Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders der Sohn als Barkeeper war sehr zuvorkommend. Der andere Barkeeper hat seine Arbeit etwas anders angelegt und gerne (zu viel) mit den Gästen getrunken.

Das Badezimmer war sehr veraltet, die Dusche war sehr klein komplett offen, sodass das gesamte Badezimmer geflutet wurde beim Duschen.

La colazione è veramente buona con prodotti a KM 0. Dolci fatti in casa e yogurt fantastico. La struttura è veramente curata e piscina, giardino e spazi comuni sono curati e tenuti benissimo. Molto gradito il servizio bar in piscina.

Parlando solo della mia camera .... cercherei di aumentare le dimensioni del bagno per poter installare una doccia di dimensioni più ampie che se utilizzata non "faccia bagnare tutto il bagno".

Such a lovely stay! The staff were so kind. The pool area and poolside bar were a hit, and lovely when we needed a slower morning or afternoon. It's a little out of town, but that was easily fixed with hiring a bike. Rooms were large and spacious.

L espace salle de bains n était pas pratique car la douche n avait ni paroi, ni muret ou rideau de protection De fait, tous les jours, la salle de bain était innondée et l eau peinait à s évacuer car la pente vers la bonde était en sens inverse.

Magnifique hôtel , la vue sur la mer depuis la piscine est incroyable , effie est adorable comme hôte . A 5 min à pied de la plage et des restaurants . Vraiment rien à dire !

What can I say: I was blown away by this amazing hotel. It surpassed my expectations by far. The house is like a millionaires villa with sea view and all. The garden is perfect and the pool is relaxing. The owners are super nice, I didn't want to leave. Rental car is good to have, to explore the island. I will miss you roses beach.

We had the most beautiful stay here. From the very beginning, the owners and the entire staff were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and kind. They truly made us feel at home, and that made our experience even more special. The room itself isn’t huge, especially the bathroom, but honestly, this is something that is completely compensated by the incredible outdoor spaces. This is probably one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. The peace and tranquility you feel here are simply indescribable. Everything is so beautifully maintained and thoughtfully taken care of: the stunning view, the beautiful pool, the greenery, and the absolute silence and calm that surrounds you. It feels like a little paradise where you can completely disconnect from everything. And the breakfast is absolutely delicious! Having breakfast with that breathtaking sea view from above, surrounded by nature and the gentle sound of birds, feels like something out of a dream. 🥹🌿🌊 If you are looking for a place to relax, slow down, and experience true peace, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. El baño es como un camarote, cada vez que te duchas tienes que retirar papel wc, papelera etc.. porque se moja todo. No puedes dejar utensilios personales porque no hay espacio y al ducharte queda todo mojado.

L’établissement est magnifique, toute la décoration est pensé pour rendre l’endroit confortable et accueillant La chambre était très bien, la climatisation fonctionne bien. La piscine est vraiment super, elle est grande et propre. Le petit déjeuner est complet. Le personnel est accueillant et mets tout en place pour que votre séjour soit agréable.

Le seul point négatif de cet hôtel est sa localisation. Si vous ne souhaitez pas être véhiculé (voiture, quad, scooter…) et tout réaliser à pieds soyez avertis : la route pour y accéder est très dangereuse pour les piétons, cependant si vous comptez louer un véhicule allez y sans hésitation !

A small, beautiful, and quiet hotel. There is parking close to the rooms. The swimming pool is amazing and very clean. It is the best thing about the hotel. Please also read what I didn't like, especially regarding the location and room allocation, as I think it's important.

I booked a room with a sea view, but I received a room with a balcony overlooking the back of the hotel and a construction site. When I asked why, the host told me it depends on availability. They advertise all of their rooms as having a sea view and price them accordingly, but in reality only some guests receive a room with a sea view. I also don't understand the reviews saying the location is excellent. In my opinion, the location is poor. The hotel is in an isolated area. There is nothing nearby, and it is very difficult to walk to the beach because the road is steep, narrow, and has no sidewalk or shoulder, making the walk dangerous. The refrigerator wasn't working during our stay. The sign at the hotel entrance is very small, making it difficult to recognize the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for guests who are not renting a car.

Roses is a gem of a hotel. The grounds, pool and bar area are exceptionally good. It's a truly beautiful place. The owners could not be more helpful. The breakfast is good. Views from our balcony were superb.

Minor issues - Be aware, it's a bit of a walk to the town along a road with no footpath. There is a footpath to the beach (10 mins) and shortcut to the town, but this is unlit at night but ok with phone lights. No TV in room or on site which, I would normally welcome, but the world cup was on.

It was truly such a beautiful property, everything was very well maintained and it was incredibly relaxing. The staff were lovely people and so incredibly accomodating, and our room was beautiful and cozy.

Nothing!! We would 100% stay again. We would recommend not walking to the accomodation from the port with suitcases though.. it’s a bit chaotic, but that was our own fault not the accomodations!

Breakfast each morning was delicious and enjoyed beside the pool, where the stunning views across the water made for a truly magical start to the day. The pool area was the perfect place to unwind—whether reading a book, enjoying a few drinks, or simply soaking up the peaceful surroundings. The shaded swing quickly became my favourite place to relax and reflect while taking in the idyllic setting.

Our room and bathroom were simple but spotless, with daily servicing keeping everything fresh and comfortable.

The communication from the two owners was exceptional; they welcomed us warmly and addressed any requests and queries we had. The couple has done an excellent work in the exterior; pool, garden, area to have a drink and breakfast, preserving the view to the sea and the city of Paros (Paroikia). The common area was clean and full of nice rosemary bushes and colourful trees (bougainvillier).

The grounds and the view over Parikia were amazing. The pool was great, a bit cool but it is only May. The breakfast yogurt was exceptional. Effie and other guests were very helpful. It is only a 15 minute walk into the center of Parikia and about 7 minutes to where the restaurants start across from the beach.

We did not have a car and there is very little room to walk beside the road. You need to hug the wall as cars go past. But if you take the path to the beach you are only on the road for a little bit. We had a flashlight for coming back at night so cars could see us because there are very few lights

We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Effie, Barbis, and George, who went above and beyond to make our experience special. When I initially booked, we needed to adjust our dates slightly, and Effie immediately accommodated the change. As a result, we were generously upgraded to a better room at no extra cost. We stayed in the studio, which is separate from the main hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The property itself is beautiful, with a lovely pool and a well-maintained garden—perfect for relaxing. The on-site bar is also a great spot for refreshments throughout the day. Effie, Barbis, and George were incredibly helpful during our stay. They assisted us in booking taxis to and from the port (it’s about a 20–25 minute walk, so not ideal with luggage, though pleasant for walking to nearby restaurants), and they also helped us arrange a scooter, which made getting around the island much easier. No request was too much, and their kindness truly made a difference. We would absolutely love to come back!

My only recomendation would be to purchase some bedside lights so guests have more lighting options when going to sleep / waking up.

Right from the start Effie was so helpful. In 30 minutes of arrival she had arranged an ATV dropped off and out laundry collected. The accommodation is beautiful. From the breakfast to the pool area and grounds. We had room 12 which had a lovely sitting area day bed overlooking the pool and ocean. Gorgeous. It’s a short walk 20 min walk to bars restaurants and supermarkets. Effie provided great resources as to where to go and what to see. The bar was open from 6pm. We stayed 3 nights in May. We now wished we had stayed longer. Highly recommend Roses Beach Hotel and thank Effie for being so generous 🩷. Love love it there. Cath & Peter
