Buongiorno, ho soggiornato con la mia compagna per 10 giorni, lo staff e stato eccezionale nel gestire un piccolo problema alla camera al nostro arrivo, in totale posizione ottima stanza pulita, unico problema odore forte che arriva dalle tubature della citta che non è proprio colpa della struttura in sto caso.. eh i parcheggi sono un pò un problema in questa zona, per il resto tutto bene

The apartment was very well stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great. We really appreciated being allowed to check in almost an hour earlier than the stated check-in time, and it was very convenient that we could leave our luggage free of charge after check-out as we had a late flight. :)

Unfortunately, the floors were extremely dirty when we arrived. After just 20 minutes of walking around in socks, our socks and feet were completely black. We ended up spending around 1.5 hours cleaning the floors ourselves. We sent the staff videos showing the issue and received an apology for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. However, no additional cleaning or other solution was offered during the five days of our stay.

Lovely clean, spacious apartment with balcony, comfortable bed, spacious shower, everything as listed in the description. Welcome pack with dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, dishcloth, sponge and washing machine tablets. Balcony great for dinner and morning coffee. Great location within walking distance to beach, marina, castle, cafes, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent city-centre location, close to public transport stops and shops, yet very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is beautifully renovated and very spacious. Having two bathrooms was especially convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and all the appliances were excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Lokalizacja w centrum na wielki plus, a mimo to cicho i spokojnie. Wygodna opcja to dwie łazienki w apartamencie. Po za tym było wszystko co niezbędne do tygodniowego pobytu. Czysto. Polecam jeśli szukacie dogodnej lokalizacji, blisko stacji kolejowej, tramwaju czy busów miejskich Bardzo miła obsługa apartamentu

Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji, dobrze wyposażony wygodny wszystko co potrzebne bylo. Blisko do sklepu centrum i na plażę. Kontakt z obsługą od poczatku do końca idealny. Polecam serdecznie na pewno skorzystam przy najblizej wizycie w Alicante.

Specyficzny zapach na klatce schodowej ale to nie winna właścicieli.

La posizione: centrale e comoda L'appartamento bello, nuovo e arredato con stile. Comodissima la presenza dei due bagni

Purtroppo non abbiamo trovato sufficienti asciugamani per 4 persone, una volta richiesti mi hanno indicato di prenderli all'interno dell'armadio, ci siamo arrangiati, ma erano comunque insufficienti. L'atrio d'ingresso e le scale erano piene di Blatte, per quattro giorni nessuno è passato a pulire le parti comuni dell'edificio.

Pekný priestranný apartmán. Posteľ veľmi pohodlná, veľmi dobrý matrac. Dve kúpeľne. Výborná poloha v centre, blízko na pláž.

De ruimte en de 2 badkamers, perfect voor 2 vriendinnen.

Het bed is best smal en de bank zit niet zo lekker, verder is de inrichting wat karig.

Het was ruim en in het centrum. Goed bed en goed geslapen.

Kaal appartement met slaapkamer maar met een bank waar je niet op kan zitten. Hoogstwaarschijnlijk een bed bank want ook twee badkamers. Geen comfortabele zitgelegenheid, zeker niet met meer dan twee personen.

The whole apartment was lovely. All the facilities you need for a stay. Location is spot on. So central for all bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Very quiet location as well.

The apartment was not clean dust and dirt everywhere floor sticky and dirty. The hob dud not work when it did go on the electric tripped and went off. So unable to use. Very poor

Appartement spacieux et lumineux avec 2 salles de bains Bien équipé lave vaisselle et lave linge Wifi qui fonctionne bien. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages même si c'est à un autre endroit (5 mn à pieds) Bonne situation en centre ville et au calme.

Lumière du jour difficile à masquer avec de simples rideaux Insonorisation avec l'extérieur pas au top mais quartier plutôt calme donc pas trop gênant

De locatie is perfect in het centrum met de boulevard, strand en haven op loopafstand. Het appartement was prima, goed bed, groot keukenblok en prima douche.

Pobyt w apartamencie Myflats Premier Suites był bardzo udany.Pokoj był czysty i komfortowy,dużym plusem były dwie łazienki. Lokalizacja była idealna do zwiedzania. Zdecydowanie polecam:)

Really nice place to stay in the old town. All the facilities in the house were really good. And the house felt very spacious.

Just a small suggestion to have 1 or 2 utensils more so that we can cook simultaneously multiple dishes

One of the bathrooms was pretty smelly. We had to wait half an hour at site to get the access codes

The central location and apartment itself are perfect.Second bathroom is a nice bonus.Comfortable bed and everything you may need at the kitchenette.The only thing that disappointed me was an absolutely dirty floor ,like never washed for a long period of time upon my arrival. You cannot even think to walk barefoot out of the bathroom.When I called and complained the very first day of my arrival ,first they said they want me to send them the picture of dirty floor to make the complaint to the cleaning company and it was quite funny.I asked what exactly they need me to send them-the photo of my dirty feet?😂And although they promised to send the cleaners they didn’t even contact me anymore during my 10 nights stay.

Absolutní čistota, skvělá poloha v centru a zároveň v pohodlné pěší vzdálenosti na pláž. Nové a hezké vybavení. Dvě koupelny! V noci úplný klid na spaní, což je v centru Alicante vzácnost. Děti potěšily hračky na pláž.

Ručníky by zasloužily koupit nové, byly již zaprané, i když čisté.

Only small issue with key code access to flat. Instruction was received via text, 4 digit code followed by the key symbol. No reference was made of fact that turning knob wrong way could cause a multiple lock. Took a couple of phone calls and a friendly visit by Marco to resolve the situation. Only minor issue but suggest detailed text at outset would have resolved. No instructions inside flat either.

La posizione, che è proprio nel centro di Alicante, tra l’altro in una strada molto tranquilla. L’appartamento è ben arredato, moderno e spazioso per 3 persone. In dotazione ci sono: spugna, 1 boccetta di detersivo piatti, 1 pastiglia per lavastoviglie, 2 ecodosi lavatrice, asciughino per stoviglie. Lo staff è molto gentile e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità.

Se devo trovare un difetto, direi l’ascensore che è proprio accanto all’appartamento e quindi abbastanza rumoroso.

j'avais un vol à 20h et j'étais obligé de me déplacer dans un autre appart hôtel qui est plus loin que le premier pour laisser mes bagages.

Great location, near the center, beach and station. It is 15 minutes walk from everything. The staff is lovely, very kind and fortcoming. We were pleasently suprised that the apartmant has two bathrooms (you cound't see it well in the pictures) which means a lot when there are more then two people.

Inchecken duurde iets langer dan gepland, ondanks dat we onze aankomtstijd hadden doorgegeven.

Las toallas , estaban en mal estado. Respecto a los elementos de aseo , creo que deben tener en cuenta los días de alojamiento Ya que si son 4 días deberían dejar proporcionalmente. Dejan lo mismo si te alojas por una noche , a que si te alojas por 4 noches. Y el consumo es proporcional a las noches de estadía.

Big, renovated and beautiful apartment!

Perfect location, quite neighbourhood, everything you need is walking distance.

My husband & I stayed here during our week long Alicante stay. We were met outside the apartment about 10minutes or so after arriving. She gave us information on how to enter both the building and the apartment. It was very spacious and clean. Since it was the penthouse we had a nice balcony with table & chairs. The kitchen has several things we needed for our stay (they provided some cleaning items and toilet paper) but we still had to make a run to the store for extra paper goods. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. An extra blanket would have been a nice-to-have. The apartment has a dining table and chairs and a sofa. A nice to have would be a living room chair to watch TV. It was a little awkward to have the master bathroom in the bedroom but the toilet is off the living room, but we made it work. The shower and the tub (didn't use) were huge. We loved the location and were able to easily walk to the beach, restaurants, promenade, train & tram station. There was a beach umbrella but we had to buy a beach towels. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

It's a great place to stay as it's very central, almost half way between the train station and the esplanade. Right in the hub of local dining and only 6 or 7 minute walk from the old town. Keyless entry was very handy. Marco who met us was very friendly and explained the setup perfectly.

We were staying in the premier suits with the terrace. Spacious apartment with fresh decor. Two digital TVs, but no English channels so need Chrome cast. The room offered all modern conveniences: digital hob, microwave, dishwasher and the washing machine, nestle gusto coffee machine. We were given washing tablets, a cloth, bin bags and washing liquid which was very useful. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet at night without loud noises from the outside. Location was perfect, the market and a big grocery shop was within less than 5 mins walk. Beach was about 15 mins walk. The only downside for us was the check in process that wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand and I’ve discussed it with the representative. I would stay in this apartment again.

Very clean and excellent location

Fabulous apartment , everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of Alicante . It’s very central so you have lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance along with the harbour and the beach ….. and after all of that walking you can relax in the jacuzzi ! I really can’t fault it .

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ! L’emplacement est idéal, tout est à proximité, ce qui est parfait, surtout en hors saison. Nous avons même pu entrer plus tôt dans l’appartement, ce qui était un vrai plus. À notre arrivée, je n’avais pas bien compris comment accéder à l’appartement, mais après avoir appelé le numéro fourni dans le message de l’hôtel, j’ai immédiatement eu quelqu’un au téléphone. Une personne est venue rapidement nous accueillir et nous faire entrer, ce qui était vraiment top ! Cela nous a évité de nous balader toute la journée avec nos bagages, surtout après une arrivée matinale. Un autre point appréciable : un service de garde de bagages est disponible à seulement trois rues de l’appartement, avec toilettes et salle de bain à disposition, ce qui est très pratique. Côté confort, tout était bien, mais petite mention spéciale au ballon d’eau chaude qui, lui, est en mode "team rapide" : mieux vaut ne pas traîner sous la douche si vous êtes quatre, sinon le dernier finit en mode "bain nordique" ! 😅 L’insonorisation des fenêtres est aussi un peu légère pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon, mais heureusement, aucun bruit désagréable la nuit grâce au poste de police juste en bas de la rue. On peut dire que c’est un quartier ultra-sécurisé ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir ! 😊

Size of the room. We had the penthouse, great big hottub, and large terrace. Location

A few little things that can be fixed: The towels are not comfy, more pillows in the seat. And a few more colors in the apartment like on the pictures. For the rest perfect.

Before You book apartment with terace check if You will get it. Our apartment was o.k, but we wanted with terace. All other was good.

Great accommodation in the city center. It's really close to many tourist spots, which are within walking distance. It's an excellent place to stay, relax and enjoy Alicante! Highly recommended!
