Location of property was good

Offered room key card to clean beds while we was out, they agreed as they had master key and when we got back nothing had been when I asked them they said why didn’t you get key and we had to be there in person which wasn’t told to us at the start…..quite annoying to be told in other words it’s your fault!!!!

الإزعاج المستمر من قبل العمال عند دق الابواب للتنظيف أيضا عدم وجود عازل لصوت تسمع كل شيء وما تقدر تنام بسبب الازعاج من غير إن الغرف صغيرة وتعبانة

لم أتمكن من الحجز عن طريق الاستقبال تعامل الاستقبال السعودي والاجنبي سيء جدا الميزة الوحيدة وجود المواقف

Lift were too crowded and coridor should be more clean

He don't provide Parking and i book that Hotel specially for Parking purpose. I ask to management he directly refuse. I stay in there 48 hour he don't provide Parking after asking he told park any were and Got penalty for No Parking 75-Sr. I am totally disappointed.

Parking facility not available and he mentioned wrong information.

The staff said the parking is full and cannot accommodate any more cars. My concern is not parking available then why dont you inform before hand.

The AC system is very olf and doesn't work. The thermostat doesn't go below 22 deg and during afternoon time takes long hours to warm. If more people are in the same room. It will take hours for it to get cooled. Its the scenario with all the rooms. Saw many people complaining but no reform. The staff comes very late on every concern. The AC is really poor.

From check-in to check-out, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a clear lack of staff at reception, and the one person available could neither speak nor understand English properly. On top of that, they were rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. The reception area was chaotic, with luggage piled everywhere, and the lifts were insufficient for the number of guests, causing long waits. When we finally entered the room, it was in a filthy condition. The bathroom and sink took an unreasonably long time to get hot water, and the drainage was poor—even with minimal use, it would start to clog. Basic amenities like soap and toothpaste, which are standard even in lower-priced hotels, were not provided. The bed sheets were not clean, which is completely unacceptable. The air conditioning system was outdated and very difficult to operate—I had to call someone from downstairs just to get it working. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would never step foot in this hotel again

L accueil, des gens irrespectueux, un hotel avec des couloir etroit et on dirait un hotel de bidonville, hotel jamais renové , tout date des annee 70.

Not much, location was good.

The check in process was extremely long. The staff seemed more busy with chatting to their friends rather than attending to the customers at hand. The room was atrocious. It was dirty and the beds were broken and sunken in the middle. When we walked into the room there was a huge gap in between the windows. So much so the gust of air was blowing into the room. When reported they came and put tape along the seams and said they couldn’t do anything about it and had no rooms to move us to. The room had no towels tissue, tea, coffee or any other amenities you would expect to find in a room. We had to request many times for someone to come and provide us with some towels. The noise inside the hotel was extreme. We barely slept due to screaming and shouting along the corridors. The whole room stank of smoke as the air from outside was being blown in from people smoking outside. We had to leave the door open so the smell of cigarette smoke would dissipate from the room a little. The hotel boats a no smoking policy but it smelt like someone was standing and smoking inside our room, my children coughed whilst they slept and my wife could not sleep through the night. We barely slept, and got up at dawn and left with our children for the entire day. We had two nights booked however we decided we could not stay another night at this horrible hotel and left at night to find alternative accommodation. Do not recommend! Please avoid!

There was very loud noise outside the doors, and the cleaner knocked without considering the appropriate timing. It was quite uncomfortable.

Wasnt clean, the bed had some dirty marks on it so we had to use our own sheets and the corridor was smelling smoke almost all the time

Hôtel proche de l’insalubrité, moquettes très sales et qui dégagent une mauvaise odeur. Je viens chaque régulièrement et c’est la première que je tombe sur un hôtel avec des chambres non nettoyées et en mauvais état !

Very dirty room .carpet very dirty Very small room even no place to our bags to put even in floor The phone is not working Staff asking to pay for parking even it is free when booking through the booking online Staff refusing to give VAT after booking Phone not working in room No towels when arriving

The location is close to the Haram, that’s it the only good thing.

Honestly, everything about the hotel was bad. The place is extremely crowded. The reception area is full of luggage and people. The elevator is very difficult to use during prayer times. My mother has a herniated disc, and if I had known that accessing the elevator would be this difficult, I definitely would not have booked this hotel. The place seriously lacks proper organization. Inside the room: the furniture is old and worn out, not suitable for use. There are cockroaches. We stayed for three days and no one came to clean the room. There is a phone in the room, but no one from the hotel answers it, so its presence makes no difference. And there is much more.
