Nuestra habitación no tenía ventana al estar en el piso de abajo del todo..

Cuando llegamos y recibimos la habitación el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó durante toda la noche ni al día siguiente entonces hacía mucho calor y no pudimos descansar y también el jacuzzi cuando enciendo los eyectores salió suciedad de ellos de verdad no pudimos descansar no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto When we arrived and got our room, the air conditioning didn't work at all—neither that night nor the next day—so it was very hot and we couldn't get any rest. Also, when I turned on the jacuzzi jets, dirt came out of them. We really couldn't rest; I do not recommend this place at all.

We booked a two bedroom with a balcony which was fine but the second room is a little small it still works but it's a lot smaller than the master bedroom

The beds were very firm. Also I didn't have a problem with the location and noise from the clubs and bars nearby. I slept right through it all, but someone may have an issue.

The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were responsive and eager to help with the smallest of issues. The room had a spa tub which was nice and the windows opened up to fresh air and people watching.
More towels at check-in (you have a spa in the room) and they charge to have the room made up.

The penthouse is massive, the jacuzzi in the living room sets the tone, and the whole setup is made for entertaining. Each guy had his own room. The real highlight was the shared spaces—perfect for pre-games, afterparties, you name it. Right in Lleras, so you’re steps from all the bars and clubs. The team handled everything—airport pickup, reservations, whatever we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better setup. 10/10.

The apartment is modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable—easily one of the most high-end options in the area. The host went above and beyond, helping with airport transfers, tours, and even nights out. Plus, there’s staff on-site at all times, so you never have to wait for anything. Highly recommended!
