Very nice apartment, clean and near the center!

Excellent staff and excellent location. They also accommodated an early check-in as soon as the room was ready, which we really appreciated.

The room was clean overall, but the bathroom could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly.

הכל נגיש, הצוות מדהים, ממש מנסים לעזור איפה שאפשר ויש יחס מדהים, הנציגה בקבלה ewa עזרה לנו בכל מה שרצינו.

הדבר היחיד שהיה לכ טוב זה שבבוקינג רשום שיש שם חניה, אבל הגענו ממש מאוחר בלילה והחניה הייתה סגורה, ואין שום אינפורמציה על זה.

Wery good but without parking

10/10 – Excellent stay in Thessaloniki! A fantastic apartment and an excellent choice for staying in Thessaloniki. The apartment is modern, new, spacious and spotlessly clean, with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby, while the lively area with traditional tavernas is only about a 10-minute walk away. Despite being so central, the apartment was comfortable and relaxing. A big advantage is having reception available, which makes check-in and the overall stay very easy. For those arriving by car, Karavan Sarai parking is conveniently nearby and costs around €18 per day – very useful in central Thessaloniki where parking can otherwise be challenging. Everything felt fresh, well maintained and thoughtfully organised. Great value, great location and excellent comfort. I would highly recommend this apartment to couples, families or anyone visiting Thessaloniki. 10/10 – I would definitely book it again!

Very modern and comfortable apartment. We’ve been travelling for 16 days and it was the most comfortable bed by far. Very clean and straight forward, welcoming check-in.

We had a basic studio with a very small balcony - only one chair with table which was very close to the air conditioning unit.

Goede faciliteiten, geen groot appartement maar een ruime studio. Prima locatie, parkeergelegenheid om de hoek. Personeel was uitzonderlijk behulpzaam en fijn.

Lift was bloedheet, moest je even doorheen.

Everything was ok. I would just recommend to have an espresso machine or some other possibility of making your own coffee in the morning, as well as dedicated pots for the electric stove plate.

Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, σε πολύ βολικό σημείο της πόλης

Η κουρτίνα του μπάνιου δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρή (δεν είχε τζάμι που είναι πολύ πιο ασφαλές από άποψη υγεινής) και δεν είχε κάποιο χώρο για να ακουμπήσεις δικά σου σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρα κλπ. Επίσης, ο χρονικός περιορισμός στο θερμοσίφωνα σημαίνει ότι το χειμώνα το νερό θα κρυώνει πολύ γρήγορα κι αν υπάρχει δεύτερο άτομο θα αναγκάζεται να περιμένει να ξαναζεσταθεί το νερό.

I really liked everything! This wasn’t our first time in Thessaloniki, but this was definitely the best accommodation we’ve stayed at so far. Everything looks exactly like in the photos — it’s brand new, very clean, comfortable, and so aesthetic. The hosts were really nice and helpful, both with the check-in and with storing our luggage. There is also a parking garage nearby for an extra fee, and we were able to reserve a parking spot in advance, so it was waiting for us when we arrived, which was really convenient. Everything was easy and comfortable from start to finish. We will definitely come back soon!

Oldukça merkezi konumdaydı. Resepsiyondaki bay ve bayan oldukça canayakındı. 2 yetişkin 2 cocuk konakladık.kanepeyi de açıp yatak haline getirmişlerdi sığabildik sorun yaşamadık.mutfagı kullanmadıgımız için bilemiyorum.

Banyo- klozet temizliği yeterli değildi.hatta klozetin dısında kalıntılar kalmıştı malesef dikkat edilmemiş hoş değildi.

Tesis Selanik’in merkezinde, konumu çok iyi. Aracımızı yakınındaki otoparka günlük 20 euro karşılığında park ettik. İçi temiz, akıllı giriş sistemi ile giriş çıkış çok pratik.dairenin içi temiz, ihtiyaç olan her şey düşünülmüş

3 kişilik bir aile için en küçük oda verildi.Bize yetersiz ve küçük odanın değiştirilmesini istediğimde günlük 20 euro üste para istendi. Balkon tek kişilik ve klima da balkonda.

Sjajno i čisto. Francuski ležaj je jako udoban. Ppred smeštaja ima par restorana gde može da se jede.

Soba je previše mala za četvoro(ima svega 25kv) i kad bi hteli da ostanemo na više noći, veoma bi bilo usko. Ležaj na razvlačenje i francuski ležaj se maltene spajaju, a prolaz između kuhinje, terase i ležaja je preuzak. Samo koliko da možete da napravitr neki korak

Yataklar güzel ve rahattı.Klima sistemi iyi çalışıyordu.Fiyatına göre odalar güzel. Elemanlar çok güleryüzlü.

Everything. Location, neighbourhood, apartment size, facilities, etc. For exploring Thessaloniki, a recommended place to stay. Parking is available via garage named Parking karavan sarai and costs 18 euros overnight, some 250 m from the property.

Selanik merkezin genel problemi olan otopark sorunu bir kapalı otopark bulduk fakat suv araç 2 gece için 50€ ödedim önemli bir rakam. Anlaşmalı uygun fiyatlı bir yer ayarlamalılar.

Находится в центре, на одну ночь отлично. Мы были в очень маленьких апартаментах. Для ночевки одной ок, а надолго я бы не осталась.

We had a great stay at Ptolemeon 20. The location is excellent with many bars, restaurants etc around the apartment building. Paid car parking 2-300 metres from the apartments was very handy. The staff were exceptional and were flexible with check out as unfortunately we had a couple families get ill and they accommodated us without rushing. Overall a very satisfying experience.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help whenever we had any questions or issues. Both the bed and the sofa were comfortable. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants right nearby.

The soundproofing could definitely be improved, as we could clearly hear both our neighbors and people in the hallway. The water in our toilet was running continuously and, unfortunately, could not be fixed during our stay despite the staff’s efforts. More attention to maintenance and small details would also make a significant difference. For example, many of the nozzles of the rainfall shower head were clogged, which affected the water flow. There was also a noticeable accumulation of dust around the bathroom ventilation system. To their credit, the staff cleaned it promptly after we pointed it out, but this is something that ideally should be noticed and addressed as part of the regular cleaning routine rather than having to be brought to their attention by a guest. The size of the apartment itself is fine, but we felt that there was a bit too much furniture for the available space. The wardrobe is relatively small, and with the large sofa and table in the room, it can be difficult to find enough space to open and comfortably access a suitcase without having to move the furniture around. A coffee machine would also be a welcome addition. For longer stays, having either a washing machine in the apartment or access to a laundry service would make the apartment considerably more convenient.

Konumu güzeldi. Anlaştıkları otopark güvenilirdi, biz orayı tercih ettik ve memnun kaldık. Daireye de yakındı. Daire küçük bir daire resimlerde görüldüğü gibi kısa süreli konaklama için gayet iyiydi. Meydana, yeme içme yerlerine yürüme mesafesinde olması da güzeldi. Arabamızı park edip rahat rahat yürüyerek selanik merkezini gezebildik.

New property just listed, very clean and comfortable.

The location is perfect you can rich most of the city life in few minutes, there are lots of restaurants and all the convenient stores nearby . The staff are very helpful mostly they are averrable all the time . Thanks a lot Thanios the host for the excellent service we get. We will definitely recommend everyone This lovely place.

Апартамента е на много добра локация, на 10 мин. от площад Аристотел.Отлично съотношение цена-качество, чисто, много удобно легло! Всичко беше подготвено за нощувка на 4 човека! Има необподимата посуда за приготвяне на храна, има микровълнова печка, керамични котлони, кана за вода, удобен и голям хладилник! Белльото беше безухречно чисто! Удобно самостоятелно настаняване! Може да се направи резервация на паркинг, който е на 300 м. от апартамента и работи до 23.00ч, заплаща се 20 евро до 12ч. на следващия ден Не е възможно паркиране на улицата, защото всички места са заети . При следващо посещение ще се възползваме отново!

Има тераса с хубави мебели, но за съжаление гледкато от нея е много неприятна, към порутена сграда!

You receive parking instructions only after booking the apartment. Although it lists self check-in—meaning you can arrive at your convenience—parking is restricted; at best, you pay €20 per day, and the parking area is 300 meters away from the building, so you have to carry all your belongings.

Lokacija je bila super.

Mala soba za porodicu sa dvoje dece,neudoban dvosed koji je bio na razvlacenje,pogled kroz terasu na smetliste i oronulu ,napustenu zgradu.

Сучасний інтерʼєр, чистота. Але все маленьке. Маленька ванна кімната. Малий номер. Маленьке але затишне.

Вулиця дуже насичена машинами. Парковки поряд немає. Треба їхати за 2 квартала підземний паркінг за 20 €. Причому залишати ключі від машини. Після 11 забрати машину не можна-не працюють. Але о 8 ранку вимагають вже забрати.

Много малка беше стаята, в която бяхме настанени и тоалетната беше доста малка и тясна.

Baia foarte înghesuită, si eu nu sunt un om corpolent. As fi apreciat un aparat de cafea si niste pastile de cafea. Aerul condiționat era zgomotos noaptea. Clanta de la usa era nefixata pe interior. Vederea de la balcon, ce da intr-o curte interioara urata.

Klima udara u glavu dok duva,okruzeni zgradama,mala terasica,bukvalno vazduha nema. Za toliku cenu potpuno besmisleno.

Maybe is good to add on booking that the parking is private and has an additional cost. We special choose the acomodation for private parking and was a “surprise”.
