Struttura nuova e ben concepita per trascorrere una bella vacanza a Dublino. Offre un cucinino all'interno della stanza dove potersi preparare una colazione o qualcosa di veloce. Inoltre la struttura offre diversi servizi come un ampio spazio living room in cui c'è tutto il necessario per cucinare e la conservazione di cibo con ampi spazi per trascorrere del tempo in tutta comodità con poltrone ed una TV di diversi pollici. Pulizia molto curata nelle spazi comuni, nelle camere soltanto dopo 5 GG. di permanenza. La struttura è in zona tranquilla un po' fuori mano da centro ma per chi non ha problemi a piedi è possibile raggiungerla in 30/ 40 minuti.La camera è un po' piccola ma ben organizzata ed arredata. Non si è capito bene se funzionano gli aspiratori nel bagno e nella doccia ma per i servizi igienici forse sarebbe stata meglio una porta con più privacy.

This place was fantastic. While the room was small, I knew that’s how it would be since it was listed as a studio. But it literally had everything you would need to cook. It was also very clean.

Sehr gut gelegen, an vielen Buslinien, die in die Innenstadt fahren. Mit Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller, kleiner Kochnische auf dem Zimmer und großer (sauberer!) Gemeinschaftsküche.

Das Zimmer ist recht klein, wir haben tagsüber das Bett eingeklappt, um zu essen.

Wow, the facilities here are fantastic. A brilliant TV room with reclining chairs, a games room with pool table. The room had everything you could want/need. It was all incredibly clean. The design was modern, and simple. The staff were all incredibly friendly. We had to check out at mid-day but our flight wasn't until 2030 in the evening. We were allowed to chill out in the games room and TV room for he afternoon. This was above any expectation we had.

I can't fault this place.

This is a wondeful stay, very nice staff, very nice location, clean, neat, smelling new and really really NICHE.. I left my earpods in the room, went back there and a lady member of staff helped me reach out the room which was being cleaned at the time. Another Cleaning lady member of cleaning staff helped me find the earpods. (05.09.26/12:30ish..) That was so essential for a 5 hour flight you see.. I will book this hotel and make the my company do so for other collegues.. Thanks to all the staff who were always helpful and smiling.

Location & the common areas are very good to use a kitchen, lounge, the movie room and games room were all excellent areas to enjoy the stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Bed is a double size that folds out from the wall - space is limited to access when the bed is down - Whilst comfortable the bed itself was much smaller than what we are used to. The room itself was also hot - this was only resolved once we could open the full window. It feels to be better suited to singles than couples.

Nice and quiet area

Facile d’accès, personnel super chouette, très propre et très calme! Une cuisine partagé super chouette et une ambiance globale sympa. Une salle de muscu vraiment très très bien!

Le matelas était horrible. Beaucoup trop dur et pas confortable. Les coussins aussi étaient désagréable! Le canapé n’était pas du tout confortable. Le fait que les toilettes et la douche soit dans la chambre directement et non pas dans une pièce à part n’était pas top. Il faisait très chaud et la fenêtre ne permettait pas de faire un courant d’air.

I wasn't aware that the beds were pull-down beds. I've not long recovered from sciatica so didn't have the most comfortable sleep on the harder mattress..

Rooms are too small for two people, bathroom isn‘t separated from the sleeping room and therefore no privacy at all

Pokój dla dwóch osób- jest bardzo malutki, to spore wyzwanie, żeby móc się w nim poruszać. Poza tym WC i prysznic znajdują się praktycznie w pokoju, za szybą, więc trzeba być tam rzeczywiście z bliską osobą, żeby nie czuć się niekomfortowo

Die Zimmer sind schön und modern. Die Lage ist auch perfekt.

Leider hat es in unserem Zimmer sehr stark nach Reinigungsmittel gerochen. Ich habe das als sehr störend empfunden und würde das Hotel deshalb nicht noch einmal buchen. Zusätzlich konnte man die Fenster nicht richtig öffnen und es war so warm im Zimmer, obwohl es draußen eigentlich kalt war.

Great space to stay/live in. Everything you need provided. Lots of storage space. Really enjoyed bringing there.

The bed which lifts into the wall when not in use was too heavy for me to put into it's storage space. Called reception and immediately staff arrived to put the bed into storage

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und das Personal war sehr nett. Wir konnten vor dem Check-In unser Gepäck am Hotel abgeben und Dublin besichtigen.

La ubicación, la comodidad de la cama, y las comodidades de un apartamento. Moderno y limpio.

El concepto del baño, puerta de cristal transparente en el inodoro, la ducha separada del aseo y el lavamanos en el apartamento. Todo muy confuso. Quién diseño ese tipo de apartamentos se flipó.

Having a kitchenette with mini fridge was great so we didn’t have to eat out as much. Grocery stores were conveniently located nearby, as were the bus stops to take us into the city.

Instructions for using the stovetop would have been helpful, along with a few more utensils. The room was a bit tight but we had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

El alojamiento es muy nuevo y todo se ve aparentemente limpio.

Me han decepcionado muchas cosas: 1.- Las habitaciones son minúsculas. Las fotos son engañosas. Desde el final de la cama hasta la zona de cocina, el espacio es mínimo y ni siquiera te permite pasar. La cama está pegada a la cocina (ver foto) La habitación consta de un montón de armarios sin utilidad, pero ni un espacio para poner la maleta. 2.- Todo el espacio que le falta a la habitación está desperdiciado en pasillos, salas comunes....que no tienen utilidad. Una cocina común enorme y luego otra en la habitación que quita espacio? No comprendo esta filosofía. 3.- En las habitaciones hace calor (y eso hablando de una temperatura exterior de 20 grados) ya que no disponen de aire acondicionado. Sin embargo, el resto de salas comunes, sí tienen. Parece extraño que un hotel nuevo de estas características no disponga de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. 4.- La zona es mala para aparcar. El aparcamiento es de pago de lunes a domingo de 7 a 12 a unas tarifas elevadas. Tienes que buscar un parking. Esta información no te la facilitan hasta que no llegas cuando ya no tiene sentido.

Le studio est top pour deux personnes. En plus une cuisine bien équipée et un séjour avec des canapés et télé sur chaque étage avec accès sur des terrasses!

In a quiet and semi-central area, next to many bus stops and very close to supermarkets where we could buy food for our breakfast. Actually every room is equipped with a kitchen and a fridge and we could organise ourselves with breakfast and sometimes with dinner. In the -1 floor there is also a laundry and after a few days we decided to wash our clothes so we had the change ready for the second half of the week. Staff very helpul, especially Bianca who welcomed us at the arrival and gave us many useful and interesting tips on what to do and what to see. As we have already planned a second trip to Dublin, we will 100% come to stay at Niche Living. But the next time we will take a larger room!

Por poner un defecto, no está cerca del centro pero a 2 minutos caminando tienes el bus que te lleva al centro.

We were together with my friend. It was inconvenient that the shower and toilet were not in a completely separate room, and the door was transparent and everything was noisy.

La ubicación es fenomenal, Rathmines es un barrio seguro y con muchos servicios. Bien comunicado con el centro de Dublín.

Idéal pour un séjour tout confort à Dublin sans séjourner en plein centre-ville. Le bus est tout près et nous y conduit directement en quinze minutes, quel que soit le bus. Pub, fast-food et supermarché au coin de rue. La résidence est neuve et tout confort avec une réception présente 24/7. Terrasse panoramique avec chaises longues, bancs et grandes tables au septième étage.

Le lit est étroit, 140 cms.

The location is perfect, the staff was super helpful at all times, the rooms were super clean and facilities great. Will definitely stay there again when in Dublin.
