Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Al llegar la habitación que habíamos reservado no se correspondía con las fotos. Aun así pagamos, miramos en Booking y vimos que por una diferencia de 30€ tenían disponible las mismas fechas una habitación mejor. Les dijimos que no nos importaba pagar la diferencia de precio y que habíamos visto en Booking que tenían disponibilidad. Inmediatamente, el chico bloqueó la oferta de Booking y nos dijo que si queríamos esa habitación eran 90-100€ más. La habitación que habíamos cogido decía que tenía vistas al mar y no, que tenía balcón y tampoco, el baño mi pareja casi no cabía de lo pequeño que era, olía a humedad, no estaba bien limpia, la comida era todo precocinado, el desayuno super pobre y las zonas comunes estaban muy deterioradas. La habitación que finalmente pagamos estaba bien por suerte, pero como aquí estamos valorando la primera porque no nos dejaron hacer el cambio. Pues está es la valoración. A no ser que escojáis la habitación Deluxe, las demás no vale la pena alojarse en este hotel.

Nous avons logé dans une des vieilles chambres premier prix, alors que des chambres récentes et bien aménagées étaient vides. Nous aurions apprécié un surclassement. Le plafond et les draps étaient tachés. Le personnel n'était pas très accueillant dans l'ensemble. La salle de bain minuscule. La location du scooter était un peu cher (500 pesos / 24 heures).

The budget rooms were not true to pictures and are significantly smaller than expected.

Mein Zimmer war schlecht gelegen. Alle Gäste vom Hotel mussten an meinem Zimmer vorbei, daher war es immer laut. Zudem war ein Fenster zum Restaurant hin, auch hier war es immer sehr laut.

Au début on avait choisi une chambre économique mais on a demandé le surclassement. C'est une chambre très simple, la salle de bain et les WC sont dans la même pièces c'est petit. Selon l'heure de la douche il n'y a pas de pression.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Korte afstand richting het strand, heerlijk zwembad (wel warm maar wordt dagelijks bijgevuld ter verkoeling) waar mijn 4 jarige dochter zich uren vermaakt heeft. Service, bij kapotte airco werd er gelijk geschakeld en kregen we voor de nacht een andere kamer aangeboden. Restaurant: eten was lekker, wel wat 'ongezellig' sfeer.
Iets meer schaduwplekken rondom het zwembad zou prettig zijn, nu was het er rustig maar eigenlijk maar 1 plek waar er schaduw gecreeërd.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Once you enter resort the atmosphere is nice, very peaceful and only steps from the beach. The staff were really kind and patient with us. They even kept the kitchen open for us as we arrived late.
Navigating to find the resort was more difficult especially since we arrived at night. There is no sign from the main road, which is already poorly lit. We ended up on the right path but the driveway to get to the resort is very narrow. It is very hard for a large van to get through, luckily we made it in and out with no scratches to the car. Lastly the water pressure from the shower is not near strong enough to rinse off so be prepared to use your "tabo" in the open shower because the door would not slide shut.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026The hotel had everything you needed but was a bit worn and basic facilities like the shower was barely usable. You could rent scoters via the hotel which was necessary since it was no restaurants in the area. The beach was very close.
The shower was barely working, zero water pressure. The scoters needed attention, we had to go to a gas station to pump the tires on both of the scooters we rented. The staff was not very helpful, some were more friendly but they definitely need to work on their politeness. We were locked out of our apartment, since they closed the reception earlier then previously informed. After chasing down phone numbers and knocking on doors we managed to get the keys back(we left it for room cleaning earlier during the day). The staff did not apologize after the event.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Die Unterkunft ansich ist fantastisch gelegen, die Pool area sehr schön angelegt, das Personal überwiegend sehr freundlich und das Essen sowohl Frühstück als auch Dinner fabelhaft. Mir persönlich gefiel der etwa 2 min zu Fuß entfernte Strand um Klassen besser als der vielmals angepriesene Alona Beach.
Leider ist es wohl so, dass neben dem auf booking angezeigten Budget Zimmern auch mindestens ein weiteres existiert, das nicht annähernd vergleichbar ist mit dem, was man in den Beispielen zu sehen bekommt. Unser gesamtes Zimmer war mit Schimmel Flecken übersät. Der Raum ansich abgewohnt und das Mobiliar schäbig und kaputt. Die Air-condition war so dermaßen laut, dass man selbst mit Ohropax keinen Schlaf finden konnte. Wir haben sie dann ausgeschaltet und lieber geschwitzt. Auf Ansprache der situation an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass das im booking nur Beispiele seien und wir ja kostenpflichtig upgraden könnten. Bei nur einer weiteren Nacht Aufenthalt haben wir dies aber ausgeschlagen.

We rented the Deluxe room for two above the pool area and it was perfect and a great room for two with plenty of space and a nice little balcony. We also had the family room rented for three others in our party. The room was the same size as the 2 person deluxe room just with another bed (full size and twin bed) but seemed a bit small for 3. Also, more towels would have been helpful. 1 towel per guest was provided with no washcloths, hand towels, bathroom mats provided. But, otherwise great for the price, staff was excellent, and only a very short distance to the beach!

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Der var hyggelige fællesarealer og en meget fin og velholdt pool. Værelserne lå godt ud til poolen. Hotellet var tæt på White Beach. Personalet var fleksible i forhold til morgenmaden, og lod os bruge køkkenet (mod betaling) da vi forespurgte pga børnene.
Hotellet kunne godt tilbyde lidt flere liggestole ved poolen, da der kun var 4 tilgængelige og ordentlige siddeplads på egen terrasse, selvom det var tæt på restauranten. Derudover kunne der godt være housekeeping automatisk ved længerevarende ophold. Den tætte afstand til White Beach gør at hotellet ligger et stykke fra nogen restauranter eller butikker. Det er derfor fordelagtigt med en scooter. Ellers skal man bruge en del tuk tuk eller grab hvis man vil have andet mad end fra hotellet.

It’s extremely dirty. I found several times animal shit inside the room. It’s infested by ants and cockroaches. I know it’s not a luxury resort but horrible unmaintained bathroom, Shits in the room and thousands ants on the bed is not explainable by that. Room everywhere is full of stains. We even had to extend our trip one night moren and especially last night has been awful…It’s far from the center and beach closeby is not very nice.

La habitación espantosa!! Sucia, el baño daba mucho asco!! La verdad que no entiendo como booking permite este alojamiento. Tiene fotos que no son nada que ver!! Hablamos con el personal del hotel para cambiar habitación y nos ofrecian una noche y subiendo como 100 dolares cada noche, no tenía sentido la verdad!!!

When arriving we had dirt falling off unto our beds, whenever we complained after arriving they but us in to another much nicer and renovated room which was nice Breakfast had to be pre ordered the day before, not much to choose. The pool wasn't the cleanest

Mieliśmy pokój z balkonem i widokiem na marzę - to dodatkowy atut. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Dostępna restauracja, w której można zamówić obiad. Miły personel. W hotelu można wypożyczyć skuter.

The air conditioning system is linked to the key card of the neighboring room. Therefore, when the key card of that room is touched, the air conditioning in our room is turned off. Additionally, their Wi-Fi connection is inadequate for remote work, requiring me to utilize my mobile data, which resulted in exceeding my monthly data limit.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und waren total zufrieden. Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage ist vorhaben. Der Stand ist nur die Straße hinunter zu erreichen. Am Wochenende kommen Einheimische zum Feiern an den Strand...fanden wir super. Wir haben über die Unterkunft 2 tolle Ausflüge buchen können. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
