were the kindest couple who made us breakfast every day, helped with taxis and bus routes, recommendations for things to do, and helped with any concerns at any time. I really couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I have nothing negative to say about the stay. It was perfect!

Margarita & George were the friendliest hosts! They greeted us upon our arrival (despite it being a very late arrival) with hugs, ozue, a small bottle of wine and helped carry our bags to our room. They greeted us in the morning with homemade lukumades and helped us plan our day at the beach which is just a block down the road. We wished we stayed longer - they provided a truly exceptional experience! We loved their property and the location was a nice reprieve from the busier places on the island. HIGHLY recommend - we will be back :)

The only thing that could be improved upon is the bed - maybe just adding a mattress topper would do the trick, but it felt like laying on two box springs pushed together. Everything else was amazing.
