L'absence d'un service repas ou petit déjeuner. L'absence d'un micro-ondes dans les chambres

موظفين الاستقبال شفت الصباح وشفت الليل كان أسلوبهم وقح للغاية وغير مهذبين وي يصرفون هم أول ما جيت مستأجر موظف الصباح كان يصرفني وكان موظف الصباح غير رايق بأسلوبك وغير مساعد لي وغير متعاون نعيم وكان يرفع السعر 200 220 وسعر بوك كان موجود 85 ريال لماذا هذا كله الرجاء من إدارة الفندق التحقق في الموظف الصباح وعلى تعامله أسلوبه

The management for the reception its not good, im check in early done pay for booked a room, and im deposite also same price the room, after i want to check out, their not give my money for deposite.

Quiet old and not updated, they need to focus on renovation. Bathrooms are ok , basin drain knobs missing, beds squeaking, not very clean, windows dirty, electrical points for charging missing, no side lamps.
