There wasn't any issues for my stay

We did not expect the location was close to a convenient store, motor rental, snack bar and some restaurants and we’re glad that we have booked this place.

The aircon takes few mins to cool and the bed was a bit hard but it was manageable though. We still had good rest and most of the time we’re out exploring so it didn’t really affect our stay.

Nice location, not too far from centre but at the same time very quiet area. You have 7/11 and money changer few min walk from the hotel. Also if you go down the big street next to it you’ll find little stalls to eat. You can also rent a motorcycle just next to the hotel at « double R ». Bed is confortable, bathroom is clean and there’s also a shared kitchen if you wanna cook. 5min by motorcycle from panglao beach which is huge and amazing.

La chambre était parfaite pour nous, grande comme il faut, avec une table et des rangements. La salle de bain très bien aussi. Nous avons pu cuisiner en bas c’était pratique ! Nous avons aussi loué un scooter avec leur contact, 1000P pour 3 jours.

Nous avons fait une lessive mais nous ne recommandons pas, quelques vêtements ont été détériorés et l’odeur sentait mauvais. Je ne suis pas sûre qu’il y avait du produit pour laver …

Schwieriger Check-In, bei späterem Check-in muss man draufzahlen (vorerst hieß es wir dürfen gar nicht nach 20:00 einchecken), schlechte Kommunikation, Dach undicht, laute Klimaanlage, nicht immer warmes Wasser, sehr feucht im Zimmer

The owner was lovely and helpful. There was drinking water available 24/7. The grounds were lush and well maintained. There was a community kitchen where you could cook for yourself if you liked. All cooking and eating utensils provided.Just a short walk to the main road to catch a trike or scooter. Across the main road was a produce stand wth a kind and funny woman named Zenida. Her fruit was delicious! Best Asian pear I've ever had! Stop by and buy some fruit and veggies to bring back to the hotel. Also a grocery with fresh bread and other convenince needs, and a little BBQ open for dinner. You'd be set if you didnt want to go far. All in all I would recommend this property for a quiet comfortable stay!

It would have been nice to have a table and chairs somewhere outside of the kitchen to eat my cooked food. Although there wasnt much space. The air conditioner didn't work properly and needed some maintenance.

Вайвай не работал совсем, все 5 дней. Симки там ловят не очень (smart и globe) В нашем номере была кухня, но на ней были только тарелки и чашки, так что толку было мало.

The place is very quiet, fast internet, secure parking. It's close to Dumaluan beach which I prefer compared to Alona.

Convenient located room, with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and a few minutes walk to local restaurants and convenience stores. The room was comfortable and clean.

It would have been good to see the owners around more to ask for advice.

Lovely little guesthouse. 12 minutes walk to the beach, probably the best option to be on a budget journey and close to that stunning beach area. Peaceful and quiet. Friendly local owner.

This was the best accommodation we’ve had in the Philippines! It was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was a nice touch to be able to have breakfast etc. Filtered water was freely available. The AC and fan worked well. Laundry for 100P for a bag is the cheapest we’ve had in the Philippines. Incredible value for money!

The location is a bit out of the way but we needed to hire a scooter anyway so this didn’t bother us. We used the scooter shop across the road which was good. Our toilet didn’t flush on the first day but this was quickly resolved!

Nearest beach. Picefull place. Internet was working. The room was on second flor every morning i was looking to trees :)

There is a slight smell from the bathroom, probably from the sewage pipe.

Arrivés sur place, on est accueils par une dame ceci dit très gentille qui nous ouvre le logement.

Nous avions réservé le « cottage », qui est loin d’en être un, pour plusieurs nuits. Et là : 1. L’humidité est plus que présente, c’est à la limite de l’irrespirable. 2. Il n’est pas fermé. Il y a des ouvertures dans le toit donc l’intérêt de la climatisation on le cherche encore. 3. Qui dit ouverture dit … MOUSTIQUES! Et ça y pullule. 4. Moisissures sur les murs et du salpêtre. Il est donc inutile de préciser que les photos sont loin d’être réalistes. On on regarde sur Booking, et on voit que d’autres chambres plus « hermétiques » sont disponibles donc on demande à éventuellement changer de chambre. On nous a répondu que les chambres n’étaient pas disponibles (mensonge du coup) et d’envoyer un message via booking pour voir directement avec le propriétaire. C’est une personne non chalente qui a fait semblant de ne pas comprendre la situation, et qui nous a gentillement fait un cours sur l’utilité de l’anti-moustique et sur le fait que « les moustiques apparaissent dans l’enceinte de la résidence vers 18h et disparaissent environ 1h après ». Prendre les gens pour des idiots ça marche peut-être mais là faut pas abuser. Alors oui monsieur on sait à quoi sert l’anti-moustique mais si on réserve un logement avec climatisation (et non une tente), c’est qu’on s’attend à avoir un logement un minimum « fermé » pour éviter de devoir faire la guerre avec les moustiques toute la nuit. 6. Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, dans la nuit, nous avons eu le plaisir d’être réveillés par des souris dans la cloison. 7. Et pour la propreté on repassera. Nous y avons donc dormi uniquement la première nuit le temps de trouver autre chose. Le propriétaire a fait le sourd et n’a pas voulu nous rembourser les deux autres nuits restantes (on ne demandait même pas la totalité du séjour).

Proximity to Panglao Town

Great location, staff, price, room... If your looking to stay in Panglao, this is the best deal. Close to the beach, but without the oceanica price tag. Has everything you need. Thanks to the staff for making my stay even nicer.

Отзыв на комнату номер 7 на первом этаже. Из плюсов: есть, где посидеть вне номера,сушилка для белья, горячая вода

Из минусов: комната очень влажная, стены сырые, солнце комнату практически не посещает, она в углу за растительностью, дышать в комнате сложно. Освещение ванной комнаты очень тёмное,ничего не видно

Super friendly staff, clean room and cormfy beds, you get free water, you can use the kitchen, there is a small supermarket 200m away. its in a more quiet area, you can go down the street to the public beach who is free bot as other beach where you have to pay.

The place was in a quiet village near a beautiful beach. The people working there were really nice, helpfull and kind. The room was lovely, you can also use the kitchen. Overall a perfect stay.

Everything was good, staff, location, etc. Super quiet place, perfect to avoid busy/noisy areas. We even got laundry done for 100 php. Totally recommended place.

Aircon was very noisy and shower head didn’t work properly, but both things were just minor details.

Big room, really comfortable. There is also a shared kitchen, we didn’t use it, but can be helpful for some guests. The staff has been great.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The fast and reliable internet was especially important, as I could work online without any problems. This, in itself, makes this place an excellent choice! Additionally, the location is ideal: the beach is within walking distance, and the supermarket is very close. Despite the proximity to the road, the place is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I was also very pleased with the attentive staff member, who was always ready to help and actively inquired if I needed anything. A wonderful and unexpected bonus was the small kitchen with a gas stove, which was not mentioned in the Booking.com description. This allowed me to prepare simple meals and drinks, which greatly increased my comfort. The room's interior was also very pleasant. I definitely plan to stay here again when I return to the Philippines. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation!

Comfortable place with great location close to Libaong Beach. Alona Beach is only 5 minutes away with motorbike. Staff are helpful and available.

The room was quite small and the location is a little out of the way but it meant it was quieter, still able to walk to nearby attractions.

Nice view from the room in the morning! There was hot water in shower, not everywhere in Panglao you have it. You can use shared small kitchen.

I really enjoyed the calmness and pease this room has. It's super quiet, perfect if you want to chill out after a long day. Also, should mention the internet is really fast here, which is awesome when you need to work from home or just stream some tv. All in all, its a great spot if your looking for somewhere peaceful with good internet. Would recomend!

It was an apartment lots of space

Well WiFi was not good. No TV so couldn’t watch like Netflix had to use my phone. Couldn’t cook because the pan was destroyed by not using plastic in them.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this place. It's incredibly quiet and peaceful, which was a big plus for me. The internet connection was excellent. There are shops nearby, making it convenient to buy whatever you need. I had access to the kitchen, which was really helpful. They even allowed me to use it in the evening. The beach is just a short walk away - only 500 to 600 meters, and it's a vast, sandy beach with very few people around. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my stay.

-"Queen" size bed has a width of 120 cm. Mattress was quite over used. That's why from one side it was very uncomfortable to sleep. My back hurt every morning - extremely loud old a/c

I was there two times the second time I had an apartment with a lite kitchen. It was perfect for me.

Wi-Fi was always good, the room size was ok.

Air conditioner was sometimes warm. The gust kitchen was very small with old things in there. Nobody clean there, there was no fridge there either. But I manage cooking food there any way. I was happy any way because I had difficulty find vegetables food with good quality so I cooked every day.

wifi signal kept dropping constantly, and low signal from our room.

There was a money exchange, grocery store, laundry service and scooter rental all within a 5 minute walk. The towels and bedding were cushiony and weren’t mere rags that you can find in other stays. The air conditioning worked well.

There aren’t a ton of restaurants within walking distance but it’s an easy scoot down the road to some good eats!

The price was great for our own room and bathroom. Access to a kitchen was a very nice option as well. Barely heard a single rooster!
