Ubicación y servicio, el personal es muy amable.

Limpio, tranquilo, espectacular.

Perfecta localización, habitaciones amplias y limpias. Decoración excelente. Habitación con terraza. Zona de terraza en el rooftop con piscina cómoda para pasar el final del día.

Como única queja la ducha tenía poca potencia, aunque era muy bonita.

Está ubicado cerca al Lleras, cerca de todo. A pesar de haber mucho ruido por las fiestas, en la habitación que escogimos no se percibía (hacia atrás). La habitación contaba con balcón sin vista.

Como está en una calle que no tiene acceso al auto, al inicio nos perdimos pero fue fácil después localizar y colocar el punto para el uber.

Loved the look of the hotel, the rooms were super pretty and had everything you needed. The staff was friendly and always available. When we first for into the room there was ambiance spa music on and it also SMELLED like a spa which was so nice to walk into right after our flight. I've honestly been recommending this hotel to everyone else I ran into during my stay in Medellin because its also in prime location of stores, restaurants and even tour pickup spots.

I have nothing negative to say. When you check in the hotel only charges you the first night because they say if the street noise bothers you, that you can cancel your other nights, but my bf and I did not hear any noise in our room.

The staff there especially Matteo and Sebastian made sure I was fully comfortable with my stay. I appreciated their help and hospitality to make sure I was fully comfortable. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Tout etait formidable. Le quartier l'emplacement et surtout l'hôtel etait au top. Super deco, tout est propre et toutes les commodités. J'ai voyage partout dans le monde et je mets cet hôtel au top par rapport au prix. Meme la communication avec le staff etait excellente, le Wi-Fi aussi... bravo vous je reviendrai et je conseillerai ça à mes amis...

Que mi cuarto daba a un muro y el 100 % del dia era oscuro.

Some people complained that its loud due its location. It is loud, but the hotel provides earplugs and even a noise machine if needed. With the earplugs, we didn't have an issue.

Molto rumoroso essendo in una strada piena di locali.

- posizione sembrava eccellente, peccato che al check-in il personale ci abbia detto che la zona era molto rumorosa e quindi chiesto di pagare solamente una notte per valutare le successive (avevamo 3 notti).

- beh.. il personale. Non si può invitare il cliente a non rimanere. Il rumore non era poi così eccessivo e quindi il terrorismo psicologico fatto al check-in non è stato apprezzato (visto che ho poi dovuto cambiare albergo inutilmente) - colazione non inclusa e molto cara se inserita in prenotazione - camere stilose ma anguste

Only one cup of coffee was offered at Breakfast! When we asked for another was charged. That's outrageous, cheap and punitive. Booked hotel with Breakfast which should include more than 1 cup of coffee. Like every other hotel in world. Another day, asked if I could substitute a 2nd cup of coffee instead of juice. Was told yes, then some other woman argued no you can't! Very petty, cheap and nasty! Don't like to start my day with nasty! Also paid for 1 night when we arrived, the 2nd day returned to room and was locked out! Went to desk who said you must pay remainder of bill to have key reenacted. Staff never told us that and were not very nice or helpful for the most part. Would not recommend this hotel!

Beautiful and cozy room in a great location. Can refill filtered water at all times in lobby. Coffee machine in room.

Lavatory was slow to drain. Shower only had rain shower option and not always heated right. People that book spa services but not guests of hotel are allowed to use Rooftop facilities like the sauna and pool without time limitation hence facility busy by non guests impeding paying guests from using.

Debido a su ubicación puede haber algo de ruido. No nos resultó muy molesto, y el personal se muestra totalmente transparente con este tema.

Le séjour étais très bien, malgré d'un environnement assez agité, mais l'hôtel nous a prévenu et étais souple. Nous remercions Mateo à la réception pour sa précieuse aide qui nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The room was trendy, modern & i had a great balcony overlooking the street. The hotel is on a lovely quiet tree-lined street with some fantastic cafes. The amazing nightlife of Provenza is just round the corner and numerous rooftop bars nearby. The staff are so friendly and they can’t do enough for you. They organised my trip to Communa 13 and gave clear instructions and even a travel card to get to Parque Arvi. Outstanding hotel with outstanding service.

N/A-Other reviews have mentioned the nightlife noise, but i didn’t find it an issue.

Tienes que pagar las habitaciones por adelantado, y lo peor de todo es que si a cierta hora no has pagado aún, te bloquean la tarjeta y no puedes entrar en la habitación donde estan tus cosas. La poco flexibilidad en el desayuno. Aún trayendo mi propio descafeinado, y no comiendo fruta ni jugos por intolerancias, no fueron capaces de ponerme un chorrito de leche de avena en el café sin coste Sin armarios y habitaciones pequeñas como para tener la maleta en el suelo

La habitacion era muy cómoda y linda, y la terraza muy agradable para descansar .

El ruido no pude dormir, lamentablemente se escucha toda la música de los bares que queda atrás hasta las 2 de la mañana, así te pongas tapones en los oídos se escucha mucho.

was vey hard to fall asleep.. the Location is very noisy loud music from the bars and clubs below even though i was on the top floor. Outside at the hotel many hookers and people how harassed me for money. not very pleasant at night. The cleaning lady got into my room although i didn't put the cleaning sign on the door went through my personal belongings on the table and threw away to the garbage part of my eyeglasses (worth $450) they guy at the reception was very rude about it and tried blaming me. Its been 3 weeks now and they keep dragging me with compensation

La localisation de l’hôtel dans une rue remplie de bars nous a empêché de dormir jusqu’à 3h du matin, et à 5h nous avons été réveillés par des cris de gens alcoolisés dans la rue. Gros quartier de prostitution. L’endroit n’est vraiment pas très agréable

Un poco de ruido pero no tanto de la calle sino como de un conducto de aire. En fin de semana se oye más la calle pero no es tan grave. Te ofrecen tapones para las orejas y también te ofrecen una noche de ensayo para que veas. A mí no me molestó tanto y eso que fuimos en pleno mundial!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We loved the amenities, rooftop sauna had a lovely view and was properly hot, cold plunge could be a little colder, but still was a nice addition, the views from the jacuzzi simply amazing and the bartenders were accommodating and never pushy. Stuff in general was super friendly and helpful. If you ever need anything it’s easy to communicate via whatsapp, if you don’t want to come to front desk. We were a little worried about the noise that many people mention in their reviews and at check in we were offered to only pay for one night(like a trial night) to see if we like it, before committing to full stay, which was a very nice touch. Our room was on a 5th floor facing the quieter side of the street, so for us we didn’t hear any noise and it was super comfortable, the room had ear plugs and white noise machine to help you sleep, but we didn’t need it once. There’s water and coffee/tea station available downstairs 24/7, which was nice. Location is perfect, super safe and surrounded by lovely coffee shops and restaurants. This was a perfect stay in Medellin, can’t recommend it enough

Only small things to note. The jacuzzi area has only 4 lounge chairs, so if fills up pretty quickly. Showers are sort of in the middle of the room and see through, so you need to be pretty comfortable with whoever you are traveling with, having said that, we loved the design of the room

- Modernes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Boutique Hotel im Herzen von El Poblado, Medellin - Hotel mit allem, was von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet wird. - Frühstücksauswahl gut.

- Im Vorfeld haben wir viel über den Lärm gelesen. Der Lärmpegel war Ok. Der laute Kühlschrank hat mehr gestört, so halt Stecker raus. Wir waren während der Woche im Hotel. Eventuell ist es am Wochenende lauter. Sie geben einem, was sehr fair ist, immer erst eine Probenacht wegen dem Lärm, was wir als sehr fair empfanden. - Der Pool auf dem Dach sieht schön aus, ist aber sehr klein.

Everything!!!! We got the suite (not the highest price but the 2nd highest price) and it came with a dope balcony, jacuzzi tub, shower, extra comfy sofas and chairs, bed, tons of pillows etc. When we arrived the upstairs was technically closing but they let us hang in the pool, cold plunge and sauna well after closing and never kicked us out. Staff was amazing, and the entire building is gorgeous. I spent hours trying to find a nice place without breaking the bank that ALSO wasn’t noisy. After narrowing it down, I watched a YouTube video about it and was sold. The street IS a busy walking street with some bars, but our room was SO easy to sleep. Even though we faced the street, they have really great black out electric shutters that brought the noise down so much. Then we turned on their sleep machine that has 20 different options and we slept like babies. The first night I actually turned the sleep machine off because we didn’t really need it. The second night, it was a Saturday and the bar/restaurant access the street turned into a club with a DJ, so we did use the sound machine and slept like babies. I’m pretty sound sensitive in general so I was delighted. They also provide ear plugs but we didn’t need them. Pro tip - the roof top restaurant across the street was some one the BEST food and vibes of our trip. We ate there twice.

Though there was a decent amount of storage space, the location of the closet was super awkward because the night stand butts up next to it. That was a bit annoying but the bathroom had a massive amount of storage space on top and under the counters.

La ubicación es excelente (con sus pro y contra - el finde es bastante ruidoso de noche- ) y algunas habitaciones son algo oscuras (pedí cambio y me cambiaron sin problema)

Comfortable stylish hotel in the centre of El Poblado. Amazing rooftop with sauna and cold plunge. Comfortable beds and pitch black rooms for a good night sleep.

Lifts could take a while. The hotel was noisy on Saturday night but they have white noise machines in the room which helped and I still slept well.
