Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Kaldığımız oda gayet konforlu ve temizdi. Grand parka çok yakın, biz risk almadan grand park kapalı otoparkına bıraktık günlük 15 euro. Burada kaldığınızda selanikte gezilecek her yere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz her yer 1-1,5 km çapın içerisinde gibi düşünebilirsiniz. Tekrar gelsek ailemle gönül rahatlığıyla kalacağımız yer.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Camere moderne e pulitissime. Due ore prima del checkin previsto ci hanno avvisato che la camera era già pronta quindi abbiamo potuto entrare prima. A distanza di 5 minuti a piedi c’e un comodo parcheggio multipiano per 25€/giorno. Posizione strategica per visitare il centro.
Purtroppo il distributore di capsule del caffè non funzionava. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The room is newly renovated, decoration is very nice, modern and cosy, while the space is quite small, it's used very well and provides a homely feeling. There's everything needed really, a small kitchenet with all utensiles, fridge, washing machine (we didn't need), aircon.. The quadrupile room has one large bed, and another sofa which worked fairly well for our 2 kids.. Location is right in the center, 5 min walk from the old town - restaurants, bars etc.. all walking distance
The quadruple room is quite small - there's literally space for 2 beds, and little beyond.. for a family 1 night that was fine, but more than that I would probably look for a bigger room. As with the rest of thesaloniki - the building itself is very old, the room is in an internally renovated and secure floor.

The space is a little small for stays longer than 2 nights. The shower water pressure was not very strong. The biggest downside was the lack of parking. Finding a parking spot in this area was extremely difficult. The nearest parking lot was about a 5-7 minute walk away and quite expensive, at €15 per night.

Beğenmediğimiz bir şey olmadı ancak çocuklu aileler için uzun süreli konaklamalarda küçük kalabilir. Biz tel gece konakladık hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık.

Sıfır yabancı dil ve binlerce soru işareti ile tuttuk ancak o kadar açıklayıcı ve yardımcı olundu ki kendi kendi evime de ancak bu kadar rahat giriyorum zaten ☺️ bilgilendirme mesajında 5 yaşındaki çocuğun anlayacağı basitlikte her şey açıklanmış( buranın altını özellikle çizmek isterim ben nasıl iletişim kurarım diye tedirgin olmuştum çünkü inanın bi otele bu kadar rahat giremezsiniz) bi sorunuz olduğunda whatsap ile anında cevap alabilirsiniz(çeviri ile çok ☺️)..yakınında çok katlı otopark mevcut aracınızı oraya çekip rahat edebilirsiniz.. konum temizlik konfor olarak Kısacası her açıdan 10 numara 5 yıldız

The room was small for 3. We booked a quad room thinking it would give us a little extra room but the room was only just big enough for 3. The kitchen took up a lot of space.

The photos are 100% accurate. The self check in process was very easy and detailed instructions were provided. The paid parking suggestion given by our host was very convenient (15eur for 24h).

Bizim gibi 4 kişilik bir aile için küçük bir oda. Ben satın alırken böyle küçük olduğunu farketmedim. Temiz bir odaydı, oda 27 derece sıcaklıktaydı aşırı sıcaktı klimayı kapatıp nefes almak mümkün değildi ama klima yataklara doğru olduğu için kızım büyün gece öksürdü.

Perfect location for all the activities, as just nearby the city center. The owner Nicoleta is very helpful for everything you need... Next time we will be at the same home at Thessaloniki again...
If you are coming by car, it's some hard to find a free parking lot near the house but we could find, so it is not a problem for us

Noi am stat o noapte de tranzit, familie cu copii. Parcare se gaseste usor in apropiere, contra cost. Noaptea e gratuit pe strazi in apropiere.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Everything was great. I only stayed one night but I felt super comfortable. It has everything you need , and the bed is very comfortable. It’s central Thessaloniki but in a quiet street. Nicoleta was amazing to deal with, happy to help with any queries.

Dairelerin bulunduğu bina biraz eski ve bakımsızdı. Bunun dışında her şey gayet iyiydi.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ κατατοπιστική οπότε η είσοδος στο δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ εύκολη. Το δωμάτιο πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό.
Το μόνο θέμα που αντιμετωπίσαμε ήταν η απόδοση του κλιματιστικού το οποίο δυσκολεύτηκε να δροσίσει τον χώρο.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Bel appartement bien équipé au centre de Thessalonique. Le check in par codes est possible dès que l'appartement est prêt (nous sommes arrivés à midi).
Le stationnement est compliqué. Difficile d'éviter le grand parking situé à 300m à 15€ la journée.
