Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Absoluter Scam. Die Bilder stimmen nicht mit dem, was angeboten wird überein. Ich bin nach einer Nacht abgereist, weil das einfach nur dreckig war.
Es war dreckig, man konnte die Fenster zum Hausflur nicht abdunkeln, es hat nicht mal ansatzweise den Bildern entsprochen.

Está en el interior de una tienda, por lo que te tienen que abrir la reja cada vez que quieres entrar o salir una vez la tienda está cerrada. La habitación tenía una ventana que daba a las escaleras del edificio y la ducha no estaba separada del inodoro.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026I stayed at Bridgo Home for 2 nights while I was in Hanoi. The room was very spacious, AC was great and the bed was very comfy. The staff were very friendly and checked in daily to make sure everything was okay. They also had a very tasty restaurant downstairs too. Location was great right by the the lake. I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Het personeel was behulpzaam en altijd bereikbaar. Ze waren ook erg lief en wilden dingen voor je doen. De locatie is ook goed, dicht bij alles. En niet heel duur.
De kamer leek niet schoongemaakt te zijn. Er lagen nog spullen van eerdere gasten. De badkamer was vies en er liepen mieren. In het hele appartement leek niet schoongemaakt te zijn. Ook leek de kamer niet op de foto's. Sommige meubels waren er niet meer en het was in z'n algemeen erg toe aan een renovatie. Ook was er maar 1 bord en vrijwel geen bestek of kookgerei. De keuken stelt dan ook niks voor. Ook is het gebouw erg gehorig. Het lijkt niet alsof de eigenaar heel veel moeite stopt in het onderhoud van het pand.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026L’hôtel est idéalement situé à Hanoï pour le tourisme, le quartier est très animé le soir mais aucune nuisance sonore n’est ressentie. Le gérant et très réactif et accommodant l’accueil se fait en autonomie et est plutôt facile.
Les draps présentaient des taches, la chambre est simple mais il s’agit d’un bon rapport qualité prix. Le ménage n’était pas au rendez vous… cadavre d’insecte et nettoyage pas complet. De plus l’hôtel est situé au dessus d’un restaurant, on a pu croiser des rats et des cafards (pas dans la chambre) mais dans les escaliers menant aux chambres…

Reviewed May 14, 2026Es war ruhig, wir waren im 4. Stock. Kein Strassenlärm. Die Zimmer waren soweit sauber (so gut es ging, sind doch schon älter). Personal freundlich und per WhatsApp wird gut kommuniziert. Gute Klimaanlage und hot shower. Schmaler Eingang zwischen oakladen und travel office. Einfach durchgehen. Im schmalen Duechgang ist das Hotel angeschrieben. Man muss weiter durch ein Restaurant und dann die Treppen hoch.
Der Gang wird nicht gepflegt. Licht eher wenig

Управляющая имеет в своем распоряжении несколько разных отелей и апартаментов в разных местах старого квартала. Сначала вам показывают номер в аварийном состоянии без окна (надеясь, что вы просто будете в нем жить), после долгих скандалов предлагают заменить на хорошие апартаменты,но не на весь срок и с обязательным условием о том, что вы должны поставить оценку 10 изначально забронированным апартаментам (которые,еще раз, ужасные). А теперь подробно: Забронировали данные апартаменты для себя и для мамы, посмотрев на рейтинг. За такую цену ничего не ожидали. Но когда нам показали номер мы были в шоке: Номер без окна, при бронировании не было написано «without window”, как обычно пишется. На наш вопрос где окно менеджер открыл глухие деревянные двери и показал балкон, упирающийся в соседнее здание и сказал, что это окно. Номера грязные, все в пыли, воняет сыростью. Сантехника в ужасном состоянии, вся в плесени и ржавчине. На стенах трещины. Когда мы попросили все-таки дать нам номер с окном, нас привели в номер этажом выше, где окно размером с ладонь, но последней каплей было, когда я зашел в ванну и там отваливался кусок стены. Мы категорически отказались заселяться в эту помойку. Мы попросили хозяйку сделать бесплатную отмену бронирования и на этом разойтись. Она же предложила нам другие апартаменты за ту же цену. Мы должны были после двух ночей переехать в другие апартаменты, при этом нас выселили в 12 дня, а заселили только в 3 дня, хотя обещали в 2. Переселили в комнату размером с кровать. Условием переселения в якобы апартаменты подороже было - написать хороший отзыв. И самое важное, после 2 ночи, когда мы должны были переселиться в другие апартаменты, нас не переселяли пока мы не написали при них хороший отзыв на букинге. Благо у нас было два разных бронирования. И сейчас я пишу второй, честный отзыв, удалив предыдущий,написанный под давлением.
