La camera era al primo piano della palazzina interna all'hotel, ma senza ascensore. Le finestre del bagno non si potevano aprire perchè davano sull'interno dell'hotel. Il parcheggio con valet è costoso e comporta attese

Early closure of outside relaxing area. Room service meals are not very good and they are delivered VERY late. I lost 50 euros because of a meal that was delivered too late for us to use it.

Le réceptionniste qui nous a reçu était particulièrement antipathique, on avait l'impression de le déranger. Nous étions au 2ième étage et pas d'ascenseur .C'est une honte au prix où on paie une chambre dans cet établissement 4 étoiles. Le parking de l'hotel est payant.29€ la nuit ce qui n'était pas précisé lors de la réservation.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Only a very short, one night stay. €368 ...I'm comparing it to a budget hotel with biscuits. There wasn't anything deulux about the room. Can't afford to stay there again. Had few options when booking.
Check in chap was not really a chatty person. I feel like the Clayton company raised their prices a lot because of the events going on in the city.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Чистый уютный номер. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Заказали ужин в номер, принесли за 20 минут- это здорово))) Регистрация лучше всех похвал, быстро, качественно. Вокруг полно закусочных , ресторанов и разных магазинов. До центра 7 минут пешком))
В ванной была небольшая проблема со сливом воды в раковине, но уверен это быстро устранят.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026the hotel is as expected, clean, quiet and a little bit away from the crowded street of Grafton. 10 min walk to be exact. there is tram station 2 mins away from the hotel. breakfast is good and staff were also helpful. there is a Japanese restaurant outside the hotel.
we didn't like that there was no bidet in the toilet, there was no readily available sleeper in the room as well as toiletries. i requested for a sleeper and they gave me only one pair as the reception said that our room is not supposed to have sleeper. i'm not sure if our room is not supposed to have dental kits too, good thing we brought our own!

Was a problem with shower, flooded the bathroom and had to spend a while cleaning it up, breakfast was ok there wasn’t any bowls or glasses and had to ask for a glass a lot of food was gone at 9:45 which was weird

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Nous venions pour l'anniversaire de mon époux, j'avais envoyé message afin d'avoir une chambre au calme, et ce fût fait, nous avons été très agréablement surpris d'avoir une très grande chambre, au calme avec une délicate attention pour cet événement. Je les remercie car c'était le début d'un super séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel confortable, proche en bus ou tram de tout où le personnel est charmant.

Colazione sia dolce che salata molto buona con possibilità di chiedere piatti alla cucina. Posizione vicino alla fermata dell'autobus per raggiungere il centro.
Mancava lo spazzolino per pulire il wc dopo l'evacuazione importante.
