Back from beach so no sea breeze makes for very hot stay. Agonda suffers from power cuts and low voltage, and the owner blames the ceiling fan, fridge and air con NOT working as the reason for this, he is completly aware, he arranged a pedestal fan for the couple in back unit and said he would bring us one, but I never arrived! The air con is basically broken and only blows air if you are lucky, the nights were really hot. Luckily, we only booked 2 nights, we moved 100m up the road paid an extra 600rs and got a wonderful sea breeze, view AND the AC and fan that worked when the power was on (they had voltage regulators/booster on all AC units to ensure they worked!) Also as noted by other guests, the cleaning was terrible, with kitchen items stored directly on the dirty floor. Pay a bit more and skip this place.

The fridge and kitchen needed a good clean

Cosy private accomodation up the quieter end of Agonda Beach. Had decent fan, AC to keep the room cool. Very good price for a 2 night stay, simple but was just what we were looking for.

Even though it's further up from the busier part of Agonda Beach, it can get very noisy during the night. We had ear plugs though so this was ok.

Excellent value, the back apartment, where we stayed, is quiet and private, the bed comfortable and the room spacious. A place to park (at the front) one car or in our case, our bicycles.

Nothing really. There can always be a better eye for cleanliness detail but then I’m quite particular in that regard.

The front of the bungalow patio garden was nice, but let straight onto main road through thus quite busy with scooters, cars and people passing all times of day/night.

The bathroom was dirty/ the kitchen and equipment were dirty and although you came and did some cleaning, it was not Properly cleaned. Also there was a dangerous leak from the tap causing drips onto floor— making it quite dangerous to move around as it was super slippery. There also should have been a sheet under the duvet and or a cover on the duvet itself. I will inform Booking .com that the property is not as advertised — you advertise 1 living room, separate bedroom ,sofa ….. But the property is a single bedroom ,with no ‚living room‘ . I suggest you change this online.

Gaspar is an excellent host! I arrived at 9:30 am and had an early check-in. The room is very well located, just a few steps from the beach, and is very well equipped and clean. Great wifi! The small kitchen is super useful, and has all the basics. The garden is very well maintained. It was a very pleasant stay!

Very comfy bed, small porch area added an extra layer of privacy, very short walk to the beach, had a shop next door to get water quickly.

Was a 10/15 minute walk to a lot of the good coffee shops and restaurants, however still some in close distance

Had a fabulous stay in a lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean with a deep, comfortable (English style) mattress. Direct access to the beach down a private pathway. Joseph and his family are great and can't do enough for you. All in all an excellent week and would 100% stay again.

From the moment that I booked this property, the management contacted me to offer a taxi service collection. It was seamless and made the long journey much easier as I arrived in Goa. The room was ready earlier at my request without a problem and was spotless. The location is perfect near the beach and they even helped me arrange a scooter; in fact their hospitality was amazing. I have travelled extensively but I can honestly recommend this property for total efficiency and great value for money. Looking forward to staying again year after year!

If you are someone who wants a peaceful Goa experience without crazy crowd, commercial outlets and want to experience south Goa, this place is amazing. Just perfect for a family not a huge crowd. Pet friendly

The room is newly refurbished, and everything is exceptionally clean and fresh. There is a kitchenette with a fridge and induction plate to cook with, and brand new bathroom. The location is beach side, with a 2 minute walk to the sea. Quiet, it is still in the middle of everything you need, with good shops close by and a 10 minute walk to excellent restaurants. Fantastic owners, with great communication, and it feels very independent (rather than a chain).
