Reviewed Aug 24, 2026L’emplacement était super, au centre, à proximité des restaurants et supermarchés ainsi que la mer à 5 min à pieds. L’hôte était également très impliqué, explications données à l’arrivée détaillées. Un casier était disponible pour déposer nos affaires à notre arrivée en attendant la chambre.
L’unique chose à redire, c’est qu’étant des femmes, il nous manquait un miroir pour se préparer. Autrement tout était très bien.

Excelente limpieza cada 3 o 4 días nos cambiaban toallas y sábanas. Bar equipado para poder cocinar en tú estadía. Dormitorio de buenas dimensiones. Aire acondicionado muy bueno.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum von Alicante und man erreicht alles binnen 10-30 Minuten. Javier ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber und alles hat wirklich so einfach funktioniert. Die Unterkunft selbst ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man im urlaub braucht. Ich kann sie jedem von Herzen empfehlen.

Viskas lengvai pasiekiama pėsčiomis: paplūdimys, parduotuvės, restoranai ir promenada. Apartamentai tvarkingi, švarūs, juose yra viskas, ko reikia patogiai viešnagei.labai patiko terasa su vaizdu i Santa Barbaros pili! Tiek diena, tiek nakti nuostabus vaizdas.
Vis dėlto yra keli dalykai, kuriuos būtų verta patobulinti. Svetainėje esanti sofa-lova yra gana nepatogi miegui, todėl ilgesnės viešnagės metu gali būti sunku gerai išsimiegoti. Taip pat vonioje vandens slėgis yra labai silpnas, todėl praustis ir ypač plauti galvą yra nepatogu.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Läget är fantastiskt, nära till allt. Takterrassen blir som ett extra vardagsrum som kan användas till alla former av socialt umgänge. Smidigt med kodlås istället för nycklar.
Badrummet saknar lås på dörren vilket får en att inse fördelen med att kunna låsa om sig ibland. Det så kallade köket duger inte till mycket. Det är trångt, spishällen är halvtrasig och det saknas ugn. Det är dåligt utrustat med köksredskap och det finns knappt glas och porslin så att det räcker till 6 personer. Kort sagt, undvik matlagning i lägenheten.

Das Apartment ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, einige Dinge sind abgenutzt oder defekt. Wichtig für ältere Gäste: Der Zugang zum Apartment ist etwas schwierig, da vor dem Aufzug noch einige Treppen zu bewältigen sind und der Eingangsbereich recht eng ist.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The stay is well kept and as shown in the photos. So happy the A/C was amazing and easy to adjust the temperature. The stay was in close proximity to restaurants, with the beach being two blocks away, and just a 15 minute walk to the end of the marina. The host was very accommodating and responsive for any questions we had. The view of the city from the terrace was exceptional and one of the highlights for our trip. Easy and quick check-in. Will be staying here again in the future!

Mūsų apartamentai buvo 3 aukšte, pro miegamojo langą matėsi žymiausia pilis. Būsto aprašymas atitiko. Tvarkinga, švaru. Maisto gamybai - viskas ko reikia.
Vandens spaudimas duše buvo nekoks, bet šeimininkas informuotas - manau tai laikina. Šiaip visam būstui reikėtų kosmetinio remonto, nes jau yra devėjimosi žymių.

Ho gradito molto trovare a disposizione una bottiglia d’acqua, caffè, tisane,sale e olio. Il proprietario mi ha dato la possibilità di prolungare di un’ora il check out anche se ho lasciato poi l’appartamento mi ha dato il box per lasciare tutte le valigie. Ha sempre risposto a ogni richiesta e il check-in è stato super veloce
L’unico neo stando al primo piano sopra il locale di sotto fino alle 23 si sentiva suonare e cantare il flamenco,

Javier was amazing and helped us with everything. The kitchen was fully equipped, so you can easily cook proper meals. This apartment are ideal for 3 or 4 people. I highly recommend it.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Great location, vlose to the city center and the beach. Comfy beds, large bathroom, and a spatious terrace with a great view. Check in was easy,and the host was really responsive. There is also a locker for luggages at the next door with a reasonable price-if you would stay longer at the city but you have to check out.
The staircase and elevator leading to the apartment were really tight, with no space for strollers if you are arriving with small kids like us. But this was just a minor inconvinience, nothing to complain about.
